Second part of the show after Nadya basically got to phone in and not undergo any type of cross examination. Here Angels in Waiting USA Founder, Linda West-Conforti, RN joins Dr Phil on stage with AIW's lawyer, Gloria Allred. They discuss the 3 reasons for the reports filed with CPS and finally get to the root of the conflict: greed and envy.

Dr. Phil asks Gloria Allred what she thinks about the broken agreement between Nadya and Angels in Waiting USA.

GLORIA ALLRED:

I think it’s a shame because after all, Dr. Phil, our major concern has always been the best interest of the babies, the safety, the health and the welfare of the babies, and of course, I would have to disagree with quite a bit of what Nadya said.

Gloria says she thinks the reason Nadya terminated the help was because three reports to CPS had to be made by the nurses from Angels in Waiting.

If those babies are endangered in any way, they have a legal duty to report, and they take that duty seriously, and I thank God that they do. These Angels in Waiting nurses have been heroes in this situation.

LINDA WEST-CONFORTI: explains:

Number one was the mayhem that went on inside and outside. Believe me, what was going on outside was equally as bad as what was going on inside. That was the first report.

The second report I made, which Nadya made reference to — even though it was convoluted — was that I was extremely concerned that these babies were at high risk for abduction. We had no security guards whatsoever. My nurses were concerned. Her nannies were concerned — at least the ones who could speak English to me — were concerned with regard to this. In fact, Gloria e-mailed Jeff that we had these concerns. You have to understand, these children have been displayed all over the world. We have videotape of the premises, how to get into the house, and which location of the house these infants are held in.

DR PHIL: And what was the third report?

Believe it or not: TUBERULOSIS. Nannies hired to care for high risk octuplets had positive skin test for TB - not one - three - and they were not immediately thrown out of the house. They were allowed to care for the preemies without having their Chest x-rays done first to see if they had active signs of the disease. And what about RADARONLINE film crew and staff? Have they been tested?

LINDA WEST-CONFORTI:

The third report was my concern the nannies were showing up with positive PPD TB [tuberculosis] testing, and Nadya gave them permission that they could wear a mask before the chest x-ray test results come back showing that they are negative.

One can have a positive skin test and not have active TB. There can be false positive skin tests. Nadya didn't know and she allowed them to touch her preemies. Just one more example of that woman's complete lack of contact with reality. Worse, the Kaiser staff knew as well - and they are going to be the sole watchdogs now.

Linda explains that she overhead nannies and Kaiser personnel talking about three nannies who had tested positive for tuberculosis.

LINDA: We had one nanny who was literally coughing up her left lung there, and she shouldn’t have even been there.

She says when the nanny showed an indication of a positive sign of tuberculosis, she was sent away.

LINDA: Dr. Phil, that whole house was exposed to possible [TB] — I’m not saying that’s what it was, but we don’t know.

And what about everything else that is brought in there everyday by the camera crew who were filming freely in the nursery.

Jeff says they were concerned about TB exposure, but Kaiser told the nannies who were showing up for the training that if they were feeling even a sniffle, that they couldn’t show up, and they didn’t.

There is absolute proof that they are all unfit to make decisions. One can have active TB and not sniffle - and who are they relying on? I do believe he said that none of them came back. So if there was a reason they couldn't come back then there was a reason they should not have been there in the first place.

What wasn't admitted to was if their chest x-rays were positive and if Kaiser followed up on the results.

Another concern that we had, Dr. Phil, is what you said at the beginning of the show. We all agreed, Jeff, to transparency. That we need to be accountable, that all of us need to be accountable and transparent to the public, because after all, we were asking for the public to donate, to support Angels in Waiting so that these babies and the children would not have to be a burden on the taxpayer.

She reaches for Exhibit A under her seat and pulls out handful of printed emails from him that she had forwarded to Dr Phil.

ALLRED: Instead, Jeff, you have sent all of these e-mails, and I have forwarded these e-mails as proof to Dr. Phil, in which you again and again said that you insist that all of the nurses, including Linda, sign a non-disclosure clause. That means that they could not be telling the public what’s really going on inside of that house. That is a violation of the principal that we all agreed to. And when you have Kaiser instead, they will not be able to speak about what’s going on in that house, and that is what you want, to shut it up so the public doesn’t know the possible danger to these infants and the other children, and that’s wrong.

Kaiser already demonstrated their poor judgment with the TB.

Now here comes the money shot - the real reason why he's so angry and why Nadya's so angry. It was shocking to hear said outloud.

JEFF CZECH:

The shorter answer is you’re wrong. The long answer is you started this thing negatively, and really, as a result of your negativism, as a result of your complaints, as a result of your hogging the media, trying to get in the limelight, quite frankly, Gloria, you are the reason that Angels in Waiting didn’t succeed in this situation.
