Well, he's been silent way too long. Joe Biden is back. At the governors' meeting he took his opportunity to let loose.
BIDEN: I want to thank all of you for being here. And Governor Palin, I want to thank you particularly. I might point out, as I told you when we walked in, since the race is over no one pays attention to me at all. So, maybe you'll walk outside with me or something later and say hello to me.
He meant it. He looked kinda sad. He's been muzzled and on top of that he was outranked in foreign policy. He hasn't said anything up until today and yesterday. Wonder how cranky he is at home.
