I don't know who House Majority Leader John Boehner is but it appears he had quite the liquid lunch or breakfast. He's referring to barry's $825B stimulus package and uses an interesting mix of words. I'm not sure of the pronunciation of his name either...
JOHN BOEHNER:
I'm concernd about the size of the package.
And I'm concerned about some of the spending that's in there.
How you can spend hundreds of millions of dollars on, uh, on contraceptives?
How does that stimulate the economy??
You can go through a whole host issues in this bill that have nothing to do uh, with uh, growing jobs in American and helping people keep their jobs!
