The $800 million dollar man hasn't paid for his presidential rally, which cost well over $2M. He promised to pay Mayor Daley $2M but has not done so. Unknown is the amount of money added to the federal deficit for the massive Secret Service detail required to secure the outdoor venue.
Mayor Daley had a hand in as well. Chicago is vying for the 2016 Olympics and having the speech beamed to the world from what would be the central location sure didn't hurt matters any.
And then there's barry's payback to Mayor Daley for his political career.
