Both of barry's female opponents were trashed. Totally trashed in his "families are off limits" with no associated action. Never is. Why? Nobody cares. It's completely immaterial until after he's in the White House. And that is acceptable to everyone who knows it and says nothing and pretends otherwise. American citizens. Why do people believe this is suddenly will change on January 21st? And what will be at stake when he is forced to act? Not a single person can predict - he hasn't done it. Five minutes for him to answer Joe the Plumber's question on the economy and he's going to turn it around?

And the women he didn't get directly to - he let the media go at them until they - at the very least - were labeled racists. The Grand Uniter Prophet of Change Transcender of Race let it happen. And if it were about Mrs barry?

I just found this great news. About 5 weeks late. Didn't think he would ever get caught. A small victory for the nonobamerized. Kerfuffles and Flourishes flushed out the little weasel ArcXIX. There can be little doubt that Daily Kos Diarist ArcXIX? is 23-year-old Charles Hartley of Columbus, Ohio, as that is the name of the person going by the Internet identity of ArcXIX, who has been furiously scrubbing his web persona these last few days. However, Agent ArcXIX Charles Hartley was not able to scrub his Google cache. Thank God for Google.

Although The Daily KOS has protected the identity of ArcXIX, Google’s cache clearly shows his sleazy trail of cover-up. Now we wait to see if justice will be meted out to those adults who stalk and abuse children on the Internet.

The credit for finding ArcXIX goes to AnonymousGuy, who calculated the birth date of Charles Hartley as July 25-30, 1984.

I don't think he will be punished. Who's going to demand it? Anybody who tries will be called a racist. Look at what jonjon alter did about KellyB who said "Politico: The Official Water Carrier of Barack H. Obama's Campaign." There's no comparison.

Palin's email hacked into by son of Obama backer

Palin's personal email account on Yahoo was hacked into by David Kernell, son of barry-backing Democratic Representative, Micheal Kernell.

9-18-08 Father confirms it is his son. "My son's the one in question, and I can't comment on him," said Kernell, a Memphis Democrat.

FOX update (10-8-08):

After changing the password, the indictment alleges he made screenshots of her e-mail directory, e-mail messages and other personal information before posting them to a public Web site. He also posted the reset password.

Kernell was able to obtain the personal e-mail addresses of Palin's family members, pictures of her family, her birth date and at least one family member's cell phone number. He also had access to her address book.

The indictment alleges that after posting Palin's personal information online, Kernell "removed, altered, concealed and covered up files on his laptop computer" to throw off a possible investigation.

Investigators were able to track Kernell down by tracing the hack to his Knoxville apartment through an Internet proxy site.

"He was released without posting bond, but the court imposed several conditions. Kernell is not allowed to own a computer and can only use the Internet to check e-mail and do class work."

Trial is set for Dec. 16, and if convicted, Kernell faces up to five years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
