What did Micheal Phelps do that three presidential candidates - one a present US Senator and previous democratic nominee, one an adulterer and previous vice presidential candidate and one a well-regarded Reverend?
4-Admitted it right away.
What has Micheal Phelps done that two presidents have not done?

So what is the big deal with Micheal Phelps smoking a bong?
Why the double standard?
Marijuana, if you aren't aware, is not exactly a performance enhancing drug. He was not using it (if in fact he was) during a time in which he was competing. He has had 100% clean drug testing and he has to be the most tested athlete in Olympic history.
Want to talk about Olympic athletes?
Girls as young as 11 were competing for China in the Olympics. Forget what they say - they had their ages printed in China's own papers the year before. A simple examination of their teeth would have definitively proven they weren't 16. At least one still had her teeth coming in. Did the IOC demand dental xrays? Bone xrays? No. China manufactured birth certificates.
I think The American People know how birth certificates can be gotten around or forged or whatever you choose to believe. And yet the ineligible to compete Chinese gymnasts have gold medals that it appears will never be taken away because no one wanted to "embarrass the host nation".
What is that teaching children, including the gymnasts themselves?
What type of Olympic role models are they?
And what did our government do to Marion Jones while Roger Clemens was testifying (rhymes with lying) and demonstrating his red-faced Roid Rage and blaming his wife like the honorable Hall of Famer he might just one day become? What about all-time home run leader - asterisker Barry Bonds? Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire? Ricky Williams?
What did Phelps choose to do that they did not?
1-Admitted to it upfront.
2-Did not take performance enhancing drugs.
3-Did not have to cheat to reach an athletic excellence that most likely will never be matched - even by him.
And why does anyone care if in fact he tried to prevent the photo's release? Who in their right mind wouldn't?
What was done to keep this despicable photo from getting out?
Can you name this high ranking member of barry's White House? The one on the left pulling the hair and cupping the breast of a life-size image of the nation's highest diplomat and former barry opponent, while his buddy in the official OBAMA STAFF t-shirt was kissing her and putting a beer to her lips?
None other than 27 y/o Chief White House speechwriter, Jon Favreau, who will be writing the words the President of the United States will be reading from the teleprompter to the world. Any wonder why there were no inauguration words addressing the mistreatment and exploitation of women throughout the world?
And what words did he use to apologize? The same ones he wrote to attack Madame Secretary Hillary Clinton day after day for 18 months?
Was he man enough to apologize face to face? Did barry hold him accountable? No. He allowed Favreau to "reach out to her" in an email that was never published or proven to exist.
What would have happened if it were Michelle's tit?
Would he have still had a job - let alone been appointed Chief White House speechwriter?
Phelps at least made his words known to the entire world:
I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I'm 23 years old and despite the successes I've had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again.
And the cowardly scum who sent the picture should be outed and disgraced in public and in the blogosphere - if they haven't already. They wanted their 15 seconds of shame - then they should get it.
Is nothing sacred anywhere?
How many other scumbag sellouts have been hovering around him just to do something like this? What did they get for the photo vs what Micheal Phelps stands to lose? What effort and discipline went into a one second cowardly photo vs the years of hard work, sacrifice and discipline to represent our country in the highest sports arena there is?
Phelps has started a foundation to get children to exercise and be productive - to get them into a safe environment - to help them build their self-esteem and combat obesity, which leads to high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attacks and strokes to mention a few.
Isn't that what barry wants? Disease prevention? Who is actually doing something about it instead of giving speeches written by tit grabbing infantile pig?
What are the chances Micheal Phelps would ever even think of disrespecting a woman like that? Any women - least of all the former First Lady of the United States?
What is more important: a hit off a bong or a lifetime of respect for women?
Did the scumbag who took the picture consider the potential loss of funding when they made their selfish, spineless choice? If they wanted their 15 seconds of shame and some dirty cash then why aren't they coming forward and admitting to it?
You "just say no" folks think Phelps is a bad role model and should be arrested?

How many of Phelps' sponsors donated to barry?

Has he read his own words to kids?

Has he spoken to them about the effect his continued smoking has on his daughter with asthma? The message he is sending to her and children everywhere by continuing to ingest/inhale nicotine?
What message did the picture below send to children? Smoking is cool? Smoke and you can be president, too?
Kids know what a joint is, how it is smoked and how a person's eyes look when they are smoking it. Try to convince a kid that is not a spliff.
Regardless of what it is - he is smoking.
How is that being a role model to anyone?

How many kids does he talk to a year? How many kids watched the Olympics? How many kids will he reach up close and personal in his lifetime?
What better lesson could they learn than even the best swimmer in history makes mistakes? The importance of owning up to them, the need to sincerely apologize, to be held accountable, to vow to do better and then follow through with actions?
See any of the aforementioned athletes doing that?

What does a kid learn by watching the President of the United States appoint someone who will be in charge of punishing those who do not pay their taxes when he hasn't paid them himself or been punished because of it?
And what better relationship does a son have with his mother? A mother whom he credits 100% for his success and thanks her at every turn? A mother he has never abandoned - nor she him?

Marijuana has been used for centuries -as far back as 2700.years ago. Now it is thought to be an alternative medication for ADD, which Phelps has. If he lived in California, he could get marijuana out of a vending machine.

Both the University of South Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina police have said they would not pursue charges but the Richland County Carolina Sheriff''s Office wants to get his 15 seconds of shame. That is all it is. South Carolina state law.
SHERIFF LEON LOTT: If someone breaks the law in Richland County, we have an obligation as law enforcement to investigate and to bring charges. The Richland County Sheriff's Department is making an effort to determine if Mr. Phelps broke the law. If he did, he will be charged in the same manner as anyone else. The sheriff has a responsibility to be fair, to enforce the law and to not turn a blind eye because someone is a celebrity.
Don't they have rapists, murderers and pedophiles in Richland County? Husbands beating their wives, children, mothers and sisters?
How many rape kits and restraining orders could be processed with the time and money spent investigating this ridiculousness?
Yo, Sheriff, since it seems you have nothing else to do, want to talk about things needing investigation?
Such as those committed by adult married men with children, who have been in public positions of influence for years and who confessed only because they were seeking top positions in the United States Government? Positions they were appointed to by the President of the United States who claimed "superior judgment" as his basis to be Commander in Chief.
Did our now president display superior judgment at Micheal Phelps' age, when he was sucking on his own bong and snorting coke through those dollar bills he said doesn't resemble?
For whom did you vote, Sheriff?
For the man who, because of his admitted drug use, could not even do your job?
For the man now responsible for the DEA, FBI, CIA, ATF, USAF, Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Homeland Security, NSA, Secret Service, US Marshals and Intelligence agencies?
For the man who rewards criminal and reprehensible behavior with prestigious positions in his Cabinet?
What in your professional opinion, Sheriff, are the chances the admitted tax evaders will be ever be investigated and what do you think their punishment should be?
Is the Justice Department turning a blind eye because of barry's celebrity?
