Quote of the day: He'd rather be reading the phonebook.

9-13-08
Situation Room

(Video clip) McCain: "Senator Obama is measuring the drapes. And planning with Speaker Pelosi and Senator Reid to raise taxes, increase spending, take away your right to secret ballot in labor elections and concede defeat in Iraq. But you know what they forgot? They forgot to let you decide! We've got them just where we want them."

Dana Milbanks = metrosexual (heavyweight) effete elitist.
Borger = I-go-along-with-the-boys-so-they-don't-do-it-to-me."

BORGER: "Well sure he does. (mocking titter) Oh, absolutely. Wanna buy a bridge in Alaska?"
(Titter. I never realized what that word is based on. Borger is titted twitterer a' tittering away.)

[Discussion about McCain coming back at the end if there's economic stability.]

MILBANK: "Then there's the problem of peaking too early. Obama's in a stall offense, basically. He would like nothing better to sit there at his rallies reading the phone book and just run this thing out." (He tried that after he won 11-in-a-row.)
WOLFGANG: "To use a football analogy - sometimes you go into a prevent defense, and you know what happens?"
BORGER: "No." (The tittering titted twit a'tittered.) "I have no idea."
WOLFGANG: "It prevents you from winning. That's what happens."
BORGER: "Don't ask me. (A titter and twitty glance at the boys.) Don't ask me."

Borger = A twitty titted titterer a'tittering away.

Senator Clinton: "Obama has a speech"

March 3, 2008
Senator Clinton Stump

HRC: I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCcain has a life time of experience that he will bring to the White House and Senator Obama has a speech he gave on 2002.

CAFFERTY whines.

BORGER: His answer to that is 'do you think my supporters are delusional'. He said that in a recent debate.

JOHN KING:...consider what she just said there. She's essentially saying that Barack Obama is a fraud. He has a speech and I have a record....

BLITZER: I've always felt that if she does win the nomination, she would have no choice but to ask him to be her running mate because it would rally the democrats, bring the party together, although I'm not convinced he necessarily would have to ask her.

BORGER: No. Definitely not. Laughs.

KING laughs.

CAFFERTY: The answer to that would be real interesting.

I think he is in terrible need of a colonic.

Hmm...barry didn't ask her and where is he now? And what are they whining about now? HRC going out and swaying her voters who are pissed he didn't pick her.
