GIBBS LIES re: birth certificate, nobody challenges him, WH transcript incomplete

Updated list of birth certificate posts

Robert Gibbs was asked about the “birthers” today in the press briefing. “Bill” started with “I hate to bring this up but somebody has to”.

It’s gotten to a point there really is nothing more to say.

Lester Kingsolving wasn’t even the one who brought it up. He had a chance to take care of it once for all and he and did he?

No, he said nothing.

All he needed to ask for:

1. The name of the hospital in which barry was born.
2. A hard copy of that COLB posted on the internet.
3. A hard copy of the birth certificate Dr Fukino vouched for.

End of story. Even just one.

But he did nothing.

My opinion now is WND has no interest in putting this to bed. They had a man right there. The door was open and Lester the coward refused to walk through it.

Nothing they say here on in has any validity. They can write whatever they like and it will be meaningless.

How much money have they raised for the Where’s the Birth Certificate? billboards and bumper stickers and whatever else?

Lester opening his mouth would have cost absolutely nothing.

It seems that’s the point – their documentary comes out on barry’s birthday.

But several key sentences were left out of the transcript.

The sentences below in red were omitted.

I’m 99% certain it’s Helen Thomas and Lester saying “violation of the Constitution“. I listened to the whole briefing several times with the transcript and those sentences were the only things missing – even the cross talk and laughter is included. And someone shouted something that I think was different.

And will anyone bring it up to make sure it is added to the transcript for the record?

barry’s citizenship has not been proven. And certainly not “ad nauseum“. And violating the Constitution should be issue #1 – no matter who or what.

No one knows win hich hospital barry was born not even Gibbs – as in “I don’t know the name of the exact hospital.“ which is why Snopes, UPI.COM and Kapi’olani all changed the information on their website around July 7-9 or so. [Haven't posted these either.]

And why did they change the hospital?

They can write, but they can’t act. They can brag they’ve been following the birth certificate issue since the beginning and collecting signatures and putting up billboards and going to Washington and making documentaries and standing up for the Constitution and they can’t even stand up to pink-faced Robert Gibbs, whi is not exactly known for his mental gymnastics.

The first time Lester asked on the record was May 27th.

What were they waiting for?

And now it’s two months later and no closer – even with all the MSM outrage.

Nothing matters but the end game and Lester isn’t man enough to take on Gibbs — proven once and for all right here.

Don’t they have any female reporters over there?

Ed Henry and Chip Reid and that 4-part question oddball from AP are all just as cowardly. Chuck Todd and Jake Tapper are Gibbs’ pawns — he makes fun of them everyday and they don’t even care. They are an embarrassment to The American People – barryfans or not.

Helen Thomas questions why it keeps coming up but doesn’t push him. And she said after that staged press conference: “What the hell do they think we are…puppets?” [Need to post.]

Yep. And they were right. Today, every last one of them were puppets and Gibbs scurried back to his master puppeteer and had a great big laugh at each and every one of them.

Don’t they care how foolish they look being played by Gibbs every single day?

And then Gibbs tried to make the press briefing holy ground when they yuk it up like fratboys every day.

Anyone who has watched Gibbs for the last two years knows he is frightened at this point. Look at his face and then later when Helen Thomas makes her comments.

MR. GIBBS: No. (Laughter.) I mean, the God’s honest truth is no. I mean, Bill, let’s understand this — and I almost hate to indulge in such an august setting as the White House — and I mean this in seriousness — the White House briefing room discussing the made-up, fictional nonsense of whether or not the President was born in this country.

Prove it. Prove it’s nonsense.

Again he says it’s the BIRTH CERTIFICATE when he admitted as in “I know” that what is on the internet is not the birth certificate.

GIBBS: A year-and-a-half ago I asked that the birth certificate be put on the Internet because lord knows, you got a birth certificate and you put it on the Internet, what else could be the story?

barry did have the actual BIRTH CERTIFICATE but that’s not what was put up. The COLB was put up I believe June 20, 2008 – not January. And I also believe they were asked to supply it but don’t quote me on that. Anyone know? Did Gibbs actually initiate the posting of that COLB?

Then Gibbs brings up DNA. Why?

GIBBS: Here’s the deal, Bill. If I had some DNA, it wouldn’t assuage those that don’t believe he was born here. But I have news for them and for all of us: The President was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, the 50th state of the greatest country on the face of the earth. He’s a citizen.

Them & us?? What happened the The American People?

He’s a “citizen” not a “natural born citizen” or “native born citizen” like they wrote on the Fight The Smears website put up just for the birth certificate that now no longer exists.

Why?

All Lester had to ask: And where exactly was he born, Mr Gibbs?

Simple question. Please name the hospital.

And DNA would be fine for those folks who don’t think barry Sr is barry Jr’s dad. There is a complete lack of resemblance that anyone can see. Actually, with all folks have done, I’m surprised they haven’t already done it. DNA – even barry’s – collected in a public place is collectable by anyone and testable by anyone. I’m sure barry’s half-brother George would be more than happy to part with some DNA for cash. George actually qualifies as a person with a direct and tangible interest in the birth certificate (a person having a common ancestor with the registrant). And then there the illegal alien auntie barry sponsored but “had no idea” about because he “hadn’t talked to her”. He just counted her donations made to him in her own name.

How many of barry’s mother’s relatives are still alive? Have any reporters talk to them?

GIBBS: But I have no doubt that Lester will ask me soon, and that I will receive e-mail –

Yes. He should have asked right then. But like last time he let it go. Listen to the “august setting” with folks laughing and shouting.

Why did they do it? No one asked a thing. They intentionally manipulated the official White House transcript and it needs to be amended. And it needs to be made known they did it.

Because he has not provided a legal document and until he does it will not go away and the anger is going to keep building – and the Lady in Red in Delaware has already boiled over. The politicians know it, too. One told Pete Williams [need to post] that he didn’t want to announce townhalls because he was afraid it was going to come up.

In the July 13th press briefing, Robert Gibbs admitted that he knew the COLB that barry has posted on the internet is not a birth certificate even though he said on May 27th that it was.

GIBBS: I will seek to interview whoever brought the President into this world. But can we just — I want to do this once and for all, Lester. Let’s just do this once and for all. You can go on this — I hope you’ll take the time not just to Google “President, January 24, Hawaii hospital, birth” and come up with this letter, but go on the Internet and get the birth certificate, Lester, and put –

GIBBS: I know.

And at the end of the press conference Gibbs said this:

GIBBS: You know, I — ohhh. Les, we were — I haven’t the slightest idea what the invitation system is for the July 4th fireworks. I’ll do this. I’ll figure that out. You figure out the Hawaii birth certificate. We’ll meet here sometime next week and we can discuss it all over again. How about that, Lester?

Last question taken by Gibbs in his press briefing concerned Secretary Clinton’s speech and her relationship with barry. He did not even refer to Clinton by name and pretended he didn’t see any of the speech himself.

MR. GIBBS: Christina. I’ll take one more.

Q What does the President think of the Secretary of State’s speech today? I know that the timing was about the same time he was talking, but did he see it? And what does he think of some reports that suggest that their relationship isn’t as great as some people would –

MR. GIBBS: I don’t know if they discussed that today in their meeting. But this story has been tried to be written for probably years now. They enjoy a very close relationship. I think the Secretary of State is somebody who the President relies on greatly.

She has an enormously important role in the development of and the execution of a foreign policy that changes our image in the world, some of which we’ve talked about here with the State Department’s Public Diplomacy outfit.

I think the notion that there’s some rift or disagreement is nothing more than silly Washington games.

The President — he was doing interviews during part of the speech, but I know that staff here saw the speech before it was given, and the Secretary of State outlined very forcefully the concept for a framework of changing our foreign policy in the world.

Are there transparency police? I know Politico noticed it early on but I don’t know if they’ve kept it up. Something tells me no. Politifact with the Obameter? Ha-ha. They’re as much in the bag as factcheck.

Anyway – saw this on the transcript. Still pandering to the arabs by hiding his meeting with Jewish Leaders?

GIBBS: Let me do Lynn one more question, and then we’ll go.

LYNN: Robert, this is on the meeting at 3:00 p.m. with the American Jewish leaders. This is the first time that Obama has met with this group of presidents of major organizations. And some, but not all — there’s a division there about the President’s urging Israel to end settlements.

So my question is, what is the message he’s trying to — what is he trying to accomplish in that? Does he want to just — does he feel he needs to explain more? By chance, if this subject matter is so sensitive, could there be a transcript of what happens made available to us? And –

MR. GIBBS: I could — go ahead, I’m sorry.

LYNN: And this meeting, for some reason, was left off the White House schedule. It was just added on later in the day, though the people were invited last week. Is there a reason for that?

MR. GIBBS: Not that I’m aware of. Obviously, I think the President will use this opportunity to have a discussion with major Jewish leaders about the progress that he believes we’re making toward comprehensive Middle East peace. And what he has asked each side in this process, the hard decisions that he’s asked each to evaluate as we seek to make more of that progress.

Obviously, this is a very influential group, and I think he looks forward to discussing with them how these efforts are ongoing, the progress that he sees that has been and what he thinks has to be addressed in order to see more progress. We won’t have a transcript, but we’ll certainly give you a readout.

Congratulations, again, Mr Kingsolving.

Though I must ask: Why the long delay in asking?

Lester Kingsolving of WND asked Gibbs about the recent development with Kapi’olani Medical Center letter how–after 6 months–it suddenly disappeared.

That didn’t get posted yet because I noticed a couple of problems on my own when I checked links for the last post Another anti-birther attack. They’ve gone missing or got changed. Must mean somebody’s getting close or the “real” birth certificate will be making an appearance. I don’t see Taitz’s case getting anywhere because of lack of standing. Nobody but Congress has standing.Quo Warranto must be getting them concerned.

Anyway – Gibbs made Kingsolving wait twice and then gave him the second to last question asking. Gibbs brushed it aside and let his fratboys get their chuckles, which are starting to sound a little desperate, and then ends with his typical Gibbs sarcasm. But in the middle he once again gives the Smithsonian, Supreme Court and the Library of Congress a great quote.

Kingsolving says what’s on the internet – what Gibbs referred to as barry’s birth certificate – is not a birth certificate.

Gibbs: I KNOW.

End of story. He admits on the official record – in the transcript and on video and eyewitness testimony – that he knows that useless COLB is not a birth certificate. He admits he and barry’s campaign have been lying. He proves that Kos, Fight the Smears (has disappeared), Factcheck and Politifcat were all lying when they used the term Birth CERTIFICATE. His words make null all their conclusions. His words prove what “birthers” have been saying all along – the COLB is not a birth CERTIFICATE.

What GIBBS said in his May 27th press briefing.

MR. GIBBS: It’s on the Internet, Lester.

While you and the President were overseas on July the 7th, there was on the Internet a copy of a letter on White House letterhead dated January the 24th, 2009, with the signature “Barack Obama,” which stated “The place of my birth was Honolulu’s Kapi’olani Medical Center.” And my question is, can you verify this letter? Or if not, would you tell us which Hawaiian hospital he was born in, since Kapi’olani, which used to publicize this, now refuses to confirm?

MR. GIBBS: Goodness gracious. I’m going to be, like, in year four describing where it is the President was born. I don’t have the letter at my fingertips, obviously, and I don’t know the name of the exact hospital.

Why would a press secretary not know this after all this time – especially with Lester’s last question? Just the fact he pretends he doesn’t know is a lie.

KINGSOLVING: Can you check on this?

MR. GIBBS: I will seek to interview whoever brought the President into this world. But can we just — I want to do this once and for all, Lester. Let’s just do this once and for all. Semantics – whatever you want – there it is: “I KNOW.” Gibbs admitting he has been lying when he called it a birth certificate when it is not. Strange how the tide seems to be turning.

KINGSOLVING:

But it doesn’t say where he was born or who the doctor was.

MR. GIBBS: You know, Lester, I — I want to stay on this for a second, Lester, I want to stay on this for a second, because you’re a smart man, right?

Fratboys press corps laughing hoping it is just a crazy thought:

Press Corps: Hypothetical.

And this is just wrong. Gibbs talking about “noble truth”.

MR. GIBBS: All right, all right, settle down in here. Only I get to make jokes like that.

No, Lester, let’s finish this one. Do all of your listeners and the listeners throughout this country the service to which any journalist owes those listeners, and that is the pursuit of the noble truth. And the noble truth is that the President was born in Hawaii, a state of the United States of America. And all of this incredible back-and-forth — I get e-mails today from people who inexplicably can figure out very easily the White House e-mail address, and want proof of where the President was born.

Here he leaves out the word “birth” in front of certificate.

Lester, the next time you ask me a question I’m going to ask you what reporting you’ve done to demonstrate to your listeners the truth, the certificate, the state, so that they can look to you for that momentous search for the truth, and you can wipe away all the dark clouds and provide them with the knowing clarity that comes with that certainty.

Arrogance is passed down from the supreme leader. The best part of these exchanges is they are forevermore. They sanitize the WH website that’s a whole different crime. But it’s screenshots of everything now. Links aren’t enough, caches are enough and the wayback machine isn’t enough.

Now the famous Gibbs when pressed: I don’t know…then sarcasm.

KINGSOLVING:

Another question. (Laughter.) The Washington Times and gawker.com report that of the 60 or more reporters who regularly cover these briefings, only 30 were invited to the White House to watch the July 4th fireworks, and they were ordered not to report this. And my question, why does the President believe it is fair to exclude so many, including even Helen Thomas, who was [NOT] invited — (laughter) — by so many previous Presidents to this event?

MR. GIBBS: Please note for the official record that Helen almost fell out of her chair laughing. I just wanted to note — that’s all –

I find it extremely disrespectful that he refers to old-timer Helen Thomas by her first name – and usually derisively. He is supposed to be at the very least a Southerner.

KINGSOLVING:

This information was confirmed to me, she was not invited, Bob. Why?

Sarcasm shows he’s uncomfortable with the question and his own “answer”. He uses the sarcasm to get his fratboys to laugh so the one being laughed at is intimidated. It shows what a very weak little man Gibbs is and it reflects how barry must treat him…like a mindless peon.

And why only half the press corps? And why the “don’t report on it”?

What more do they tell the press corps not to report on?

Gibbs’ non-answer on CIA memos

So what hasn’t barry gone back on? Iraq – yes. A fairy tale since that politically expedient speech in 2002. Mr Bill was 100% correct and yet he was crucified by the barry media, who the ignorant cultfollowers believed without bothering to check. They based their vote on complete fiction and proudly proclaimed that was why they were voting for barry. And now they are buying the lie of “transparency” which he has been anything but,

Anyway, CIA interrogations should be released – not. Torture photos should be released – not. Military commissions should be stopped – not. Gitmo should be closed – too early to tell but the fine print gives him an out – an out he will most assuredly will take. And let’s watch what he does with the detainees found to be not guilty – that Gibbs refuses to answer because it is “hypothetical”.

PRESS BRIEFING

Q A quick follow on something else, the CIA interrogation tapes. Why is the administration trying to block the release of the Bush-era documents on the CIA interrogation tapes, when previously you released Bush-era memos and said you didn’t really have a national security concern about it because these methods were already out there, the media had reported on it?

MR. GIBBS: Well, but understand — I think if you look at particularly at some of the memos that were released, you see that there was some redaction taken to ensure highly sensitive information. Obviously a great amount of the information contained in those memos were known by your network and others, and have been for quite some time. They’ve been in the media, they’ve been in books; the people in the previous administration have written communications back and forth involved in some of these cables. You can’t redact that information. That’s what it is.

The President believes, the administration believes that that material is highly sensitive.

[Now - when they are aware of the ramifications and not what the poss and people want to hear.]

Q But the CIA is saying that this could be a recruiting tool for al Qaeda. Haven’t you said previously the President has been removing recruiting tools by ending torture to begin with?

MR. GIBBS: Yes, and that was one of the reasons that the larger framework of those memos — again, those tactics were — I’ve used this example with you before — the graphic that you all had about waterboarding wasn’t a graphic that was created after the release and the reading of these memos. It’s been something that’s been discussed, my guess is, for many, many hours on your network.

Gibbs refuses to comment re: detainees found not guilty

Roberts Gibbs is asked about the disposition of detainees found not guilty — specifically if they will be let free. He refuses to respond on the grounds of “hypotheticals”. He responds 12 times and 7 of the times he uses the word hypothetical and then “when a verdict comes” and “if it ever comes to fruition” and once it’s just “sure”.

Where’s this transparency? This accountability? This guarantee for fair trials?

Q Two questions about developments today, one regarding Ghailani’s trial, him being flown to the United States. If any of the detainees who are brought to trial through the U.S. criminal courts, or even through military commissions, if any of them are found not guilty, will the administration let them free?

MR. GIBBS: Well, I‘m not going to get into hypotheticals about –

Q Well, forget the military commissions –

MR. GIBBS: I’m not going to get into hypotheticals about the court cases, either.

Q Well, this is an important part of the — you’re talking about a credible justice system, bringing these people to justice. You’ve spoken at great length about this, the President has. If they are found not guilty, will they be found –

MR. GIBBS: Well, let’s discuss that if it ever comes to fruition.

Q But isn’t that what is underlying a credible justice system, the idea that if you’re found not guilty you’ll be free?

MR. GIBBS: Sure.

Q So –

MR. GIBBS: But I’m not going to get into hypotheticals about how certain cases may or may not play out.

Q So you’re not willing to commit to freeing people if they’re found not guilty?

MR. GIBBS: I’m not willing to get into playing hypothetical games.

Q It’s not a game, Robert. It’s a question about the credibility of the justice system.

Q It’s the principle of it –

MR. GIBBS: No, it’s – I’m not debating legal principles. I’m just not getting into the hypothetical back-and-forth of what happens on a case.

Q Okay. So the Obama administration is refusing to say that if somebody is found not guilty they will be set free?

MR. GIBBS: Jake, I’m not going to get into hypotheticals about specific outcomes of cases.

Q I’m not asking you to talk about a specific case. I’m talking about in general –

Q And for all the detainees brought into this system of justice, which the administration said can and has in the past handled adequately — more than adequately, according to your talking points this morning — the terrorism cases brought before it in whatever venue — if that justice system, which the administration says should be trusted, renders a verdict of not guilty, is that person released?

MR. GIBBS: We will talk about what happens about a verdict when a verdict comes.

Q Well, then how is the world supposed to have any confidence that this new system of justice that you guys are ensuring is going to be the case with the detainees is actually credible?

Q Robert, did Judge Sotomayor consent to the statements by the President and you that she would now use different words in that Latina white male statement that has been out there?

MR. GIBBS: Again, I think the basis for what I said and the basis for what the President said were the result of conversations that had been had with the Justice — with the Judge, excuse me — and members of the team working on the confirmation.

Q Is there a possibility she would issue a statement to that effect?

MR. GIBBS: Well, I assume that she’ll likely get this today, maybe in her meetings, and I think she’ll have a chance to talk to senators about that. And I have no doubt that the working press will get good readouts from their senators.

No, as yet she hasn’t. Judge Sotomayor is a barry clone, which makes one wonder what it is she is hiding. Something that wasn’t important for her other confirmations but would potentially cause her trouble as a Justice. No idea.

barry says he doesn’t know her views on abortion. How much do they really expect The American People to believe. Well, I guess they’ve bought everything so far. It’s what he doesn’t say that’s more than what he does say. By saying that he doesn’t know – how considered could his choice have been since that was the major issue on his stumps? Since that was a/the major Hillary Clinton women crossed over. It argues that she was just a big and little check box – and just another “first. I am convinced she is pro-life because Gibbs and barry make a point of mentioning that she believes strongly in precedence and “strict adherence to precedence”.

Whatever happens, his panderment is on record. If she is pro-life it’s a checkbox for across the aisle. And if he is truly diabolical – he could have picked her hoping she would one day overturn Roe v Wade and it would be out of his hands.

This is the June 2nd press conference. On the 3rd, Sen Dianne Feinstein, evidently the chosen one’s chosen one – came out with a statement that “obviously it was a poor choice of words”. If it were that obvious, she would have admitted to it. She hasn’t.

So no statement except from barry, Gibbs and Sen Feinstein that it was a “poor choice of words”. None of it counts because they didn’t say the words.

Gibbs didn’t want to call on WND’s Lester Kingsolving. On May 27th, Kingsolving got Gibbs to admit (lie) that the “birth certificate” is on the internet. This time he’s asking why the Queen is being snubbed. barry’s 0 – for protocol and 0 – for eitqueete.

MR GIBBS: Lester, I’m just going to — here we go.

Q On Thursday, Buckingham Palace announced: “Neither the Queen, nor any other members of the Royal Family will be attending the D-Day commemoration on June 6, as we have not yet received an official invitation to any of these events.“

And my question: Since Queen Elizabeth is the only living head of state who served in the armed forces during World War II, President Obama believes she should surely be officially invited, doesn’t he?

MR. GIBBS: He does. And we are working with those involved to see if we can make that happen.

This trip was planned before barry went over there to deliver the presidential ipod. Why do they not have an invitation as of June 1st?

Is he going to pretend he knew nothing? It’s something that has been festering since the G20. Sarkozy had plans for barry – including visiting Normandy. barry refused and spent the time with PM Gordon Brown because he had to make it up to the Browns for snubbing them at the White House. So First Lady Carla Bruni didn’t travel to England for the Summit. She waited on her own territory and just formally shook hands with barry. On his end, Sarkozy threatened to walk out of the Summit if things weren’t getting accomplished. So now that it’s on French soil – no invite to the Queen, who was actually in uniform on that day. Talk all you want about cowboy George – he would never have let that happen. In fact, the Queen was very active in the 2004 60th anniversary celebration

Thoroughly classless – just like last trip.

If barry really wanted to have the Queen invited he would have held out. Any other president would have. Secretary Clinton would never have even let it get to that point. He really had no idea how to act on the world stage and doesn’t seem inclined to learn. He truly thinks he should be the center of attention wherever he goes. This media lovefest of denial has got to stop. Does any “reporter” or whatever they fancy themselves have integrity? Or even a semblance of a grasp on reality?

Have they always been like this? I only got involved last January and only then because of the obvious barry bias. What I would like to know is if they really believe the crap they write or they’re doing it because they don’t have any choice. Because if they tell the truth at this point the world will see how corrupted and ridiculous they look.

It’s too late. Eighteen months too late.

Here’s Michael Wolff over at Vanity Fair – something I’ve never read. And after reading his words – which made my skin crawl – I won’t ever again. He prattles on with jagged excessive words about what a genius sarcastic “I don’t know – I’ll get back to you” Robert Gibbs is. It made me wonder if he was writing it in the bathroom with only one hand on the keyboard.

I won’t even dissect the article because the tone of the words is too creepy. Here’s just a few quotes.

When did this become news?

It’s been that way since at least March 3, 2008 when the obamerized man-loving press allowed barry to walk away after answering like, 8 questions, already. They were completely corrupted at that point and I argue that Gibbs had nothing to do with it. The press were willingly and knowingly entrenched in a pathological glazed-eye crush of a man they knew nothing and still don’t know anything about.

They chose to become corrupted and have remained so. Polls have proven it and the media has even admitted it – laughing all the way ha-ha-ha.

Folks like Mark Halperin and Tony Blankley, with his dismissive reference to “weird little internet sites”, went on record just to go on record. They did nothing in the heat of the battle. They did nothing when it could have mattered.

What good are their words after the fact?

The national press corps is barrymedia. MSNBC is barry TV. NEWSWEEK is the pro-barry propaganda newsletter. Kos and Huffington Post are his blogging slaves and Factcheck is completely biased – their “factchecks” ridiculously parsed – most notably the “birth certificate” that Gibbs lied about and said was online.

The mainstream media across the board have willingly chosen to embargo anything not probarry and have magnified any possible anything against his opponents/enemies/naysayers to cover up barry gaffes.

Case in point: Joe Biden made a remarkable admission about the young president being tested by a generated crisis and to just hang with them no matter what the polls say. He basically said that barry is going to need help because he’s clueless and that he – Biden – already knew what the crisis was going to be and how they were going to react.

And what does the media chooses to focus on?

The wardrobe.

Mika Mommy Brzezinski declared a “Biden attack-free zone” with Scarborough saying on air that he was going to email around to see if the media was going to run with the Biden story. Dan Rather, who one would think would be incensed, sat quietly and commented that if it was Gov Palin instead of Joe Biden it would be an above the fold story. Goebbels never had it so easy.

Historians are going to wonder what was in the water. The New York Times that Wolff mentions several times has already started admitting they willfully did not report things that could have hurt barry – surprise – like the recent ACORN revelation by Hoyt. His justification was humorous: it wouldn’t have mattered anyway.

It doesn’t matter if was a completely innocuous story. They withheld the information. They made a choice to help a candidate – something the public overwhelming believed they would do and did. They were willingly corrupted. They have lost all credibility – something they can and will never regain.

Their corruption began early on with the story about Sen McCain. And what they did to Senator Clinton was unconscionable. And despite theirs and the rest of the daily, often hourly, barrymedia attacks – Sen Clinton got the same amount of votes. He won 11 in a row and couldn’t close. He never won anything — he was anointed by the just as intentionally corrupted DNC who had put a mechanism in place to favor him.

What if it were Michigan and Florida instead of Nevada and South Carolina?

What if Sen Clinton was the one given votes decided on behind closed doors in a state where her name was never on the battl?. That little transaction forever illegitimized the primaries.

And even after he was anointed he needed Sen Clinton to stump for him. And this man of character intent on Change! and Uniting! Transcending Race! and Reaching Across the Aisle! couldn’t even reach across his own party. He didn’t even have enough integrity (self-confidence) to call off his attack dogs.

He’s never been in it just to win it. Victory means destroying his opponents – with his barrymedia assisting him the whole way. His ego, so massive he couldn’t bear to talk to his democratic predecessor. Still can’t. Says a great deal about his insecurities and gross lack of governing skills.

He did not win this election in any fashion. One-third – 8 million – eligible black voters couldn’t even be bothered to register to vote for “the first black president”. There wasn’t a “massive voter turnout” in the black community. After 8 years of Bush and with barry as the candidate only 2% more black voters turned up at the polls. And the caucuses were won in predominately white states — although Iowa got a boost from a couple of bused in barry voters.

Sen Clinton’s bitter bowling alley babes a’totin’ their guns and a’quotin their Bibles and the feminazis and those racist blue collar workers who would “never vote for a black man” and Hispanics won it for barry. Sen Clinton’s demographics. She turned them around after the convention from 58 – 85% all the while barrymedia attacking her motives and terrorizing her for mentioning the blatantly obvious sexism, gyne envy and misogyny.

How can anyone in the barrymedia think they are in any way ethical? Or for that matter even useful?

They are a complete embarrassment to the “profession” – if one still exists. Pulitzer Prize winner Mo Dowd rips off a blogger and Bob Herbert can’t even recognize the Washngton Monument.

The White House press corps doesn’t bother to ask any questions that Gibbs isn’t ready for. And if perchance they ask something meaningful – like how much did the trip to New York cost – Gibbs has no answer other than uh, uh, uh. His face gets red and forehead starts to sweat like it did when he was lying to the willing to be lied to press about why they were flown to Chicago when barry wasn’t even on the plane.

They let Gibbs get away with: “I don’t know, I’m not sure, I haven’t talked to barry about that, I don’t have my notes with me…let me check and I’ll get back to you”.

Does he?

Read or just scan the transcripts of the press briefings. All you need to do is look at three and you’ll see that day after day the press is made a fool of by Gibbs – not because he has this power or because he knows anything – but because the press allows him to. Gibbs very rarely answers the question and when he gets pressed he reverts to sarcasm, I don’t think The American People…”, sarcasm and frat boy faces. I don’t know what press briefings Wolff is watching but they’re entirely unprofessional. All that’s missing is a kegger, some strippers and strewn pizza crusts.

The headliner:

The Obamas may have the smartest, most finely calibrated press operation in White House history, parceling out scoops (The New York Times), partisan talking points (the Huffington Post), and First Family tidbits (the celebrity mags) to a desperate media. Just don’t ask them to admit it.

It’s not clear who he means by “they”.

Toward the end:

The balance of power has surely shifted—although you won’t get anyone in the White House to say that. Except every day you can read it in press secretary Gibbs’s cockiness and condescension.

And it’s that way because the press is too castrated to say it themselves. And what is the time frame of “has”? It’s been that way almost since the beginning.

And this:

There is too the Obama 30-point advantage—he’s got America eating out of his hand. Gibbs has, at least so far, an easy product to sell. And then there’s the personal insecurity on the part of members of the incredible shrinking press—their days are numbered and they know it.

Yo, Mr Wolffe – barry doesn’t have “America” eating out of his hand. You folks are mesmerized. The folks who are in touch with reality see right through barry and the press is shrinking because “America” knows that they have been corrupted and nothing they write approximates the truth. Why would they pay for fiction when they can find the truth on the internet?

Ok fifteen minutes is enough time wasted.

Time to find out why the “smartest, most finely calibrated press operation in White House history” had to demote the First Lady’s Chief of Staff. I’m sure it’s just Chicago payback for Ms Sher with the help of Valerie Jarrett getting Michelle Obama a job at U of C Medical Center (turning away indigents from the ER so they could make more money) and then getting her a $195,052 raise [$121,910 to $316,962] 2 months after barry was sworn in as senator. I guess since barry couldn’t come through with the $1M earmark for U of C the Mrs had to handle it herself. Just like a former Mayor Daley staffer and daughter of a precinct captain knows how to do.

Billboard: “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”

World Net Daily is in the process of leasing billboards that say: “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” It’s their latest cause célèbre to compel barry to produce proof of his eligibility. Their previous campaign was an e-petition that gathered a reported 400K names. A list of which Orly Taitz dropped off in Idaho for Chief Justice Roberts to read – which he said he would do. And a number Robert Gibbs snickered at during his May 27th press briefing when he flat out lied about barry’s birth certificate being “on the internet”. Check out this post to watch Gibbs’ dismissive attitude that one day will be Exhibit A in the Smithsonian.

What I can’t understand is why it took so long to ask if their reporter goes to the press briefings every day. Maybe they explain it somewhere on their site. I don’t go there often because their posts are so hard to read. I have dyslexia and they underline whole sentences as a link and it makes it read as one long word and the second half of posts seem identical to previous ones.

Anyway their focus now is on billboards. A digital one is already up on Highway 165 in Ball, LA and another has been leased along Interstate 5 in Orange County. Standard billboards with the same message are due to go up in PA & CA – locations undisclosed.

Here’s what makes it noteworthy.

CBS owns 550,000 billboards (every state included) and they made a corporate decision to refuse to allow WND to advertise on any of them. Here’s the scope of CBS’ operation from WND’s article:

CBS also owns one of the three major broadcast TV networks and radio networks, an online advertising division, television stations, Showtime and Simon & Schuster, one of the largest book publishers in the world. The billboard division manages $2 billion in annual revenues, according to company statements. It also boasts controlling more billboard space than any other company in North America, with 1,600 employees in more than 50 offices nationwide. It controls billboard space in every major American city.

It’s their right to refuse but it’s the way in which it was reportedly done. As seen through WND’s (unnamed) billboard purchasing agent, who had had no opinion on the message going in:

They (CBS) already knew about this campaign when approached. Being involved in this campaign has not only opened my eyes but has disillusioned my faith in Americans standing up for what’s right and equal in the eyes of our forefathers who wrote the Constitution for this very reason. It has made me feel sad.

Even the local CBS ad exec was shocked at the edict from corporate.

We just received an e-mail from CBS Corporate. They are aware of this campaign and we are not allowed to install it. This came straight from corporate. Sorry!

These are the folks who will be listened to by others. People who were just doing their job thinking nothing of it until they experienced the censorship firsthand. And they should be the ones targeted. They will reach more people in the long run – if done correctly – than the billboards themselves. They can create more buzz than a billboard because they will have their own personal tales to recount. And, most importantly, there will be thousands of corporate memo/emails/phone calls refusing sale in every state – not just a smattering.

If Mr Farah was smart he would send people into as many CBS-controlled billboard agencies as possible in every state – has to be every state – to request space. They’re not going to provide it so the people going in don’t even have to have the money or the real intent – they just have to look the part and above all be courteous and convincing. When they are refused (they should be undramatically surprised) they should just shake their heads and say something like ‘what has our country become’ and walk out.

The people in those offices who were told not to let lease the billboard will be believed. They will tell people what they personally experienced. How Big Brother affected their lives. It will suddenly become a personal reality — not some internet rumor by vindictive racist sore losers and crazies.

If done correctly, this could be the absolute proof and inciting factor that turns the tide across the whole country. Because regular people – The American People – including barry voters – in local communities will witness firsthand the Big Brother censorship barrynaysayers have seen for the last two years. And they will see it as pertains their own businesses, commuities and lives. People whose jobs depend on the 550, 000 CBS-controlled billboards – on the revenue and commissions – are going to be pist when business is turned away that otherwise might have paid for granny’s medicine or junior’s tuition or the husband’s psychiatrist or simply paid for food, rent and gas.

From the places listed as potential sites — Houston, Dallas, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle — it looks like they are targeting big cities. I think that is a big mistake and a big waste of limited funds. The big city media are already well-practiced at ignoring “birthers” and the birth certificate issue. Those people are not going to risk their jobs reporting on it. They need surgical strikes on/in smaller markets. Look up interstate areas in the US that are highly traveled. Get the truckers, truckstops and RV Parks involved. AAA keeps records. They should also look into moving advertising. Lease advertising on the side panel trucks or even semis. That way they get the small media outlets and public access TV interested and hope it goes viral, which it will if they do it right.

One thing they got absolutely right was not connecting any name to the sign. Besides avoiding legal issues, there’s nothing better than curiosity. And the folks going in — much better than a phone call or email because there’s eye contact and a physical reality of the situation as fellow Americans – should never once mention barry’s name or the purpose of the sign. It should be a matter of fact I’m just doing my job to feed my kids sort of transaction – especially in the CBS-controlled sites. There shouldn’t be an all out assault or debate about evidence or anything else. A head shake and a look will go a lot farther than a tsk and an angry discussion.

And, if they take more pictures of the billboard to post on their website, they should have people standing around looking up at them. It says a lot more than a generic billboard with the the state route location and “Where’s the birth certificate?”. It says people are getting together and wondering and talking about where the birth certificate is and why they haven’t seen it. It shows the message doing its job.

barry has not produced any document – not a single one – that definitively proves he is eligible to be president. Actual fact. That green, one-sided, unverified, uncertified Certification of Live Birth is not a birth certificate no matter how much Robert Gibbs lies. The factcheckers aka “vetters” provided only one full side – the front – and in their conclusions they called it a “birth certificate”.

One cannot vet something one doesn’t know the name of.

The cases brought against him were not dismissed because they lacked merit – they were dismissed because they lacked “standing” – one of the three requirements for a case to be heard. A regular citizen, a presidential candidate like Keyes and a military man subject to recall like Col Hollister do not have standing to sue the president to compel him to produce proof of his eligibility. Not a single court – including the Supreme Court - has looked into the evidence or asked that that useless COLB of barry’s be forensically examined. They haven’t examined it themselves even as barry’s lawyers use it as proof in their court filings – including to the Supreme Court.

barry is still fighting cases in court – attempting to block all access to his medical, school and birth records and has spent over a million dollars doing so – when a copy of his long form birth certificate would cost less than $20. You folks who continue to write that it is pro bono are delusional. barry paid Robert Bauer by making him the DNC’s lawyer ensuring that everything will remain confidential – but his law firm is being paid rather handsomely.

It defies reality to pay out this much money unless one was hiding something. Ask yourself why a man can continue to claim “transparency” and yet refuses to submit documents that every other president has – most of them while they were still campaigning.

What isn’t known about Secretary Clinton? Would she have been allowed to be President without that information being known? Absolutely not and absolute proof of pro-obama media bias.

Why hasn’t the media done their job and forced him to disclose the information? Or at the very least asked him for them?

They have willingly been corrupted – including FOX – for unknown and curious reasons.

Eventually Andy Martin is going to prevail under the Freedom of Information Act. I’ll have to go check how his case is proceeding. Unless of course it becomes a “matter of national security”.

Just watch how disrespectful Gibbs is. He thinks it’s a joke as do the rest of the press corps. he makes faces, laughs and does the drumroll motion. And then like a coward, he flees. But most of all – he lies. He straight up lies about the state of Hawaii providing a certified copy with a seal and about barry’s birth certificate being on the internet.

MR. GIBBS: Lester, I’m a glutton for punishment. (Laughter.)

Q Thank you, thank you very much. Just one question concerning what the President said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, “I ran for President promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.” End of quote. Do you remember that statement?

MR. GIBBS: I can confirm that he said that.

Q Good. In consideration of this very good promise of transparency, why can’t the President respond to the petition to requests of 400,000 American citizens by releasing a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate listing hospital — (laughter) — 400,000.

MR. GIBBS: Are you looking for the President’s birth certificate?

Q Yes.

MR. GIBBS: It’s on the Internet, Lester. [LIE]

Q No, no, no — the long form listing his hospital and physician. (Laughter.)

MR. GIBBS: Lester, this question in many ways continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy with the seal of the President’s birth. [LIE] I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people — (laughter) — that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the President’s birth there, but it’s on the Internet [LlE] because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.

Thanks, guys.

He laughs, he lies, he makes fun of Lester and then he flees. A perfect representation of his boss. And his laughing is going to piss alot of people off – people who are already pist. Not a good idea. And the best part is that it’s on video and on the official presidential record. Those laughs are going to go over great.

Here are Gibbs’ lies (as far as this press conference):

1-There has been no birth CERTIFICATE released by Hawaii or anyone else.

2-Dr Fukino released a statement that said barry’s “original birth certificate [is] on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.“ She did not say what was on it. She did not say he was born in Hawaii. Even after her statement was questioned she did not add to it. She did not say anything about the COLB barry released. There was absolutely no correlation made between what Dr Fukino vouched for and what barry put on the internet. None.

2-Hawaii did not “provide” anything.

3-barry released a COLB = a Certification of Live Birth to be posted. It is not a birth certificate. It is a certification that a birth certificate exists. Period.

4-There is no undoctored proof of a seal on the COLB. There is no full photograph of the back so there is no way to prove that the seal they show is any way related to the front. Therefore it is uncertified.

So everything he said is a lie. And he and the press think it’s funny. Says it all.

But it has become part of the official presidential record on the White House site – in video and in the transcript. The White House has officially gone on record as lying about barry’s “birth certificate”. Gibbs in all his sarcastic smiling idiocy just implicated himself…forever. It is a huge development even if nothing came out of it.

Just like Chief Justice Roberts being caught on tape in Idaho saying he would accept and read Orly Taitz’s papers after she accused the Supreme Court “Stay” clear Danny Bickell of manipulating the SCOTUS website. Justice Roberts: “I’ll be happy to look at them if you leave them behind.”

The accusation was made, the accusation was heard by the Chief Justice, there was reasonable proof for an investigation in the papers he said - out loud in front of a live audience and on video and audiotape – that he would read. The onus is on him for not investigating.

And then there’s the matter of barry and Biden meeting with the Justices behind closed doors without a record of what went on while cases were actively pending before the court with both barry and Biden as defendants. Also present were Jeff Minear, counselor to Chief Justice Roberts, Gregory Craig, barry’s soon to be White House counsel and Alan Hoffman, Biden’s deputy chief of staff. Why the lawyers if it was just a meet and greet as it was billed? Why the hiding from the media and arriving in the basement? The “first black Harvard Law Review President” is not going to want to document his “historic visit”?

Ever know barry to miss out on a photo op?

So now both the United States Supreme Court and the White House – the absolute powers of the Judicial and Executive branches of government – have implicated themselves and there is no going back.

But several questions later this is what he says.

Q And also, just in terms of the vetting, is the White House confident that tax issues, even though the White House is confident that, you know, any issues that come — that do come up, the White House will defend her fully? But are there tax issues that could –

MR. GIBBS: I think she’s been fully vetted, and we’re confident.

He and barry were both confident with the other tax cheats Tim Geithner, Tom Daschel, Nancy Killefer, Ron Kirk and Kathleen Sebelius as well.

GIBBS: Well, I think the President picked Judge Sotomayor largely based on three criteria, the first being experience — and when I say that, experience as a prosecutor, experience as a litigator, and then experience as both a circuit and an appellate court judge. In fact, we’ve pointed out that she will bring more experience on the federal branch then anybody that’s been appointed to the Supreme Court in a hundred years.

I think, secondly, obviously the President believes strongly in her approach to judging, following precedent and the rule of law. And I think, lastly, obviously the President believes that her life story is a compelling one, and that her voice will be an important addition to the Supreme Court.

On Sotomayor’s comments:

Q And just to get your reaction of one statement that seems to get a lot of attention, a quote she has from 2001 saying, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

I just wonder — I presume the President was aware of that statement, and what is his reaction? Did he agree with it?

MR. GIBBS: Well, I think if you look at the context of the longer speech that she makes, I don’t — I think what she says is very much common sense in terms of different experiences that different people have.

Obviously the President has looked at any number of these issues and believes that Judge Sotomayor is well qualified and will be a great justice for the Supreme Court.

The standard I have not talked to the president. He says it in almost all – if not every one – of the very few press briefings I’ve read. His other favorites, I’m busy with other things (and yet refers to the TV coverage), I don’t have my notes, let me check on that and I’ll get back to you. Whether he does or not who knows but he accomplished his mission – not going on the presidential record.

How utterly worthless is the media? And they’re the ones looking like fools every day. Four plus months in and they’re still getting played.

Q Robert, do you have any reaction to the California Supreme Court decision on Prop 8?

MR. GIBBS: I have not talked to the President about it. I think the issues involved are ones that you know where the President stands.

What National Prayer Day?

This is what Robert Gibbs had to say about National Prayer Day at his press briefing. barry hasn’t had a church since he finally dumped Wright. Didn’t need it once he had 98% of the black vote behind him. So the National Prayer Day did not involve any official prayer on behalf of the White House, which is barry’s prerogative. But Gibbs didn’t man up and just say it. On April 30th he said he couldn’t think 2 weeks ahead and that he wasn’t sure but he’d check – knowing all along nothing was going to be done. barry has no need to pander to anyone anymore. Look how Rick Warren turned out. And then there’s the Arabs to pander to.

Q Robert, can I ask about Thursday? The National Day of Prayer — the President, as I understand it, is going to sign a proclamation but there’s not going to be a public ceremony, as the Bush administration did. Why the difference in approach? Does the President have a different feeling about this event than his predecessor?

MR. GIBBS: No, I mentioned, I think when I was asked about this last week, that prayer is something that the President does every day. I think, given some of the issues that you all have denoted today, it might be a healthy thing. But we’re doing a proclamation, which I know that many administrations in the past have done.

Q The previous administration had a ceremony with prayers and speeches and such. Does he think — the current President think that that was politicized in some fashion?

MR. GIBBS: No, I’m not going to get into that. Again, I think the President understands, in his own life and in his family’s life, the role that prayer plays. And I would denote that administrations prior to the past one did proclamations. That’s the way the President will publicly observe National Prayer Day. But as I said, privately he’ll pray as he does every day.

Q Is he going to pray at the church that he calls his own?

MR. GIBBS: I’m sorry –

Q Will he soon pray in a church that he calls his own?

MR. GIBBS: He may. Amen. (Laughter.)

barry made a “surprise” appearance at the daily briefing to announce that Justice Souter had called hism to officially announce his retirement.

WH transcript.

MR. GIBBS: Yes. And –

THE PRESIDENT: Hey. I’m sorry, but Gibbs is screwing this thing up. You know, there’s a job to do — please, everybody, have a seat. There’s a job to do, you got to do it yourself. (Laughter.)

MR. GIBBS: See you guys later. Have a good weekend. (Laughter.)

THE PRESIDENT: This is kind of cool.

MR. GIBBS: It’s way cooler than it seems. (Laughter.)

THE PRESIDENT: Yes. Absolutely.

The reason I’m interrupting Robert is not because he’s not doing a good job — he’s doing an unbelievable job….

Then he read a prepared statement that happened awfully quick for “just got off the phone”.

THE PRESIDENT: …And with that, I would like you to give Robert a tough time again. (Laughter.)

And then something worth laughter. After barry left a someone asked Gibbs if he know barry was coming and Gibbs had a truly funny response. I think it reveals how pist Gibbs was when barry took over his playground and all the kids wanted to play with him instead.

Q Did you know he was coming?

MR. GIBBS: Did I know he was coming? No, I didn’t know he was coming.

No, we would have put a fancy seal up and everything.

Highlighting barry’s need to have that sign in front of him whenever he speaks. And of course this ridiculousness.

Gibbs on Maine legalizing same-sex marriage

Here’s a classic Robert Gibbs “answering” of a question in his press briefing. He’s learned well from his boss.

Q Does the President or the White House have a reaction to the Governor of Maine signing a same-sex marriage bill?

MR. GIBBS: No, I think the President’s position on same-sex marriages has been talked about and discussed.

Q He opposes same-sex marriage.

MR. GIBBS: He supports civil unions.

Q Does that mean that he’s going to say or do anything against what the citizens of Maine –

MR. GIBBS: Not that I’m aware of. I think the President believes this is an issue that’s best addressed by the states.
