What would happen if more than 50K (or more) dead or ineligible voters voted for barry like the bussed school kids in Gary? Sen Clinton would unquestionably lead in the popular vote. More voters actually pulled the lever for her anyway. This whole election is a fraud and not in the least bit democratic.
