TN's Frank Niceley, Stacey Campfield & Glen Casada join Eric Swafford

February 11, 2009

Tennessee GOP Representatives: Stacey Campfield, Glen Casada and Frank Niceley have signed letters of consent (like Eric Swafford) to be plaintiffs in a legal action intended to force barry to actually become transparent. Nothing has been filed (as of the date of this post). The case will be handled by Orly Taitz who has been working with Lightfoot v Bowen and Keyes v Obama and two other cases. All are seeking the same thing -- for barry to provide proof of his eligibility to be president

Period.

If Abraham Lincoln were alive he would be a heading on of those lawsuits, too. Think the self-proclaimed second coming has ever considered that?

Consent letter: I agree to be one of the plaintiff’s in a legal action filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire for a Writ of Mandamus to obtain original birth certificate, immigration records, passports and other vital records for Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama.

UPDATED: From the Tennessean's THEO EMERY:

CASADA: Let’s just put this to bed. Yes, people may say, you’re just chasing some conspiracy theory. It’s a simple act on his part to just do, and we’re done – move on.”

Democratic lawmakers ridiculed the legal action on Thursday morning at a weekly press conference, with one lawmaker asking, “Who’s Eric Swafford?” and another answering, “He’s from Mars.”

The news of the lawsuit later provoked ribbing around the capitol, with one legislative staffer approaching a lawmaker and demanding to see his birth certificate.
