Turns out he's just like any other person seeking their 15 seconds of shame. Joe the Plumber thinks it's ok to come out and trash Sen John McCain. This makes me very angry. Besides the fact that Sen McCain is a war hero - which no one can even begin to understand unless they were held captive and beaten and made a selfless choice to remain with his fellow Americans - and without Sen McCain he would not be criticizing him and making money off him. How much in taxes will he pay on his get rich scheme? He's just trying to make people buy his book. And he's trying to set himself up with Palin's wing of the Party.
He's supposedly pissed about Sen McCain's reasoning for the bailout. As if Sen McCain had much of a choice in that situation. He was chatting up misogynist Glenn Beck, who received not a single sanction for his cowardly comments about Sen Clinton: Does she shave? "It" cried. Seems Joe the Sellout is in good company.
Joe: I was angry. In fact, I wanted to get off the bus after I talked to him.
Then why in the hell didn't he? FAME and MONEY. He sold his soul - his words are meaningless. Here's the truth:
...he didn't say exactly what set him off, hinting that would be in his book that is due out this month. He said the only reason he didn't get off the McCain bandwagon was "because the thought of Barack Obama becoming president scares me even more."
And here's his motivation. Another cliche: infatuation.
He had only praise for her, calling Palin the real deal. "It disgusts me on how often they try to bash her just for her sincerity. She really wants to work for America.
And he's feeling the fading glow of the spotlight and wants more.
Didn't his music deal go through?
