Quote of the day: "Obama didn't make a mistake"

November 4, 2008
CNN Election wrap up

Ed Rollins: "Obama did not make a single major mistake from start to finish."
BORGER: "His transition started in May."

Says it all.

One of the six reasons Obama won was Senator Clinton. And yet she and her husband leave the race thoroughly trashed as dirty, ruthless little racists. What would barry be called if he didn't have the media in the bag? And where is his public thanks?

Iowa
Ted Kennedy
Race [at least somebody is finally honest]
Fundraising [Awaiting figure of foreign donations]
Debates [and who made him this way?]

Working with Clinton: The long and bitter primary battle turned many Clinton supporters off Obama. A CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll a month after Obama sealed the nomination found that nearly 50 percent of Clinton's supporters did not plan to vote for Obama in November. McCain tried to exploit the Democrats' divisions and attract Clinton supporters to his side, but the former rivals came together to stop that. Obama and Clinton worked behind the scenes to create a show of public unity, epitomized by Clinton dramatically marching onto the convention floor in Denver to call for the party to nominate Obama by acclamation.
"Clinton" (can't even call her Senator or even Hillary - just Clinton - hence barry) got her supporters 85-15 to back barry. She more than did her job.
"Critically, Obama made no gaffes, rounding out a campaign that was remarkably free of them."
I find this remarkable. Guess I shouldn't by now. Who is ever going to truly look at him critically? And how soon? How can they possibly say this with Biden on the ticket?
