Would someone please tell barry the campaign is over? That it is time to do the job instead of looking to keep it. To immortalize his his first 100 days in office the DNC is launching an ad chronicling his "accomplishments". Who is this for? Is it to show the world that he has actually done something other than embarrass the American People on the world stage? What is it for other than to stoke his messiah complex? Is Robert Bauer behind it? Did barry demand it? Is it meant to keep him in the public's face so folks won't stand for a quo waranto proceeding?
And then there is the 100th day live prime time press conference. What are the chances Ed Henry will be called upon? And the chances someone asks him a real question and presses for an concrete answer? As likely as someone asking him to produce his birth certificate. If such a "correspondent" exists they would be famous forever....so why aren't they? Isn't that what they not so secretly crave?
Foundation for change - not actual change. And how about a plan for now. A lot of folks are thinking they don't have much of a future and they're certainly not thinking "bold".

• You have posted on the Internet an unsigned, forged and thoroughly discredited, computer-generated birth form created in 2007, a form that lacks vital information found on any original, hand signed Certificate of Live Birth, such as hospital address, signature of attending physician and age of mother.
• Hawaii Dept of Health will not confirm your assertion that you were born in Hawaii.
• Legal affidavits state you were born in Kenya.
• Your grandmother is recorded on tape saying she attended your birth in Kenya.
• U.S. Law in effect in 1961 denied U.S. citizenship to any child born in Kenya if the father was Kenyan and the mother was not yet 19 years of age.
•In 1965, your mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and you had by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.
You have repeatedly refused to provide evidence of your eligibility when challenged to do so in a number of recent lawsuits. Instead, you have been successful in having judges declare that they are powerless to order you to prove your eligibility to assume the Office of President.
Incredibly, the judge in Hawaii actually said it would be an invasion of your privacy for him to order access to your original birth certificate in order to prove your eligibility to hold the Office of President.
Before you can legitimately exercise any of the powers of the President you must meet all the criteria for eligibility established by the Constitution. You are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence.
Should you assume the office as anyone but a bone fide natural born citizen of the United States who has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national crisis that would undermine the domestic peace and stability of the Nation. For example:
You would always be viewed by many Americans as a poseur - a usurper.
As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States.
You would be entitled to no allegiance, obedience or support from the People.
The Armed Forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you.
No civilian in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, Executive Orders or directives, as such orders would be legally void.
Your appointments of Judges to the Supreme Court would be void.
Congress would not be able to pass any needed legislation because it would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President.
Congress would be unable to remove you, a usurper, from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.
In consideration of the escalating constitutional crisis brought on by the total lack of evidence needed to conclusively establish your eligibility, I am compelled to serve you with this First Amendment Petition for a Redress of this violation of the Constitution. With all due respect, I ask that you immediately direct the appropriate Hawaiian officials to allow access to the vault copy of your birth certificate by our forensic scientists on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 5, 6 and 7, 2008.

October 30, 2008 "Preconditions" Talks about obama's willingness to sit down with "rogue" leaders. Now they're whining about "Muslim music". It doesn't dignify a comment. Command he brings...sense of calm = he does not definitely have them. Where are the action verbs? The declarative statements of what he has done objectively and in reality? A campaign is a test? How can you say that to 60 million people or whatever when it has not officially been vetted? It can never be unsaid. It's just a variation on the race card. barry's campaign can't get any scummier. For mentioning Ayers - a very real concern except to the probarry propaganda outlets - McCain was compared to George Wallace and Birmingham bomb of the church that killed four young girls. How more vile does it get? Even a man who served our country, without being drafted and held hostage for 5 years, can be called a racist. It's absolutely disgusting and beyond irresponsible.

Only Rezko is safe until after the election, though Blagojevich is getting in on the barry bashing...before he joins Ryan up in Oxford.

Here's an article from TPM discussing the connection of Ayers with Mrs Obama. There's an audio of John Murtaugh and the folks at TPM. Murtaugh goes into the attempted bombing of his family residence. He relates that on Feb 21, 1970 (when he was 9) the Weather Underground placed multiple fire bombs by his front door and in the rear of the house directly under the gas station of the family car in an attempt to kill his father. His father was a NY State Supreme Court judge presiding over the "Panther 21" trial of members of the Black Panther party who were alleged to have been plotting to bombings a series of department stores in Manhattan. They did so with reckless disregard for his family, who were then placed under 24/7 police protection for the next 18 months. He said further that on November 1970, Bernadette Dohrn (Ayers wife) turned herself in (she was on the FBI's Most Wanted list) and admitted to bombing his house, two military stations in Brooklyn and a police station in Greenwich village. Recall that Ayers' girlfriend accidentally blew herself up in Greenwich Village making bombs that were to be used to bomb an officer's dance at Fort Dix. Ayers the cowardly revolutionary went into hiding.
Listening to a personal account is very disturbing and brings home how serious they were. Imagine if they had the sophistication of today's bombers. Dohrn was a law student at the time. She actually tried to pass the NY bar and when she couldn't (thank the Lord) was hired by the Chicago law firm of Sidley & Austin in 1984 and worked till 1988. Mrs Obama began working there in 1987.
The McCain campaign is now broadening their attack on Obama's past association with William Ayers to include Michelle Obama -- even though McCain has repeatedly said spouses should be off limits during the campaign.
The attack? Bernardine Dohrn, Ayers' wife and fellow former Weatherman, went to work in 1984 for the major Chicago-based national and three years later, Michelle joined the mega-firm as well.
That's the entire attack. We wish we were joking. But we aren't.
And I wish they had decided to do a little investigation themselves before they declared it a joke - but they didn't. Ayers lives three blocks from the Obamas and the Obamas and Ayers and Dohrn spoke at some sort of conferences together. I have the documentation downloaded from a site, which I hope I can find. I believe it had to do with kids who were in the system. Don't quote me on that.

When we saw McCain and a young woman come out of his office, I then saw Jeannette Jenkins, the niece of a missing man, - she stepped forward, and before she could say anything, (to me - the sound of a gun firing) McCain backhanded her and she hit the wall. It was so loud that it resonated int he hallway.

PAT MURPHY: This kind if a record over a life time would indicate to anybody there's a certain instability in the man's attitude and his ability to control his temper. DECONCINI: In these commercials you hear about the phone calls at 3am? I wouldn't want John McCain answering that phone

And barry got mad about the 3am calls his question on the button. Why doesn't anyone step back and think. Think how McCain was tortured and brutalized. Would you have trouble with anger when confronted? When someone gets in your to threatens you? barry is doing worse with this ad than anything McCain is doing. He is destroying an American hero and telling the world that he's an angry old man unfit to lead the nation. And what if McCain wins? Any wonder why his wife is angry? Matthews is now yelling that McCain is accusing barry of TREASON! This cannot get any more mad.
For the last time: 1. Barry's middle name IS Hussein. He chose not to disclose it - he reaps the consequences. 2. Ayers (as of 9/11/2001) is an unrepentant domestic terrorist by his own admission who wished he had done more. His group bombed the Pentagon, the Capitol Building and government buildings in New York. Does it sound terroristic to you? Where did bin Laden get his inspiration? No one has ever been able to explain that. Barry knew this and allowed him to host a fundraiser and then later contribute to his campaign. He has yet to donate that money to charity to clean his hands - even 7 years later. Barry as recent as last year communicated with him. Ayers may no longer be a terrorist, but barry lied when he passed him off as a guy in the neighborhood. And his continued association goes wright to the heart of his judgment. 3. Barry has been/was friends--yes, friends--they live 3 blocks apart in a posh, liberal neighborhood. And here's the tidbit that the Mrs and barry left off. He served on two boards with him. And that board did not release it's minutes for good reason...which is another story. 4. All of this was brought to light on our other blog, on our Newsweek posts and everywhere else but the MSM refused to vet him. And now the media cries foul when it's their own fault. Pro-obama bias came back to haunt them - just like all of the non-obamerites.
A final question: Why do barry's opponents not like him very much? How often has barry stood up and said stop? Yet he whines that McCain is. Poor barry must be swaddled and coddled so the world can experience the second coming of Jesus.
ProObamaMSM bias is flourishing. We don't even need to document it anymore. There is incontrovertible evidence against both of his opponents that it cannot just be written off as THAT WOMAN and HER HUSBAND. barry may go done as the first black president but his campaign will go down as the most vicious. And how well-earned is it when the MSM is your propaganda and spin machine? Every single media member (except Lou Dobbs), including Barbara Walters, Brokaw, Williams will be remembered and exposed as corrupt.

October 7, 2008 Presidential Townhall Debate McCain: "It was an energy bill on the floor of the Senate, loaded down with goodies, billions for oil companies, and it was sponsored by Bush and Cheney. ... You know who voted for it? You might never know. That one," he said, gesturing toward Obama. "You know who voted against it? Me."
I don't think this was in any way racist. I took it as which senator voted for it - that one. This still does not compare to Beck referring to SHRC as "It." A complete non-entity. Obama was referred to impersonally - not as a non-being. Personally, I found Obama's dismissal of Teresa X when she asked how can we trust you? And Obama said: "Look." And did not call her by name like he had an older white guy and a younger black guy. Said a lot and follows his pattern of dismissiveness towards white women.
