Swearing-in ceremony for Madame Secretary Hillary Clinton #2.

Part 1 was done privately in her office and she was sworn in by childhood friend: DC Court of Appeals Associate Judge Kathryn Oberly.

Hillary Clinton was sworn in as the 67th Secretary of State (15th from New York) after being confirmed 94-2. The two dissenters were Jim DeMint (R-SC) and no surprise DC Madame frequenter David Vitter (R-LA). He has severe castration anxiety and gyne envy and has to pay women for sex. He was the only dissenter in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee vote (16-1).

Her confirmation was initially held up by John Cornyn (R-TX) because a Republican had to do it. He wanted a roll call not the voice vote even though he said she would be confirmed. It was political theater. Period. Officially the reason was because he wanted to investigate Mr Bill's foundation as if the reps won't be watching it every hour. Besides Mr Bill signed an agreement that lays everything out.

CNN:

CORNYN: But we should not let our respect for Sen. Clinton or our admiration for the many good works of the Clinton Foundation blind us to the danger of perceived conflicts of interest caused by the [foundation's] solicitation of hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign and some domestic sources. The perception and reality must be that the office of secretary of state is viewed around the world as beyond reproach.

SEN JOHN MCCAIN: I think the message that the American people are sending us now is they want us to work together and get to work. I think we ought to let Sen. Clinton, who is obviously qualified and obviously will serve, get to work immediately.

Will Madame Secretary ever be viewed as her own being?

Immediately after being sworn in she resigned from her Senate seat. I wonder if she advised Paterson about her replacement. Tomorrow she will be welcomed at the State Department and give her initial press conference.

(Applause.) Thank you all very much. Thank you. It is an overwhelming honor to be sworn in to assume this position on behalf of our country. I thank my dear friend, Vice President Biden, and I thank President Obama for investing the trust and confidence in me during a particularly challenging time in our nation's history. I look out and see so many friends and colleagues. I particularly want to thank the Speaker and the Majority Leader, Speaker Pelosi and Leader Reid for being here and for providing the leadership that you both are doing in the Congress.

I also want to thank my colleagues in government and my former partners in the Congress. I am very grateful to all the members of the House who are here today, and particularly those with whom I served over eight wonderful years who represent New York. And I'm very grateful to all of you.

And to my friends in the Senate, I see the faces of people with whom I have shared so much, and I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you. But I have to single out the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee who, after all, presided over my confirmation, for which I am very grateful, Senator Kerry. (Laughter and Applause.)

[I would laugh at that line as well! - Susan] And I look forward to working with all of you, particularly the appropriators – (laughter) – who are here this afternoon. We have a lot of work to do and it is such important work that lies ahead. I also want to thank two wonderful friends of mine, governors, Governor Corzine from New Jersey, and Governor O'Malley from Maryland who are here. (Applause.)

And I am particularly honored to have four of my predecessors with us today. I have sought their advice and their counsel and I have to publicly thank each and every one of them. With us today, Secretary Kissinger and Secretary Baker and Secretary Eagleburger and, of course, my dear friend and fellow Wellesley alum Secretary Albright. (Applause.) And I also want to thank Secretary Rice and Secretary Powell and Secretary Shultz, with whom I had a wonderful visit just last week when he came to the seventh floor, and Secretary Haig – all of the former secretaries of state who have been so generous with their time. And I think I can predict I will be asking for advice as we move forward.

Because this ceremony takes place at a real hinge of history time, there is so much that lies ahead in terms of challenges, but also opportunities. When I came into this building for the first time a week or so ago now, I told the assembled State Department employees, and then repeated it again at USAID, that we are all on the same team, and it is America's team. And we have, in the leadership of President Obama, someone who wants us to reach out to the world, to do so without illusions, understanding that the difficulties we face will not be wished away, but meeting them forthrightly and smartly, and that we want to seize the opportunities that exist as well.

I talked in my confirmation hearings about smart power. Well, smart power relies on smart people, and we have an abundance of them in this building and at USAID. But I've also told my teammates in the State family that we're going to have to be smarter about how we do what we must for our country. There are many ways that we can improve on what we do on a daily basis. And I want to work with my friends in Congress on behalf of our Administration to really look for those efficiencies and those changes that will make what we do more effective, more cost-effective, so that we can be out there around the world delivering America's message, certainly doing all we must to protect and defend our security, but also advancing our interests and furthering our values.

So for me, this has been an amazing personal journey. As Joe laughingly referenced, neither one of us thought that we would be standing here together, doing what we are now doing together. Life has a funny way of unfolding and politics is even stranger. So we are joined in this incredible mission on behalf of our President and our country. And it's one where it's not only those of us holding positions, whether elected or appointed, must perform to the very best of our ability. We're asking everyone in our country to think about how each of you can make a contribution so that we ensure that America's future is even brighter than our storied past.

I'm excited by seeing so many familiar faces. There are friends in this audience who have known me my entire life. And there is the next generation, you know, my niece and my two nephews who are here. I get up every morning thinking about what I must do to make this world of ours safer and more prosperous and to make our country all that it can be. As difficult as the times are, I am an optimist. I believe that we can do what we set our minds to do. And so it is the power of our ideals and the intelligence and dedication of our people.

I could not be standing here before you today without all of you, but in particular, the three people who stand with me on this stage. It's literally true I wouldn't be here without my mother. (Laughter.) And so I – (applause) – I'm especially delighted that she can be with me. And to my daughter, who I am just bursting with maternal pride over, but who I look to also for advice and, frankly, for some cultural cues that I might otherwise miss. (Laughter.)

And finally, to my husband, who understands so well the awesome responsibilities resting on the shoulders of President Obama and Vice President Biden and all of us who serve with them. I am so grateful to him for a lifetime of all kinds of experiences – (laughter) – which have given me a – (applause) – which have given me an extraordinary richness that I am absolutely beholden to and grateful for.

So now, let me thank Gladys and her crackerjack protocol operation that put this together. We had to schedule it around two schedules that were hard to mesh: Vice President Biden and Chelsea Clinton. (Laughter.) When we finally got a time when both of them could be in the same place, we rushed to fill it. (Laughter.) So if you're wondering why you didn't get an invitation until Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it's because we just had to make sure that we had the main people here.

But I do want to greet all of you individually, and obviously, my family wants to say hello as well. So we're hard at work already, and we're working hard with a great team of people here in this building and at USAID. And we're looking forward to fulfilling the excitement and the promise that the Obama Administration represents here at home and around the world.

Thank you, vyttalimma. I never did get around to the exchange between DC Madam piglet Vitter and Sen Clinton and Mr Chairman. I had transcribed it by hand with body language but Taylor Marsh has the video.

Vitter, like all of them, had reservations about Mr Bill's foundation. They really just want to find out what's in there for them to keep ragging on. Madame Secretary Clinton has been held back by her husband and now when she is clearly more informed than all of them together - they focus on her husband. What did they ask her that she didn't know? Nothing. So the old fall back - Mr Bill.

Vitter wanted more disclosure and asked about conflict of interest. He said Mr Bill hadn't agreed to disclose future foreign contributions to his Global Initiative and she gave an explanation of what barry and Mr Bill agreed on. Something that has been made public and answers were provided ahead of time that he must not have read. Maybe his wife gave him an ultimatum. She looked awfully scary in that picture and appeared taller than him. Surprise. This man has a lot of issues above and beyond simple coarseness.

Madame Secretary Clinton is speaking with her head down, glancing at her papers. When vitter rudely interrupts, she stops and looks up.

CLINTON: But I want to speak for a minute, if I can, about the work that's done, because I think it's important--

Vitter, a fellow senator, a southerner, a prostitute frequenter, a father of three daughters, a husband of a former prosecutor and a Catholic Church Lector, rudely cuts her off. But he has no problem addressing Chairman Kerry with respect.

VITTER: Mr. Chairman [Face flushed, voice quivering, hands palm out like, enough wench!]

[points both hands at himself - he wanted camera time] no objection listening to this.>[lie] But I don't want it to come out of my time, 'cuz I'd like to pursue these questions.

He sits back like, aha, I won. Not even close. He was always going to vote nay and just wanted to stand out. He did. As a classless, rude pig. He lost himself an awful lot of votes with his gyne envy microphallus insecurity. I wonder if his prostitute ever pissed or shat on him. My guess is he liked to be spanked...for good reason. I would like to know what Mr Chairman said afterward. Vitter, besides disrespecting a woman and a colleague - disrespected the Chairman and the proceedings in front of foreign dignitaries.

MR CHAIRMAN (off camera): Well, I guess, I mean, it's fair to say...

Clinton raises her eyebrows, like you've got to be kidding me - this eunuch? She re-centers herself in the chair--showing him he didn't begin to put her in her place--draws in her upper lip--figuratively biting it--rests her forearms on the table--bring it on, this is my domain--and waits for Kerry to handle the useless gnat not worthy of swatting.

KERRY (wide shot of him and piglet) ...that if you ask a question you deserve an answer, and the answer, traditionally, comes out of the time of the senator.

Piglet sits back in his chair and rocks like a kindergartner who has to urinate - or already has - in his diaper.

VITTER: Well, I'm still waiting for an [laughs dismissively] answer. I'd love an answer. [rocking and smirking] But if there's an answer to my question--

KERRY calmly, in control: Well, I think you need to give the senator an opportunity to give you answer the question. And if you need additional time--

Vitter cuts off Kerry, looks away, stops rocking, puts his elbows on the table and gestures with his hands. His face still flushed, he starts in without pardoning himself, addressing her by name or thanking Kerry.

VITTER, dismissively, 35 second question: Let me repeat the question: which is, would you support

[blinks after a wimpy 10 words]

and help produce a new MOU that requires the same sort of disclosure

[Looks down. He couldn't hold her gaze. He looked down. Couldn't sustain for a single sentence. Her look back is what I would have liked to have seen]

for contributions for the Clinton Global Initiative. Under this,

[he points and looks away]

there is no disclosure moving forward for contributions of the Clinton Global Initiative. So, it 's a yes or no. Would you support expanding that disclosure. Admittedly - this is voluntary and it's not required by law - but it seems to be a big exception to the rule of MOU in terms of disclosure.

Clinton then told him the answers were provided and that she would be happy to provide whatever he needed. She answered evenly and calmly and maintained eye contact. Her response lasted the same time as his question. I would love to know if she gave him a second thought once he had his little notice me I'm a senator too tantrum. Most notably he never got his yes or no. He got a polite didn't you read your handout?

Vitted, cowed, still flushed and waving his hands: Well, ok, if you could consider that suggestion. And then he basically asks the same thing, Clinton corrects him and then Me Chairman steps in and says asked and answered. Vitter says he won't vote till it's amended. She says it isn't going to be amended but we'll clarify it. Then he says, I hate to beat a dead horse...

And Madame Secretary responds with a zinger, sealing his nay vote. How else could he save face?

Not only that, there will be ongoing reviews by anything that is brought to the attention of the career professionals.

TIME got it wrong...again

TIME picked barry as "Person of the Year". They got it wrong. Hillary Clinton is Person of the Year. What she did has never been done and she should be president. Time will show that - sooner rather than later. That TIME editor is so creepily in love with barry. Why do people forget she got the same amount of votes as barry...with the press attacking her and assisting barry? And why as soon as barry became the coronated nominee did she become "qualified" for VP and other cabinet positions?

Runner ups: Henry Paulson (Treasury Secretary), Nicolas Sarkozy (President of France), Zhang Yimou (Beijing Olympics' Opening Ceremonies creator) and Hillary Clinton (Secretary of State). No that's a typo. Instead of Clinton it was Sarah Palin. I think that says it all. How deep their love for barry and how great their castration anxiety. What did Palin actually do? Person of the Year? Nobody knew her before the convention.

Even in a life that has seen its share of tumult — she has been, among other things, a Watergate-scandal staff attorney, the First Lady of Arkansas and the nation, an ogress to the right, a New York Senator and a leading presidential contender — Clinton endured a 2008 of spectacular highs and lows. After a surprise victory in New Hampshire, it looked as though Clinton might defeat Barack Obama nationwide, and her tenacious campaign became a symbol for women who felt their voices were not being heard. Now she is poised to begin a whole new life of ferment as Secretary of State.

Women who felt their voices were not being heard. They still aren't and barry isn't about to take over. Sarah Palin the flavor of the month gets runner up after being on the scene for a couple of months. History is going to wonder why people never gave Hillary Clinton the respect and praise she deserves. And people seem to forget as they are bashing away at "Hillary" that she is the mother of a woman, Chelsea, who has had the not always favorable distinction of being Mr Bill's daughter. Let's see how barry's kids grow up.

The Obamas want Bush to allow them to move into the Blair House ten days early so Malia and Sasha can get acclimated at their schools. Moving in before Barry has been inaugurated. I’m not sure what else I can be surprised by. The request is one thing – the proobamedia outrage is another.

David Chelsea’s been pimped out Schuster is outraged! He must still think he can still be special if he sticks up for barry. Note to proobamedia: He doesn't care. You've done your job - you got him elected by destroying his opponents and promoting barry propaganda. You'll find out his "loyalty" and gratitude when you start attacking him. Covering up for Blagojevich is only going to prove how blinded you are. Time to break through your obamerism. You're all already laughingstocks.

SCHUSTER: This is outrageous and insulting! However, I have a solution. If the Bush administration will allow the Obamas to move into the Blair House, I will offer my house in Georgetown for the various Bush receptions. I'll make hors d'oeuvres and mixed drinks, including a cocktail we can nickname: To Hell with the Constitution! And another I'll call: No WMD - No Problem. The back patio is nice. And anybody who wants to sleep off the night can do so in my basement. And don’t worry about the basement mouse problem. I'll put the same kind of effort into fixing it, as your effort at seeking honest pre-war intel.

Funny how he is quick to mention The Constitution as pertains to Bush but finds it ridiculous when compared to barry. Do they even hear themselves?

And if barry were to be proven ineligible?

For those wondering why barry wouldn't be considered a US citizen even if his mother had given birth to him in Kenya, Canada or anywhere else - as I understand it - the law in 1961 said that a child born to an American outside the US could be considered a US citizen as long as the parent resided in the US for five years after their 14th birthday. Barry's mother was 18 at the time of his birth and her age has never been contested.

I had no idea of all these laws and I'm not sure I have a full grasp of any of it. I thought a child born to an American citizen in any foreign country was an American citizen as long as one parent was a full legal US citizen. But a US citizen is not the same as native born (barry) or natural born. I personally doubt the Kenyan (or anywhere else) birth simply from a logistical and financial standpoint. Besides the fact Sr abandoned his pregnant tribal wife and their young child for a white woman from America...and then another.

And then there are his grandparents. I can't imagine a mother of an only child and a father who fought to defend his country's liberty would allow their grandchild to be born on foreign soil in the homeland of a man they had known for less than a year on a continent they had never visited. Especially if they were the typical white person racists barry has politically expediently made them out to be.

And as far as McCain, he was born to two American citizens on an American military base. Even though he was not physically born on US soil there is no doubt to his citizenship. It's the "natural born" citizen part.

Who is so blind they don't see all this? The angry bots mindlessly screaming it's a right wing conspiracy (even though McCain was part of Donofrio's suit) and it's those frigid Hillary feminazis and well you know everybody's a racist too.

How can so many Americans be so ignorant? Or at the very least uncurious? I get the German people now and the true power of propaganda.

Ask yourself - even if you believe it to be a massive racially-motivated conspiracy brought on bitter Hillaryites, the KKK, disgruntled Republicans and/or Independents or by "people who don't know what to do with their time" -- why hasn't barry just cleared Berg's lawsuit up by simply producing the vault copy?

Because if he had produced it, and it was legal, there would never have been a Berg/Martin (et al) lawsuit and the DNC wouldn't still be spending money defending him. barry can't do anything about his British subjectness or his time in Indonesia when he may have surrendered his US citizenship. And take it a step further. If barry is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible to become president then he knew all along her was ineligible. He's a constitutional lawyer. He knew, his lawyer wife knew, his campaign knew, the DNC knew and at least one person in the MSM knew and not one of them did anything to stop the election.

If it were to be true, each one was complicit in the systematic trashing of barry's opponents. Unlawfully stealing the nomination from Sen Clinton (as well as the other democratic candidates), looking the other way when Chelsea Clinton was questioned about that woman, destroying the reputation of Gov Palin and exposing her teenage daughter to unbelievably cruel words and her husband to accusations of incest, dishonoring Sen McCain, who has served this nation for over 50 years - five of them being tortured in a POW camp - and allowing the former two-term democratic president - the last one to bring prosperity to the nation - to be called an array of things including crazy.

Pause and ponder what was done to Gov Palin's teenage daughter. Think of what she has had to go through, is still going through and will always be scarred by. Her entire life out there in cyberspace for her child to one day read. To read about how barrybots called his/her grandmother a hypocritical liar and a Caribou Barbie, who should have just aborted the DISABLED INFANT retard because it was a sign from God of her wicked ignorance. How they called his/her mother a whore and other things not worth repeating. How his/her was a product of incest. Al Franken should rot in hell.

And Trig himself?

Imagine if barry knew he was ineligible to be president and allowed it to continue. It's despicable in its own right - whether he is eligible or not - but his allowing it (Had barry said stop - it would have stopped.) to continue, knowing full well he was not qualified for the job, is a very special type of evil.

And what are Malia and Sasha going to feel when they read what their father allowed to be said about his opponent's children? Imagine if one of them were to become pregnant? How would barry want them treated? Mrs barry?

All three of barry's opponents were labeled racists and Senator McCain was compared to George Wallace, linking him to the evil bombing of a church and murder of four innocent girls. Something barry has never apologized for. Nor has he dispelled the ludicrous notion that Senator and President Clinton suddenly became racists after 30 years of public service and civil rights activism.

Any wonder why the non-obamerized are angry? Or why Senator Clinton - besides being her nature - fought to the end of the primaries?

Would this have been allowed to go uncovered and unresolved if it were about barry's opponents? Would there have been even a whiff of convention capitulation? Daily demands to get out? A behind closed doors out of the way of cameras Michigan delegate hijack? Are any Michiganders suing for voter theft?

Think of the national outrage if the obamahoax were to be true. Well-educated, well-informed folks who deal with politics everyday haven't heard of it and think it's a joke and a "silly waste of someone's time". How are regular citizens going to see it as anything other than a conspiracy to prevent a black man from being president? And every step of the way barry knew he could count on this, as did the DNC.

barry would be the only one to unequivocally admit that what he did was illegal and he did it forethought and malice and that is as likely as him ascending to heaven.

And the global ramifications? Do you want to live in that world? It is the main reason it will never be successfully challenged. At this point, it is a true national and international security issue. Something else barry counted on. His true genius as a politically expedient politician is being ignored, while he is compared to great presidents, having done absolutely nothing but raise a lot of cash, lie and allow his opponents to be thoroughly destroyed. Forget great president - he is not in any way a man of principle.

There was never a chance he wouldn't get the nomination and there is absolutely no chance that after 64 million voters voted for him he won't become president.

End of story.

Do you ever close your venomous mouths long enough to wonder how Ms Chelsea Clinton survives day after day after day? Not being able to read a paper or turn on the TV or surf the internet or go in public without your evil words penetrating her consciousness? That your words have influenced ignorant citizens who look at her and treat her with disrespect because that is how her parents have been treated?

Do you ever think that just maybe she is tired of hearing what bad parents she has? Parents who have raised her to be a beautiful, well-spoken, poised woman. Parents who have been in public service all their lives. Parents who were the President and First Lady of the United States for eight years - something barry and mrs barry can only dream of.

Have you ever wondered how tragic it is that the Clintons have to leave the United States to be respected and appreciated for their good work in the world? Have you considered what that says to non-Americans about Americans? That they feel it's ok to hate America because they hear it from you day in and day out?

And what would happen if Senator and President Clinton were able to restore America's standing in the world while remaining the most reviled couple in America?

What would you have to say then?
