Gov Tim Kaine: No state funds for embryonic stem cell research

Virginia Governor, vetted VP candidate and newly-appointed Chairman of the DNC, Tim Kaine, Monday signed a bill banning the use of state funds for embryonic stem cell research. It doesn’t exactly follow barry, who signed an executive order (3-9 EO 13505), reversing President Bush’s ban (6-20-07 EO 13435) on federal funding for research on embryonic stem cells.

Kaine didn’t stop there. He enacted legislation permitting “Choose Life” license plates, much to the ire of pro-choicers.

Yes, he is a democrat, but a Catholic first, and is retaining his morals while practicing what barry espouses: reaching across the aisle. Complication? He’s head of the DNC - meant to follow barry’s every whim.

But above all, he is a politician - he made sure to pass it before he leaves office next January. His bill DOES allow for funding of adult stem cell research.

CNN’s PETER HAMBY: Lynda Tran, the governor’s communications director, said that Kaine’s decision is “in keeping with his faith and his personal beliefs.”

The governor is opposed to the use of state funds to fund embryonic stem cell research, but he generally agrees with the national platform broadly, that there are scientific values to stem cell research. In Virginia, where there has been strong opposition to embryonic research, he has chosen to focus on other forms of research like adult and placental stem cell research.

His hopeful successors: former DNC Chairman, Terry McAuliffe (deserves to win after the abuse he took for Hillary Clinton), Brian Moran and Creigh Deeds all support use of state funds. Perhaps it was a strategic move to allow them to have a platform on which to run against the Republicans, who also oppose use of state funding.

Why are the Democrats giving Rush Limbaugh so much acknowledgment? Aren’t they in power? Isn’t the next election in four years? I’ve never listened to him before the other day. I only heard a little but he is entertaining. He’s a natural speaker and the crowd loved him. I didn’t hear anything objectionable. And he explained his comment about wanting barry to fail.

LIMBAUGH: What is so strange about being honest and saying I want Barack Obama to fail if his mission is to restructure and reform this country so that capitalism and individual liberty are not its foundation?

Like barry didn’t say on a daily basis how much of a failure Bush was? What’s wrong with the crowd going wild? The robamabots chanted like mindless fools and went wild when barry talked about how wrong Iraq was.

And why are people so quick to come to barry’s aid? Sure makes you wonder if they don’t think he can handle the job and the criticism that comes with it.

Why was Gov Palin not in attendance?

Rahm Emanuel was on CBS’ Face the Nation. Don’t see much of him on the fly just these sit down prepared interviews with his pals in the press. barry must have him on a tighter leash than Biden. Though it could have something to do with the subpoena he got from Patrick Fitzgerald.

He said it, and I compliment him on his honesty. But that’s their philosophy that’s enunciated by Rush Limbaugh and I think that’s the wrong philosophy for America.

Republican National Committee Chairman Micheal Steele was on DL Hughley discussing the two parties and the black community. Selected quotes - see transcript for the whole show.

HUGHLEY: I really do. I think you’re a really bright guy. And they hired both of us because we have a black president.

STEELE: That’s right.

HUGHLEY: You don’t have to go any further than the Republican National Convention. It literally looked like Nazi Germany. It literally did.

barry is responsible for the accomplishments of two high-ranking Republicans? It’s goes beyond ludicrous to demeaning.

HUGHLEY: A lot of the things I see Republicans do specifically are reactionary. They’ll go, you know what, they don’t like Hillary? Let’s give them Sarah Palin. They voted for Obama. Let’s give them Michael Steele. And the other guy who we don’t know who he is yet. It is always so plastic, that you go, wow, is this what they think? They think that — they’re missing the entire point of what happened during the Obama transformation. They missed the entire point.

The “Obama transformation”??

STEELE: There was a Michael Steele before there was a Barack Obama. The reality of it is, I had established — I was the only black lieutenant governor in the country at the time. I was the only statewide black elected official when I was governor of Maryland from 2003 to 2007. And then Obama got elected from 2005. So that wasn’t about, oh, geez, let’s do this because of Obama.

Note: Burris was Illinois’ first statewide black elected official (Comptroller) in 1979 making the way for barry, who is now totally snubbing Burris.

Steele was also was the first to be named Chairman of the Republican Party in any state (2000) and he did the GOP rebuttal to barry’s DNC speech (2004). So his being named as RNC Chairman was not based on barry.

Gov Jindal has been around the national seen as long as barry and he’s 10 years younger. They were both sworn in in 2005 - Jindal as a US Representative and barry as a US Senator. Jindal was elected governor all by himself and to somehow say it was because of barry diminishes Jindal’s own hard work and talents. He was a Rhodes Scholar and was accepted to both Harvard Medical school and Yale Law school and chose politics instead, getting his PhD from Oxford. And instead of just talking about ethics reform he is actually doing something.

It’s like Spike Lee saying time will be marked: “before Obama and after Obama”.

Hip-hop legend Chuck D then joined the discussion and brought up the “articulate” reference that is supposed to be a racial code word. In reference to Hughley and Steele’s conversation:

CHUCK D: It was so exciting, just eloquence across TV.

HUGHLEY: He’s an eloquent man. I don’t know that I necessarily agree with him but I can honestly say that I never heard — never heard the Republican agenda articulated so accessibly.

Then Hughley disses Steele to his face.

HUGHLEY: Like Rush Limbaugh, who is the de facto leader of the Republican Party.

STEELE: No, he’s not.

HUGHLEY: I will tell you what …

STEELE: I’m the de facto leader of the Republican Party.

HUGHLEY: You know what, there’s no doubt that you’re worthy of respect. But this does seem like a common situation when you get in trouble, always bet on black men. You know what I’m saying! You know what I’m saying. I’m just saying. Hey, Michael, hey, listen, they didn’t just do it to you. The whole country went, we’re in trouble. Let’s get a black guy. Always bet on black. We’re in style now, baby!

STEELE: Wait a minute, D.L., when you bet on black, don’t you win?

HUGHLEY: Absolutely! You better come to our side. Michael Steele, Chuck D.

Then Hughley showed a snippet of Alan Keyes’ made for videotape tirade about barry being a “radical Communist” and he remarked:

If you’ll excuse me, I hear the Massa calling me. This cotton won’t pick itself.

Then he proceeded to posit that the white man sitting next to Obama during the Stevie Wonder’s Lifetime Achievement Award performance at the White House - somebody he doesn’t even know or even name - somebody who is doing nothing but sitting there - is thinking:

HUGHLEY: Eight more years of this. Jesus, when did the White House turn into “Soul Train”. ‘When did the White House become Soul Train.’

And then he goes back to Gov Jindal.

GOV. BOBBY JINDAL (on videotape): Some are problem the government will rescue us from the economic storms raging all around us. Those of us who lived through Hurricane Katrina. We have our doubts.

HUGHLEY: For the last time, no, I’m not the kid from “Slumdog Millionaire”!

Why are these ok?

Comparing the people in the Republican Convention to Nazi Germany? Automatically assuming that the white man can’t enjoy Stevie Wonder and that because he is white he is thinking derogatory comments? What does that say about Stevie Wonder’s music?

Hughley was making snap judgments solely based on the color of the man’s skin.

How is that not racist?

Will anyone be calling for his firing tomorrow?

Imagine if it were the other way around.

And the most curious part is how the black community continues to take credit for barry being in the White House when 8 Million eligible black voters couldn’t be bothered to register to vote for barry. That means 1/3 of the eligible black voting population did not find it important to get out and vote for progress in America. Only 2% more black voters came out after 8 years of Bush to vote for the first biracial president in history.

Where was that discussion?

The black vote made the difference in the primary because barry used the race card at every turn. In South Carolina - where barry had already prepared a memo painting ‘The Clintons’ as racists - barry’s policies suddenly became enticing? The same policies that were not attracting black voters at a >95% rate up until that very moment?

No. barry made it about race - the man who claimed to Unite! and Transcend Race! used race to win.

How was that not identity politics?

So why would 95% of white people voting for Senator McCain be considered racist?

Because it’s the Double Standard.

And until it is addressed and abolished, race relations in America will remain the same.

You can’t have it both ways.

It can’t be ok to be racist in one direction and not in the other. There cannot be an exception for one skin color over the other.

Prejudice is prejudice.

Bigotry is bigotry.

Small mindedness is small mindedness.

Making snap judgments based on the color of a white man’s skin is just as unacceptable as making comments about black basketball players’ hair.

Either both are ok or neither.

Legally, that second line "Full Former name" is meant for name changes once the attorney has ALREADY registered as a lawyer in lllinois - not previous legal names BEFORE he practiced law. It does not refer to name changes PRIOR to his initial registration.

So if he had been adopted in Indonesia and his legal name were to have been changed from barack hussein obama to barry soetero - it would matter legally and ethically in reference to his initial application to the bar - but not in reference to this form.

Voting procedures need to be revamped

The Senate made the final official electoral count - as expected 365-173. Dick Cheney read as his last VP duty:

Pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the United States, the Senate and House of Representatives are meeting in joint session to verify the certificates and count the votes of the electors of the several states.

barry and biden can now be officially inaugurated on 1-20-09.

I wouldn't count on SCOTUS to do anything to change that - no matter how inclined and no matter the evidence. At this point it is too late - which was the point in the delaying.

From a non-political person, who has never voted and had not been involved in politics of any sort until Jan 08 - the voting process needs to be changed. Each person's vote is not counted the same. The superdelegates decided this election after the DNC Rules Committee decided to hijack the votes in Michigan and give delegates to barry whose name was not on the ballot and therefore not one vote could have been proved to have been cast for him.

Are any Michiganders suing? If so, what would be their recourse?

It was an illegal primary. A vital and (deciding as far as popular vote) deliberation went on behind closed doors. Absolute corruption. You cannot have a process be clean if one element of it is dirty. The primary results will forever be illegal.

Imagine the outrage if Sen Clinton and barry's positions would have been reversed. It would never happen. No way. Period. That alone reflects its illegality and inherent bias. The Double Standard.

Then there are all the other irregularities with ACORN, bused in voters and the choosing of South Carlina and Nevada as the two primaries moved up. And had they been Michigan and New York? It was an intentional intervention that directly affected the outcome. As was the proven to exist proobama media bias.

Should be:

1 - No caucuses. Completely undemocratic and are subject to coercion and intimidation. They are inherently biased toward some demographics - in this case, Sen Clinton's: seniors, shift workers and single moms, which most definitely the outcome as she won only 1/14. And the one she won - Nevada - had many complaints of barry voter intimidation and is presently being litigated. Again - what is the recourse? So what's stopping someone from doing it as long as nothing happens before the general election?

2 - Every state should have a vote in the primaries. The primary vote is more important and the individual's vote means more because they can vote for whomever they want - not just the final choice. Primaries should take place over the period of two weeks or so - no longer.

3 - Superdelegates should be completely abolished. They decided this election. Period. They could have voted for Sen Clinton just as easily as they both got the same amount of votes - actually more people actually pulled the lever for Sen Clinton - that should not be forgotten much the same that Al Gore's vote count. barry won by virtue of caucus states (13/14) only 4 of which were blue. That is not the will of the democrats. A caucus in Idaho should not count the same as a 100K lead in votes in a blue state like Ohio or Pennsylvania. barry did not get the required number of delegates to win. Period.

4 - ID standards should be the same in every state as should the voting machines and procedures.

5 - Both parties should abide by the exact same procedures and rules for nomination.

5 - Independents should be allowed for whomever they want in every state.

6 - Absolute cap on campaign finances. barry broke his promise and was not held accountable. Say what you want - barry bought the election. He outspent McCain massively at the end and McCain could not fight back. (Neither could Sen Clinton.)

Blagojevich appointee Roland "Trailblazer" Burris has a granite mausoleum already in place that lists his many accomplishments, including the distinction of being the first black statewide office holder in Illinois. He is not a man lacking in self-confidence, as he showed in his (12-30-08) interview with NBC 5's Alex Perez:

BURRIS: I have no problem with going to US Senate and doing a job for the people - not only of Illinois - right now the nation needs someone with Roland Burris' talent and skills.

Call his mausoleum strange narcissistic or whatever. But a walk through the Oak Woods cemetery provides more info about Burris than the proobamedia has provided The American People about barry.

As one of The People of Illinois, I would be pleased to see Burris take over barry's seat. (It should be Tammy Duckworth.) Burris has a history of making independent decisions, standing by them and being accountable for the consequences.

I ran across an extremely comprehensive and up-to-date site: The Obama File - Latest Obamination. Check it out.

And I found this interesting. A copy of barry's Selective Service registration - also a possible fraud - is on The Obama File with the original photocopy on Debbie Schlussel's site. Don't get why with stuff like this and her contributions to rooting out terrorists she's diminishing herself with gay bashing. Maybe where there's smoke there's fire. Anyway. Check out the signature comparison on Obama file site (11-26). It looks to the naked eye to be a different signature than his present one. The "O" has the characteristic phallic line through it but the back slanted Barack looks curlier and he includes his middle initial "H". Probably just a natural evolution of his signature. I'm pretty sure somebody had a copy of his high school year book with an inscription to Toot his grandmother which could be used for comparison. Not that any of it matters.

I honestly didn't know that someone his age still had to register. I didn't know alot of things. The twist is that men born after 1959 he had to be registered by age 26 to be considered eligible to serve in the executive branch of government. This is all so convoluted it's funny, especially the British citizenship.

What really irks me about all this is barry's expertise: constitutional and voters' rights. If anything turns out to be true or have merit - that betrayal would be unforgivable. Especially considering his ruthless and relentless attacks on his opponents, allowing them to be deemed racists -- something barry still has not dispelled in the black community.

And if barry were to be proven ineligible?

For those wondering why barry wouldn't be considered a US citizen even if his mother had given birth to him in Kenya, Canada or anywhere else - as I understand it - the law in 1961 said that a child born to an American outside the US could be considered a US citizen as long as the parent resided in the US for five years after their 14th birthday. Barry's mother was 18 at the time of his birth and her age has never been contested.

I had no idea of all these laws and I'm not sure I have a full grasp of any of it. I thought a child born to an American citizen in any foreign country was an American citizen as long as one parent was a full legal US citizen. But a US citizen is not the same as native born (barry) or natural born. I personally doubt the Kenyan (or anywhere else) birth simply from a logistical and financial standpoint. Besides the fact Sr abandoned his pregnant tribal wife and their young child for a white woman from America...and then another.

And then there are his grandparents. I can't imagine a mother of an only child and a father who fought to defend his country's liberty would allow their grandchild to be born on foreign soil in the homeland of a man they had known for less than a year on a continent they had never visited. Especially if they were the typical white person racists barry has politically expediently made them out to be.

And as far as McCain, he was born to two American citizens on an American military base. Even though he was not physically born on US soil there is no doubt to his citizenship. It's the "natural born" citizen part.

Who is so blind they don't see all this? The angry bots mindlessly screaming it's a right wing conspiracy (even though McCain was part of Donofrio's suit) and it's those frigid Hillary feminazis and well you know everybody's a racist too.

How can so many Americans be so ignorant? Or at the very least uncurious? I get the German people now and the true power of propaganda.

Ask yourself - even if you believe it to be a massive racially-motivated conspiracy brought on bitter Hillaryites, the KKK, disgruntled Republicans and/or Independents or by "people who don't know what to do with their time" -- why hasn't barry just cleared Berg's lawsuit up by simply producing the vault copy?

And take it a step further. If barry is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible to become president then he knew all along her was ineligible. He's a constitutional lawyer. He knew, his lawyer wife knew, his campaign knew, the DNC knew and at least one person in the MSM knew and not one of them did anything to stop the election.

If it were to be true, each one was complicit in the systematic trashing of barry's opponents. Unlawfully stealing the nomination from Sen Clinton (as well as the other democratic candidates), looking the other way when Chelsea Clinton was questioned about that woman, destroying the reputation of Gov Palin and exposing her teenage daughter to unbelievably cruel words and her husband to accusations of incest, dishonoring Sen McCain, who has served this nation for over 50 years - five of them being tortured in a POW camp - and allowing the former two-term democratic president - the last one to bring prosperity to the nation - to be called an array of things including crazy.

Pause and ponder what was done to Gov Palin's teenage daughter. Think of what she has had to go through, is still going through and will always be scarred by. Her entire life out there in cyberspace for her child to one day read. To read about how barrybots called his/her grandmother a hypocritical liar and a Caribou Barbie, who should have just aborted the DISABLED INFANT retard because it was a sign from God of her wicked ignorance. How they called his/her mother a whore and other things not worth repeating. How his/her was a product of incest. Al Franken should rot in hell.

And Trig himself?

Imagine if barry knew he was ineligible to be president and allowed it to continue. It's despicable in its own right - whether he is eligible or not - but his allowing it (Had barry said stop - it would have stopped.) to continue, knowing full well he was not qualified for the job, is a very special type of evil.

And what are Malia and Sasha going to feel when they read what their father allowed to be said about his opponent's children? Imagine if one of them were to become pregnant? How would barry want them treated? Mrs barry?

All three of barry's opponents were labeled racists and Senator McCain was compared to George Wallace, linking him to the evil bombing of a church and murder of four innocent girls. Something barry has never apologized for. Nor has he dispelled the ludicrous notion that Senator and President Clinton suddenly became racists after 30 years of public service and civil rights activism.

Any wonder why the non-obamerized are angry? Or why Senator Clinton - besides being her nature - fought to the end of the primaries?

Would this have been allowed to go uncovered and unresolved if it were about barry's opponents? Would there have been even a whiff of convention capitulation? Daily demands to get out? A behind closed doors out of the way of cameras Michigan delegate hijack? Are any Michiganders suing for voter theft?

Think of the national outrage if the obamahoax were to be true. Well-educated, well-informed folks who deal with politics everyday haven't heard of it and think it's a joke and a "silly waste of someone's time". How are regular citizens going to see it as anything other than a conspiracy to prevent a black man from being president? And every step of the way barry knew he could count on this, as did the DNC.

barry would be the only one to unequivocally admit that what he did was illegal and he did it forethought and malice and that is as likely as him ascending to heaven.

And the global ramifications? Do you want to live in that world? It is the main reason it will never be successfully challenged. At this point, it is a true national and international security issue. Something else barry counted on. His true genius as a politically expedient politician is being ignored, while he is compared to great presidents, having done absolutely nothing but raise a lot of cash, lie and allow his opponents to be thoroughly destroyed. Forget great president - he is not in any way a man of principle.

There was never a chance he wouldn't get the nomination and there is absolutely no chance that after 64 million voters voted for him he won't become president.

End of story.

This is too bizarre to believe though it gets points for originality. The Connecticut lawsuit brought by Cort Wrotnowski against Secretary of the State, Susan Bysiewicz, alleged she had a duty to ensure barry was qualified to be on the ballot. It was denied by the State Supreme Court on Nov 3rd. Nov 25th, Wrotnowski submitted it to Justice Ginsberg who denied it on Nov 26. Nov 29th, he re-submitted to Justice Scalia only to find out his paperwork was sent for a 10-day Anthrax quarantine. Papers from the same person who had filed the same papers in the same way the week before suddenly became an Anthrax risk when the man proven to be responsible for the previous attacks committed suicide months ago? A+ for creativity and originality. Wrontowski hand delivered them on Dec 2nd - still pending. Can you imagine the movie?

Open letter to President-Elect Barack Obama posted in the Chicago Tribune yesterday - will be be published tomorrow as well. The original deadline for barry to submit the proof was yesterday. I don't know what caused the extension but I imagine it will be like Rezko - delay delay dealy (funny anagram of Daley). Another part of the whole election thing I wasn't aware of is that the Electoral College has to formally vote on December 15th to make barry president. I imagine some of them want to ensure the legality of their vote...although nothing would surprise me anymore. Maybe that was the look in Senator Clinton's eyes yesterday.

Dear Mr. Obama:

Representing thousands of responsible American citizens who have also taken an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I am duty bound to call on you to remedy an apparent violation of the Constitution.

Compelling evidence supports the claim that you are barred from holding the Office of President by the “natural born citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution. For instance:

• You have posted on the Internet an unsigned, forged and thoroughly discredited, computer-generated birth form created in 2007, a form that lacks vital information found on any original, hand signed Certificate of Live Birth, such as hospital address, signature of attending physician and age of mother.

• Hawaii Dept of Health will not confirm your assertion that you were born in Hawaii.

• Legal affidavits state you were born in Kenya.

• Your grandmother is recorded on tape saying she attended your birth in Kenya.

• U.S. Law in effect in 1961 denied U.S. citizenship to any child born in Kenya if the father was Kenyan and the mother was not yet 19 years of age.

•In 1965, your mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and you had by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.

You have repeatedly refused to provide evidence of your eligibility when challenged to do so in a number of recent lawsuits. Instead, you have been successful in having judges declare that they are powerless to order you to prove your eligibility to assume the Office of President.

Incredibly, the judge in Hawaii actually said it would be an invasion of your privacy for him to order access to your original birth certificate in order to prove your eligibility to hold the Office of President.

Before you can legitimately exercise any of the powers of the President you must meet all the criteria for eligibility established by the Constitution. You are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence.

Should you assume the office as anyone but a bone fide natural born citizen of the United States who has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national crisis that would undermine the domestic peace and stability of the Nation. For example:

You would always be viewed by many Americans as a poseur - a usurper.

As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States.

You would be entitled to no allegiance, obedience or support from the People.

The Armed Forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you.

No civilian in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, Executive Orders or directives, as such orders would be legally void.

Your appointments of Judges to the Supreme Court would be void.

Congress would not be able to pass any needed legislation because it would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President.

Congress would be unable to remove you, a usurper, from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.

In consideration of the escalating constitutional crisis brought on by the total lack of evidence needed to conclusively establish your eligibility, I am compelled to serve you with this First Amendment Petition for a Redress of this violation of the Constitution. With all due respect, I ask that you immediately direct the appropriate Hawaiian officials to allow access to the vault copy of your birth certificate by our forensic scientists on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 5, 6 and 7, 2008.

In addition, I ask that you deliver the following documentary evidence to the National Press Club in Washington DC by 10 am on December 8, 2008, marked for my attention:

A certified copy of your original, signed “vault” birth certificate.

Certified copies of your reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham.

A certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship.

A certified copy of your Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity.

Certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School.

Certified copies of any legal documents changing your name.

Each member of the Electoral College, who is committed to casting a vote on December 15, 2008, has a constitutional duty to make certain you are a natural-born citizen. As of today, there is no evidence in the public record (nor have you provided any) that defeats the claim that you are barred by law from assuming the Office of President because you fail the Constitution’s eligibility requirements.

All state Electors are now on Notice that unless you provide documentary evidence before December 15, that conclusively establishes your eligibility, they cannot cast a vote for you without committing treason to the Constitution.

“In a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. "Natural born citizen" defined

NATURAL BORN CITIZEN

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution contains the clause:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Additionally, the Twelfth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that:

[N]o person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." The grandfather provision of the Natural Born Citizen Clause thus covered the first several presidents and vice-presidents, who were citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, but had been born as British citizens before the American Revolution.

The Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides an additional source of constitutional doctrine stating that birth "in the United States" and subjection to U.S. jurisdiction at the time of birth, entitles one to citizenship:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States are subject to the Jurisdiction thereof, are Citizens of the United States and of the State in which they reside...

Section 8 of Article One of the United States Constitution confers on Congress the power "to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization..." This power has been construed to include defining the characteristics of a "natural born citizen", as well as the conditions of "naturalization". But, according to the U.S. Department of State Foreign Affairs Manual, "the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes. Senators McCaskill and Leahey (and Obama) tried this through the 4-30-08 resolution:

Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a "natural born Citizen" under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

WHO IS A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN?

The Founding Fathers never defined what it means to be a natural-born American citizen. Federal law defines several instances in which a person qualifies. They include:

— Anyone born inside the United States.

— Any Indian, Eskimo Aleutian, or member of another aboriginal tribe born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the United States does not impair the person's right to tribal or other property.

— Anyone born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year.

— Anyone born outside the United States, as long as one parent is a U.S. citizen of the United States who lived in the United States for at least five years, with military or diplomatic service included in that time.

— Anyone found in the United States, under the age of 5, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21.

barry's admits on his website that he is a NATIVE born citizen:

The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.

Dear Senator Clinton:

Don't do it, Senator Clinton. Please don't. He is planning on completely destroying you - now in the media all over again - and once you get on board he will directly defeat you and leave you entirely powerless and without a job. He has floated all this out there and allowed it to fester so the entire country and world gets a sour taste in their mouths once again. This is is all a setup so down the road he can say see - look at this - she was devious her staff leaked and the forced me into it and I can't risk it anymore so she's outtta here.

Don't do it, Senator Clinton. Even though you are the best person for the job - he will undermine you from day one. He does not want to get his hands dirty on Iraq - never has - just wanted to lie about it to get the nomination. And what has he done since? CHANGE! CHANGE! CHANGE! his positions just like he promised. He wants you to be destroyed utterly. That was his main goal. He knew he would be coronated because it was promised to him by the DNC.

Don't do it, Senator Clinton. It's not a matter of him being able to trust you - it is whether you can trust him - and it's perfectly clear that's not possible. He's trying to make you the issue. He's trying to say see they're undermining me and not allowing me to do my job. He is beyond weak and everyone is seeing it including his most loyal fans - his propaganda machine.

Don't do it, Senator Clinton. Please don't. Stay in the senate. Stay away from his sliminess. In the senate you win. You will always be stronger than him unless you allow him to be your boss. He wants to be directly more powerful than you and then he wants to be the one who takes you down. It's what he owes his media followers. It's what he wants the history books to read. He will never be the true messiah unless he obliterates "The Clintons."

Just say no and close the door and when he comes back to beg slam it in his face.
