Biden is at it again. Does he realize what he is saying and the impact it has? Or does it leak out and then he realizes he made a mistake. Does he any forethought that it might not be the right thing to say or only realize after? Like does he realize it was wrong to have been said or that there was a better way it could have been worded?

KATE: is gonna pay more.
BIDEN: You got it. It’s time to be patriotic. Time to jump in. Time to be part of the deal. Time to help get America out of the rut.
