Rep Scott Garrett confronted re: barry’s birth certificate (video)

November 23, 2009

Updated birth certificate posts/videos/lawsuits

Unknown NJ lawyer questions Rep Scott Garrett (R-NJ) about the birth certificate issue. The lawyer took up so much time asking the question he let Garrett off the hook. A woman off camera says it’s time to move on to healthcare. Garrett said the courts were deciding the matter and when pushed he said:

There is no political solution to it even if the entire Republican Party was to–

And then he got cut off. He doesn’t seem to realize all it takes is one.

lonhosford

The video was produced by njcommonsense (tea party). On the site there’s a post by LON HOSFORD with this odd paragraph:

Does Obama Birth Documentation Measure Up?

There is Obama birth documentation indicating he was born in more than one place. This is not unexpected today due to the lack of confidence US citizenship proof in general. We come to accept that a person could have inconclusive or contradictory proof and get away with it. The birth certificate documentation you do see on the Internet will never measure up to what millions of Americans say they need for proof. This is a key item that helps make this issue persist. Americans detest unequal treatment. The intensity varies depending on what we see as unequal. It is strongest when it is about something integral to being an American such as citizenship.

barry, refried beans and Sotomayor billboard

There’s a new billboard that has a little more info than WND’s “WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE?”

This one features a grinning cartoon likeness of barry in a turban with “PRESIDENT or JIHAD?” written above it, a yellow box with red letters “BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PROVE IT!” and below that: “WAKE UP AMERICA! REMEMBER FT HOOD”.

Obama Jihad Billboard

MSNBC

It was commissioned by Phil Wolf, owner of Wolf Interstate Leasing and Sales, approximately 7 miles outside Denver. It was put together by artist David Lee, who said he heard plenty of honks while he was putting it up – it’s positioned so that it is visible Interstate 70, including Mr Wolf’s name and phone number.

The turban, of course, makes it racist, MoveOn is calling for a boycott of the dealership and by Monday Mr Wolf will have been arrested for refusing to remove it or villified by the barrymedia or attacked by the community or fined or whatever.

Unless barry gets a rebound in the polls because of it. Then they’ll keep it up. Olbermann started in last night, lumping Glenn Beck in with the birthers, when Beck came out a long time ago and said barry released his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and birthers are crazy and it would destroy the country if it were true.

According to AP/MSNBC, birthers are fringers, who claim barry was not in born the US and think the “BIRTH CERTIFICATE is a fake“.

What barry is pawning off as a “birth certificate” is a digital image that has been altered at least three times. And no high-tech forensic investigation is needed to prove it.

The key to barry is what’s not there…what’s not said…what’s missing.

In this case, there is no uninterrupted image of the back side of the CERTIFICATION of Live Birth. The seal (which also not pictured in its entirety) and the registrar’s signature have to seen in situ to confirm it is a certified copy. Until then, it is not an official anything and is a forgery until proven otherwise.

One could argue that it’s reasonable for him to refuse to release his original vital records – but it is not at all reasonable for him to refuse to provide images of that COLB from every possible angle and hard copies of it to any and all media outlets.

And if was derived from an official Hawaii certified copy of CERTIFICATION of Live Birth, there would never have been any lawsuits or birthers. Birthers exist because of barry. He can make them go away. Instead he’s paying his personal lawyer over $1.5 M to defend him in court 10 months after his botched oath.

June 2008, barry posted that digital image and people — who routinely ridicule and attack the “birther movement” – still have no idea what they’re talking about.

At this point, one wonders if they’re lazy, brainwashed or afraid of losing their job.

And this is what enrages birthers:

Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate along with birth notices from the two Honolulu newspapers were brought forward even before he took office. State officials in Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed that Obama was born in Honolulu.

1-No BIRTH CERTIFICATE has ever been produced.

2-The digital image on his website has not been connected in any way to what Dr Fukino saw.

3-Dr Fukino said only once – in her second statement – that barry was born in Hawaii. And then she promptly proved herself unreliable when she deemed him a natural born citizen.

Arianna Huffington: “Jon Klein fired Lou Dobbs from CNN”

November 21, 2009

Updated

Updated birth certificate posts/videos/lawsuits

Who knows the truth.

I watched Lou Dobbs on Bill O’Reilly and there was no inkling he was fired. Doesn’t mean he wasn’t. But it seems a tad odd that a man who was fired walked away with a reported $8M. More curious is who provided the cash.

According to the NY Post, Dobbs left because of the birth certificate issue. Dobbs said the only thing that changed was the president.

Next on their list: Glenn Beck.

Arianna Huffington fearmongers with Olbermann about “fearmonger-in-chief” Glenn Beck. The whole conversation was rehearsed propaganda to get barry’s poll numbers back up and distract folks away from the healthcare bill. It’s getting so old. Especially the racism.

EIGHT MILLION eligible black voters didn’t even register to vote.

Are they racists?

Ms Huffington uses a decided them vs us “we” as if she has a team behind her. I guess that would be the Huffington Post. Wonder how Axelrod’s son is doing out in Colorado. No practical experience experience and he was “hired” as editor right out of college.

The full transcript is in the next post along with the video. Wanted to put this quote in a separate post.

Olbermann wonders if Beck would just disappear.

ARIANNA HUFFINGTON (4:40)

Well, I hope it‘s going to happen,

but it’s not going to happen without people pointing out what Glenn Beck is doing.

I mean, we saw how it worked with Lou Dobbs and John Klein.

You know, John Klein in the end fired Lou Dobbs from CNN.

Pressure makes a difference.

So, we all have a part to play here in pointing out what Glenn Beck is doing.

Yes comrade.

The way she spoke so matter-of-factly I’m starting to believe they think they are going to get away with everything.

Olbermann/Huffington: Glenn Beck, “fearmonger-in-chief”

November 20, 2009

Updated birth certificate posts/videos/lawsuits

Herr Olbermann is a plain nasty human who spouts lies that no one calls him on. He’s after the birthers again with the same old tired racism. What does he know about racism and/or the birthers? He still thinks barry’s birth certificate was what was posted on barry’s website.

Arianna Huffington is the guest and the two of them talk about Beck’s fear-mongering by fear-mongering themselves. They both say “it’s frightening”. Remember how that was the campaign whine when his numbers dropped? First Secy Clinton and then Palin. It’s getting old.

Then they talk about how “various establishments” are going to have to stop Beck and stop Sen Grassley from giving out Beck’s book. And that if violence erupts – Beck, Ailes and Murdock will be morally liable.

When did she become God?

And why isn’t she saying that about the muslim murderer?

TRANSCRIPT

HERR OLBERMANN:

The ugly environment was not fostered overnight, but town hall opposition to health care reform and all those tea bagger rallies gave comfort to racism and even intonations of violence. The Birther movement was nothing more than extreme and desperate attempt to delegitimize a new president. And Congressman Joe Wilson‘s “you lie,” though a first should not have been a surprise.

Our third story on COUNTDOWN, a sweeping new report on anti-government rage in America not only connects the dots it refuses to let off the hook the most irresponsible voice in the mainstream media, the man it describes as the fearmonger-in-chief, Glenn Beck. Simply stated Beck creates an intersection between the mainstream and the extreme, according to the report by the Anti-Defamation League. It calls Beck, “The most important mainstream media figure who has repeatedly helped to stoke fires of anti-government anger…”

Beck has compared Obama to Adolf Hitler.

[Why is it he forgets how Pres Bush was portrayed as AH by his fellow liberals? And DL Hughley said the Rep Convention looked like Nazi Germany.]

One of Beck‘s guests claimed that Obama was trying to create a civilian national security force.

[barry said it himself in a stump. Watch for yourself.

We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.

OLBERMANN: Beck once promoted the conspiracy that theory FEMA was building concentration camps to house dissidents, but he eventually backed away from it. But Beck has consistently posed Obama is “dangerous to America.” The United States, Beck say, “Is headed towards socialism, totalitarianism beyond your wildest imagination.”

Beck‘s obsession with so-called czars is one example, decrying a term proudly launched by the Republicans under Nixon and Reagan and not actually used by the current administration.

[What? barry's called them czars.]

OLBERMANN: Beck is just part of the ADL report which takes stock of the ugliest aspect of those town hall meetings and the tea bagger rallies, the birther movement and Joe Wilson‘s “you lie.” But the September 12th rally in Washington, the report notes, featured the worst in racist, violent imagery since Obama was elected. That event, heavily promoted, of course, by Beck, a man who projects his own hate onto others.

[That's the pot calling the kettle black.]

OLBERMANN: It would be nice to think of Glenn Beck just as a joke, as fodder for this show and the “Daily Show” and others that point out how stupid some of this stuff is. But this report, you know, suggests something else, this is—fearmonger-in-chief term is frightening.

HUFFINGTON: It is frightening.

[Talk about fear-mongering.]

HUFFINGTON Well, I would say the fearmonger-in-chief title should still be reserved for Dick Cheney, even in retirement. But barring that, there is something that we need to really pay attention to with Glenn Beck. We cannot just dismiss him. Because the truth of the matter is that there is a good reason why we have an exemption to the free speech protection by the first amendment when we say you cannot shout fire in a crowded theater.

And he‘s doing that every night. He‘s basically using images of violence to bring together with all that he‘s accusing the Obama administration of, which varies from racism to communism, Nazism and everything else in between. So, all that has definitely an impact. I believe words matter, language matters and he‘s using it in incredibly irresponsible ways night after night.

OLBERMANN: What do you say to the argument that this country has always self corrected, that whether Father Coughlin on the radio in the ‘30s or Bo Carter (ph) who was a newscaster who presented literally stuff that was made up on the hour in CBS News in the ‘30s or the columnist Westbook Pegler or Senator Joe McCarthy? All these people a finale in which they exited the stage and suddenly. What is to say that that‘s not going to happen here?

[The internet and talk radio.]

HUFFINGTON: Well, I hope it‘s going to happen, but it‘s not going to happen without people pointing out what Glenn Beck is doing. I mean, we saw how it worked with Lou Dobbs and John Klein. You know, John Klein in the end, fired Lou Dobbs from CNN. Pressure makes a difference.

So, we all have a part to play here in pointing out what Glenn Beck is doing.

And even though he may not be legally liable if violence ensues from what he does, he‘s morally liable and so is Fox and Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes for keeping him on the air.

[And her and olbermann? They've been lying and riling people up since barry was campaigning. And they're talking about fearmongering even as they do it.]

OLBERMANN: Some of Beck‘s claims, according to the report from the ADL, let me quote it again, “play an important role in drawing people further out of the mainstream making them more receptive to extreme notions and conspiracy theories.” And without going into Sociology 101, isn‘t the point here that people like Beck enable some of the wildest, most paranoid notions about what the U.S. government is doing and instead of people thinking, as they think these things, for whatever they think them, no, that‘s crazy, he says, no you‘re not crazy, come with me down this path?

[A moment of truth. Of course, she makes no connection to the fact they're legitimately angry because of barry. That would be sacrilegious.]

HUFFINGTON: Yes. But, on top of it, Keith, what makes it possible for Glenn Beck to enable and even take advantage of what‘s happening is the fact that there‘s a lot of misery out there, there‘s a lot of legitimate anger. People are losing their jobs. They‘re losing their homes. Or they‘re afraid of losing their jobs or losing their homes, so it‘s in this climate of often legitimate rage that Glenn Beck comes in and provides scapegoats.

I mean, traditionally throughout history, these are the dangerous times. And that‘s why various establishments also need to become much more sensitive to what is happening out there and not leave it up to the Glenn Becks of the world to take advantage of what‘s happening.

[VARIOUS ESTABLISHMENTS?? Take advantage of what? barry's ineffectuality? And what is happening?

Of course, here's the old standby of race-baiting. Every single person who did not vote for barry is a racist. It's getting awfully tired - especially coming from old white men's mouth.]

OLBERMANN: Obviously, the new component to this is the race of the president. And a lot of this rage that we‘re discussing here is rooted in racism, something we certainly knew before the ad put out its analysis. But Beck tried unsuccessfully to turn that one in the other direction, claiming that Mr. Obama is the racist. Is that the twist by which he and the other actual racists are rationalizing their own prejudice simply project it on to the other people?

[He's projecting it onto every person who doesn't agree with barry. Everyone is a racist to him. And Huffington has become Mrs Freud.]

HUFFINGTON: It is a classic case of projection. But, even worse than Glenn Beck saying that is the fact that Rupert Murdoch endorsed it, all though then he took it away. Or to have people like Senator Chuck Grassley giving away books of Glenn Beck.

[Can't give away books? Do they even hear themselves? What's more frightening - state run media or freedom of speech? Even a convicted muslim murderer got access to barry's books.]

HUFFINGTON So, this is really what the ADL report is talking about, this sort of intersection between the mainstream and the extreme. There are always extremes. There are always paranoids who sound like Russell Crowe in “A Beautiful Mind,” you know, connecting everything and scaring everyone. But, it‘s when that becomes part of the mainstream that it becomes dangerous.

Precisely what this rehearsed chat is doing. The entire conversation was fear-mongering to the leftists. One by one they’re trying to pick off non barryfans.

The question is who gave them their marching orders?

barry’s defense lists the rules for reconsideration and then declares:

Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration completely violates, procedurally and substantively, the above quoted Local Rule, and, accordingly, should be summarily denied.

Also: No conference of counsel or Notice of Motion to be filed.

Hey Jacqi.

The defense just refiled the same opposition to Taitz’s Motion for Reconsideration. I didn’t post Larry Sinclair’s affidavit and Mr Young’s death certificate. It’s here if you’re interested. The declarations are here and here (Velamoor).

Found something interesting though. JACK RYAN has posted a list of barry eligibility lawsuits and their status. I’d like to thank Mr Ryan personally but you have to register to make a comment.

List includes:
