Quote of the day: "He's not somebody who's a commander."

October 24, 2008
Morning Joe

Walter Isaacson, President, Aspen Institute about Obama: "He leads by listening. He's not somebody's who's a commander. He's somebody who can really make people feel like they're going to follow him because he's assessed everything and he's going to do the right thing."

So does a snake charmer, a used car salesman, a cult leader and an egomaniac with a Messianic Complex. How many more people are going to come out and say barry can't lead? Isaacson goes one further and says people "follow" him because they "believe" he's "going to do" the right thing. They have to believe because he's never done anything. Why isn't anyone concerned about this?

I remember at the College Bowl in Philly, Matthews asked "Barama" what he would do at 3am. Barama said he'd gather intelligence, talk to his advisors and then weigh the pros and cons. I don't recall him getting to the action part. Is there a presidential manual he can study?

Joe: "He's (Obama) has been cautious his entire political career. He's done what gets him to the next level. Have you seen anything in Barack Obama that suggests he can be a decisive leader when times call for that type of leadership?"

As in right now. And no - no one has it because he has never done it...not that it matters. And Biden aside from his bidengaffing and plagiarism has not been held to the same level of scrutiny as Sen Clinton. No one in politics has. When she says hold me accountable - there's no doubt it will happen. Bosnia got endless play - even overtaking wright "Teflon Obama" - but Biden's "being shot at in Iraq" and his helicopter "being forced down in Taliban and al Qaeda territory" got completely glanced over. I wonder why this site is needed at all. The examples are endless. Just compare barry/Biden's treatment to Clinton/Palin/McCain's. No comparison.

Isaacson: "Yes I think he can. Very good judgment. He's smart. I think you see that wisdom in him."

Not a single action verb - all cerebral - all hypothetical. He's not running for commander in chief of the National Archives. Then Isaacson goes into the economic meltdown and Joe points out that barama "won" that because he said nothing and let his opponent implode...aka he obamanated.

Joe: But he won that political battle by saying nothing,

Isaacson: Sometimes being calm and letting everybody else look like they are losing their head is the best way to prove leadership.

Again passive. How is he going to LEAD a nation by "sitting back"? What is going to make him suddenly change and be able to LEAD - not ponder? What? When? Who? Why? And how?

Mika: He's been consistent. [True. Rhetoric, Change! and no action.]

Joe then asked Larry if he can mention one time when "Obama took a real risk on a vote". Can't. Because he never has. barry even took pride in not making a stand on Iraq and Iran. "My opponent will not be able to say I voted for the war - because I didn't. My opponent will not be able to say I gave Bush the benefit of the doubt in Iran - because I haven't." Classic obamanation. Staying in NH and saying he didn't know there was a vote was pure political expedience.

Larry: I don't think so. But I think yu have plety of eamples in his executive capacity in this campaign. [None of which he has made and he has had a massive assist from the proobama media propaganda. And if he hadn't? If he hadn't gone back on campaign financing?] "That's a pretty
thin thing to lean on in this - but that's really about it."

One more vote for no commander experience - as if Biden's - the foremost foreign policy expert wasn't enough. Thing is no one ever questioned Hillary's ability to lead and she universally out-polled Barama sometimes 90-10.

Joe: [BARRY] He couldn't roll up his sleeves and punch back. he said 'this is who I am'. He was willing to lose being Barack Obama. He says I'm never going to be a political attacker. [These people have no idea who he is. His campaign has been the most vicious in history with the man above the fray and supposed transcender of race and uniter never once sticking up for his opponents. Why can't anyone see this?]

ISAACSON: He think he owes Senator Clinton because the fact that those primaries went on so long. He kept his cosistent thing. [Yep Still is. Race card firts. Lie always. Attack unmercillesly and rely on illegal campaign financing and pro-obama media bias.]

JOE: She made him so much better. [Where were these words when they were yelling at her to get out? I wish I had the energy and vido capabilities to go back and compare what they said before she suspended her campaign and after. Beasts. All of them.]

Mika just made the most stunning remark -even for her. She said Michelle Obama said "They weren't in it to win. Because they don't want to change. They didn't."

But The American People are sold on this empty change of CHANGE! Here's a video clip. They also discuss the NY Times characterization of McCain's campaign's "hint of racism" and the use of the race card in the election.
