Media Matters’ assault on CNN and Lou Dobbs continues. See here. They set up a website just to trash Dobbs and pressure head of CNN Jon Klein to make Dobbs stop with the birther issue. I just realize I haven’t posted Klein’s comments. He initially sent a memo saying the birther issue was dead and then changed his mind 24 hours later. Probably because his email got out.

Here’s Dobbs sounding off on the issue – especially in reference to the Queen of the Teabaggers Rachel Maddow. I wasn’t aware she was called that and heard her yesterday talk about Dobbs as a queen. How she didn’t think he could be that type of “queen”.

A reader sent us an opening paragraph from an anti-birther rant with a link and nothing else. I’m not sure why or what the intent was to be. I went and read the rest of it was more of the same. Why the anger and why the continued fascination when barry’s president?

Why the expenditure of such energy on something that is just BS brought up by “mutant offspring of nutcases and fruit loops“ and [barry's Cabinet] “mixed with the DNA of tax cheats” who are “all left to stew in their own juices of ignorance, racism, hatred, and sheer mind-bleeding stupidity.”

What is the tone of these words?

There is a degree of hate that jumps off the page and if “nutcases” and “froot loops” were exchanged with two ethnic groups what else would it be but racist speech?

I didn’t see the reasons why the poster thinks the birth certificate issue is such racist stupidity, when they — like Rachel Maddow [missing post — blame “birthers” for the unprovoked Holocaust violence carried out by that hate-filled old man, who spent half a century talking to anyone who would listen about his hate for Jews and Blacks while he reveled in the extermination feats of his one-testicled leader. Blaming folks for an issue that began and remains an issue for one reason and one reason only, that is the fault of one person and one person only, and is something that could be forever put to rest (in 3-5 business days and with less than $20) by that same one person and only one person only is the definition of “mind-bleeding stupidity” and is the one and only reason why I posted this.

Rachel Maddow gets an update from Lt Col Victor Fehrenbach. He was on her show a month ago and it was the first time his coworkers found out about anything. He said only 10 people had known and they were all involved in the case. He has gotten universal support at work and remains hopeful that barry will keep his word.

Lt Col FEHRENBACH: Surprisingly, there’s been absolutely no change at work.

First day back there was a squadron meeting with the Commander who made mention of Lt Col Fehrenbach’s appearance “media event”.

Lt Col FEHRENBACH:

[The Commander said] ‘Everyone in the squadron is a valued member of the team [aka inconsistent with good order conduct and morale] and no one should be treated differently, and that everyone should go about their business and execute the mission.’

And my squadron has done just that the last month. It says alot about their professionalism and dedication as well as the professionalism of dedication of everyone in the military. It just shows that this policy is antiquated and needs to go.

Can the entire military handle it?

Military people are professionals — they’re dedicated to the misssion and they get the job done.

I don’t think this is unique to me at all. We prove on a daily basis that we now have an openly gay person serving in our squadron and our squadron didn’t fall apart – people didn’t quit. They’re doing the mission – as well as the entire fighter wing. Everyone has gone about their business.

Maddow reads a comment posted on Atlantic Monthly written by a 26 year active duty Master Sargeant who was supervised by Lt Col Fehrenbach. He described himself as an “unwavering Christian Conservative” and said Fehrenbach was “one of the best supervisors [he] has ever known” and that Fehrenbach’s “service to his country should never be overlooked because of who he loves or what he does outside of duty“. That he “supports Lt Col Fehrenbach 100%” and that he “will pray our institution will make the right decision to allow him to continue to serve with honor and dignity”.

Fehrenbach says he’s received thousands of messages of support – family, friends, strangers and coworkers. And aviators he’s flown in combat with who said “Dude, I’ll go to war with you tomorrow.”

It takes about 5 months after the board recommends discharge till it passes through to the Secretary of the Air Force and the final disposition made. Watch his face (5:20) when he says he could “still be saved by any kind of action from our Commander in Chief.“

Fehrenbach will be attending (guest of the [?] Members Legal Defense Fund) barry’s White House Reception honoring the LGBT community and commemorating the Stonewall Inn Riots.

What would he say to barry?

Lt Col FEHRENBACH:

I would love to tell that him I want to continue to serve. That it’s been my dream — that it’s been to my entire life – I want to serve my country. I would like to ask him when he plans on saying or doing something about it – when he plans to keep his promise to all of us to be able to continue to serve, and end discrimination, and to stand up for equal rights for all Americans.

MADDOW: You hopeful?

Just because of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.

I was aware of 1Lt Dan Choi [follow link above]but I was not aware of USAF combat pilot Lt Col Fehrenbach. Here’s some background info from Congress’ letter (77 Reps) to barry asking him to suspend investigations and discharges in regards to DADT:

Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach, Assistant Director of Operations for the 366^th Operations Support Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho, has honorably served his country for 18 years as an F-15E pilot. He has received nine air medals, including a Medal for Heroism during the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and was hand-picked to protect the airspace over Washington, D.C. after the Pentagon was attacked on September 11, 2001. Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach, who has flown combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan against the Taliban and al Qaeda, continues to serve while the recommendation for his honorable discharge moves forward to a review board, and eventually to the Secretary of the Air Force. Just two years away from his 20-year retirement, he stands to lose $46,000 a year in retirement and medical benefits for the rest of his life if discharged.

His entire life’s work this far.

• 88 Combat missions
• 2,188 Total flying hours
• 1,487 Fighter hours
• 400 Combat hours

18 years spent defending our country thrown away because of something that has nothing to do with the performance of his duty.

It is unthinkable that the Pentagon would allow this to continue.

It is unconscionable that the Commander in Chief would allow such blatant discrimination.

And there are no words to describe the President of the United States’ cowardice in pretending he can’t do anything.

He can.

He can suspend discharges immediately with an executive order.

He can lobby Congress like he has already done.

He can, with one swipe of the pen, prevent a man–who was awarded a medal for his heroism–from losing a job that only a select few are capable of and which benefits every American.

Here is Lt Col Fehrenbach discussing his case with Rachel Maddow. He was told that his presence was inconsistent with good order, discipline and morale when no one in his squadron or anyone else he works with even knew about the case and will only be learning about it because of this interview.

They should be honest and say – you are an excellent pilot who has performed his duty with distinction but we have no choice in the matter. They shouldn’t say such crap to a man of this caliber who has served 18 years.

Born on an Air Force base – his family is Air Force – he’s been Air Force for 18 years. When he found out that allegations has been made in May 2008 he was “absolutely devastated“ & felt it was “end of his life as he knew it“.

When he was served papers in September 2008, he said he initially “just wanted it to go away” and to have “a quick, quiet, fair, honorable discharge”.

Then he thought he could use his unique perspective to speak out and help others because he had faith barry was going to do what he promised and he decided to fight it.

MADDOW: Did you think that President Obama if he were to be elected was going to end the policy?

FEHRENBACH: I did. I had tremendous hope around September and that’s actually when I reversed my position and decided to fight. Because I did have hope that President Obama would follow through on his commitment to change the policy and initiate a policy of nondiscrimination.

….I would hope that the president moves fast and fulfills his promise to us and proposes a policy of nondiscrimination.

I did…I had…I did have…would…I would hope. Not good.

I hope for your sake, Lt Col, that for once barry does something out of “character”.

As is, from his own words and body language and his minions’ comments, he has no intention of doing anything – either personally or as a lobbyist on your behalf.

Lt Col Fehrenbach told Herr Olbermann on Countdown that barry looked him in the eye and said he would get it done.

And for the first time, Olbermann said something truthful regarding barry. That as concerns DADT:

“The President is goddamned wrong!”.

I’m disappointed, but I need to send a message to my soldiers that if you get knocked down, get yourself back up and keep fighting. What kind of officer or leader would I be if I gave up?

He plans on fighting all the way to the Secretary of Defense or to the Supreme Court, if necessary. barry could have suspended Lt Choi’s discharge before it got to this point. Another barry false promise.

Lt Dan Choi appeared on Rachel Maddow in person this time to discuss his getting kicked out of the military simply because he said: “I am gay”. Saying it is considered “homosexual behavior” and therefore a violation of the military code. And yet not saying and lying about it is against the honor code.

This is such madness. He is a graduate of West Point. He has done two tours in Iraq and is willing to do a third. He is fluent in Arabic. He is respected by his comrades. He has been an honorable soldier.

What is the problem?

And what happens to the straight men in the military who rape their fellow female soldiers?

If they are given a trial the usual “sentence” is demotion rank/pay. See this post for detail. Women in the military are raped at twice the rate as civilian women. 1:3 vs 1:6. And who is doing it? Not the gay soldiers.

Is there a single non-Arabic speaking soldier who would not want Lt Choi at their side if they were ever captured?

He looks really hurt. His career has been taken from him. He’s angry that the letter referred to his unit as well. He has the option to resign and receive and honorable discharge. He has the option to fight, which is what he plans on doing.

CHOI: I think “Don’t ask don’t tell” is wrong. What we really need to be encouraging soldiers to do is: Don’t hide. Don’t lie. Don’t discriminate and don’t weaken the military.

Also on the show was Rep Joe Sestak (D-PA), who Maddow said was a retired US Navy Rear Admiral and highest ranking former military officer to to serve in Congress. He thinks it could and should be repealed by this summer. He co-wrote the bill that evidently never made it out of committee.

SESTAK: With this President, let’s re-emphasize that everyone – everyone – is created equal.

This world is officially mad. Just as another state legalizes same-sex marriage, a member of the NY Army National Guard was kicked out of the Guard for admitting he is gay.

Lt Dan Choi was on Rachel Maddow on March 19. Shortly after he said “I am gay…Westpoint” - the audio cut out. Not a mystery was it? Maddow then had him back on the next night and he said the same thing.

Lt Choi graduated from West Point, served two tours in Iraq and is fluent in Arabic. He served as a liaison of sorts between local leaders and the Army. What did say to Iraqi citizens to have a man with an Asian face speak to them in their language while representing the US Military?

What do you think mattered to them? His sexual orientation or the fact that he could converse in their native language and could listen and answer their questions?

Is there a sudden excess of Arabic-speaking soldiers and military personnel?

This is to inform you that sufficient basis exists to initiate action for withdrawal of Federal Recognition in the Army National Guard for moral or professional dereliction…

Specifically, you admitted publicly that you are a homosexual, which constitutes homosexual conduct…

Your actions negatively affected the good order and discipline of the New York Army National Guard.

That would be funny except it is anything but.

It will be interesting to see how Rachel Maddow and the rest of the LGBT community go after barry on this one.

Conspiracy at the Rachel Maddow show involving Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell?

I was listening to Rachel Maddow and she had on a male soldier from a New York reserve unit discussing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy. I really wasn’t tuned in so I don’t know the whole context. His name was Choi and he sounded like he had a southern accent.

He said something to the effect:

With the next three words I am risking my job. And then he definitely said “I am gay.” And followed with, by saying that, I am violating Title X of the Military Code about ‘don’t ask don’t tell’. And then he said by not saying it he is violating the Military Code where he swore not to lie.

Again - I wasn’t actually tune into the conversation until his voice suddenly stopped, so I can’t vouch for exact quotes. I think her show is rebroadcast so I’ll update then - if the videotape isn’t edited.

So I looked up and could see his lips moving but no sound. Then they cut back to Maddow who said she wasn’t into conspiracies but found it strange that as soon as he said he was gay the sound cut out. Then she said she hoped somebody somewhere didn’t just pull the plug out of the wall and that she would have him back. I hope she explains at that future time why she waited till the end of the show when she only had a couple of minutes to talk to him - providing the opportunity for it to happen.

Section 47 - Uniform Code of Military Justice, Subchapter X, Punative Articles
Sec. 925. Art. 125. Sodomy

(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with
another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy.
Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.

(b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

Notice it says either sex (or animal). Why is it only applied to gays in the military? The military doesn’t even care about the women who are getting raped at twice the rate of the general population while they are putting their lives on the line for the beasts raping them. See the next post.

RNC Dr Ada Fisher: “it would be a good idea for Mr. Steele to consider stepping aside”

RNC Member Dr Ada Fisher was on Rachel Maddow. She sent to 13 members of RNC Chairman Michael Steele’s transition team an email (which was leaked) suggesting Steele should consider stepping aside because the RNC hasn’t been doing their job - raising money for their candidates. Evidently there is a history between them - she not being a great fan of his, which Steele’s spokesman said publicly.

Bits of her email, which she did not realized was leaked. From The Hill:

FISHER: I don’t want to hear anymore [sic] language trying to be cool about the bling in the stimulus package or appealing to D.L. Hughley and blacks in a way that isn’t going to win us any votes and makes us frankly appear to many blacks as quite foolish.

Hughley called the Republican National Convention “literally looked like Nazi Germany“. Steele wasn’t fazed - said nothing and then went on to insult Rush Limbaugh

FISHER: Limbaugh has already promised that ‘His Conservatives’ won’t be giving to the RNC. I would suggest to you that that is a real bet. If we can’t raise money and continue to allow the alienation of the few varifiable [sic] red states remaining, we are foolish.

FISHER: I have never seen such ineptness in our GOP leadership. And I though we handled the 2008 elections very poorly.

She also reportedly called the Limbaugh-Steele clash a “Republican Horror Show”.

From the MSNBC transcript:

MADDOW: “U.S. News & World Report,” yesterday, quoted an unanimous top GOP strategist saying, quote, “If his implosion continues, RNC members are likely to call a special session to dump him for an effective chairman.”

….You will recall that Michael Steele offering the, quote “friggin‘ awesome” Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal some, quote, “slum love.”

Recall Mr. Steele calling civil unions crazy. You‘ll recall him insisting that in all human history, government has never created a job. Hmm. Mr. Steele has also failed to hire staff to run the Republican National Committee and, of course, he memorably has promised more outreach to urban-suburban hip-hop settings via an off-the-hook Republican public relations campaign.

Now, in a new radio interview, Mr. Steele has also said that Republicans over the years, quote, “in trying to be, you know, cool and hip in a Democrat way, we failed.” Mr. Steele then went on to explain how he thinks of the task ahead for the party he leads.

“I‘m putting the party on a 12-step program of recovery. And this is going to take some time, it‘s going to take some effort.”

[...] On top of all this, Michael Steele continues to have a cloud hanging over him from his last run for public office. He’s currently under FBI investigation for possible fraud after he paid thousands of dollars in campaign funds to a firm called Brown Sugar that was controlled by his sister. A former Steele campaign official says that no work was performed in exchange for those payments.

In addition, WBAL in Baltimore is reporting allegations about thousands of dollars Mr. Steele paid to a different firm during that same failed 2006 Senate bid. It was more than $60,000 in payments labeled as political consulting fees, but they were paid to a company that traded commodities. Their business was like trading coffee and minerals and stuff. And the company had forfeited its license to operate in Maryland a year before the payments.

[...] Mr. Steele told the “Washington Post” in an interview publish today, quote, “I’m in the business of ticking people off. That’s why I’m chairman.” Steele also told “The Post”, quote, “Everyone has a role to play, but at the end of the day, all roads are going to lead to this desk.”

Then Maddow talked about how Steele threatened to financially sanction the Rep Senators who backed barry’s bill (Collins and Snowe from ME, Specter PA, ). Snowe asked him if it was true - he said no and then later said yes he wasn’t going to back down from it and then donated $1M RNC dollars to the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Why he needs a staff.

Also, you might recall Steele was in the center of the “Oreo cookie” controversy when he was running for Lt Governor of Maryland that may or may not have happened. The cleaning crew, reportedly, never found a single chocolaty bit.

The interview proper from the transcript:

MADDOW: Joining us now is Dr. Ada Fisher of North Carolina. Dr. Fisher, many, many thanks for coming on the show tonight.

DR. ADA FISHER, REPUBLICAN NAT‘L. COMMITTEE MEMBER: Well, thank you for inviting me. I‘d like to also thank (INAUDIBLE) Hendersonville, North Carolina, for agreeing to let me meet here with you in this public forum.

MADDOW: Sure. You are the first Republican National Committee member to publicly call for Michael Steele‘s resignation as chairman. What are you main concerns about his chairmanship?

FISHER: Well, first of all, let me say that I sent a memo to 13 members of, people who I thought were on Michael Steele‘s transition team and not to the media. So, I was surprised to find that people are quoting from the memo about various things that I said. What I said to the transition team and what I stand behind is I believe that, given all the things that are happening, it would be a good idea for Mr. Steele to consider stepping aside and letting the—and letting the RNC elect a new chairman. And you can call it whatever you want to, but that‘s what the memo said.

My concerns are, number one—that the job of the RNC is to raise money and get our candidates elected. We also have to sit down and talk about what our strategies are. We have been diverted by nipping and sniping from a lot of different sides, and we have not gotten to our primary mission. And if we don‘t get to our primary mission, we won‘t be effective in helping our candidates get elected both in 2010 and 2012.

We also have a challenge, because we have people in local races, from school boards to county commissioners who need our help. And we need to be out in the counties, where I am now, trying to drum up support and get the Republicans energized to take on this task as well. And that is what our mission is and that‘s what we should be doing. And I don‘t think that we have put the time into that.

MADDOW: I know that your memo was not intended for the media. It did leak, which means that somebody who received it decided to let it—to let it get out to the media. What we got from the memo was reported in “The Hill” newspaper. I wonder—given that—what kind of response you have had directly from the people to whom you sent this memo, from the transition team, from other RNC members?

FISHER: I haven‘t received any response from anybody that I know of. And I checked my email at a different computer today about 4:30. So, I haven‘t received anything.

And when you called me, it was the first time that I knew that the memo was leaked. And that‘s just not standard operating procedure nor is it correct. And we need to tighten up our ship and do better.

MADDOW: Well, Mr. Steele‘s transition chairman did say publicly today that—essentially, that you just got a grudge against Mr. Steele, that you have been gunning for him essentially since he decided to run for chairman. That‘s the way publicly he‘s responding. What‘s your response to that?

FISHER: Well, I think that his response is absolutely wrong. I don‘t have a public grudge against anyone. My role at the RNC National Committee woman from North Carolina is to help get our candidates elected.

And if we are not about that business, then we are not doing what we are supposed to. I‘ve also said that we must have transparency in all of our operations because I am accountable to my state and the people in this state. And people want to know what‘s going on. Now—that‘s it.

MADDOW: OK.

FISHER: And I don‘t have a grudge against anybody.

MADDOW: In an e-mail that you wrote—in this email that you wrote, you said and I‘m quoting here from, again, something you did not intend to be public but it is. “I don‘t want to hear anymore language trying to be cool about the bling in the stimulus package or appealing to D.L. Hughley and blacks in a way that isn‘t going to win us any votes and makes us, frankly, appear to many blacks as quite foolish.”

I mean, Mr. Steele made history as the first ever black party chairman. You are one of only three members of the RNC who are African-American. Why do you think he specifically makes the Republican Party look foolish to black people?

FISHER: I think that he makes people—he makes us look—first off, we have an 11^th commandment. And that commandment says we should not speak ill of other Republicans. Mr. Steele has a right to say what he wants as does Rush Limbaugh.

My concern is, we need to focus on our mission and our principles. We need to talk about the fact that this economy is failing and we need to promote what is the Republican response. We need to talk about the fact that we have healthcare coming from the White House, and Republicans need to say this is what our response is. Those are the challenges that we face.

And the Democrats are doing a good job of getting us off-task and off-mission.

MADDOW: Do you think that Mr. Steele should stop talking to the media as long as he is chairman? Would that be—would that be a positive step in your mind?

FISHER: What I think should happen is Mr. Steele and the RNC needs to come together and talk about several issues. If you read the memo further, you would say that—you would hear that we are having a phone conference on Friday. And I asked to talk and discuss these things on Friday in the phone conference. So, I haven‘t received a response to that.

We need to talk to each other not about each other. We need to get it straight what is going to be our mission so that we can go with a unified front and say, this is what we believe. The principles of this party are correct.

I am writing a book now which is called “Commonsense Conservative Prescriptions.” And the subtitle says, “It‘s not what you say, it‘s what they hear based on what they‘ve seen.” And I think that that is one of the dilemmas for the party. We have the right principles. People have not seen us use them and promote them in a way that they can relate to, and we need to do a better job of that.

MADDOW: We‘re just about time, just one last quick question. Are you, at all, concerned about those financial scandals surrounding Mr. Steele? Having spent money on a—given money to a company run by his sister, apparently, for work that was not done, this other allegation about spending $60,000 for consulting with a company that appears to be a minerals commodity trading firm—are you concerned about those things as well?

FISHER: I‘m concerned about how we use and operate money throughout the Republican Party, not just in his case. I ran a campaign and the FEC came down on me for some late reports which were not my fault but related to a third party. So, we got some cleaning up in campaign finance reform to do all along. But I would say to you, if the FBI can investigate Mr. Steele for his finances, somebody needs to look at the Obama campaign and its finances, which are not subject to public scrutiny and should be to the same extent that we are holding Mr. Steele and others.

MADDOW: Republican National Committee member, Dr. Ada Fisher, thank you for coming on the show tonight. I really appreciate your time, ma‘am.

FISHER: Thank you very much.

David Shuster still cluelessly obamerized

David Shuster is trying to be like Big Brother Herr Olbermann and Little Sister Righteous Rachel Maddow in his gotcha "Hypocrisy Watch" segment. He rants about how Rove said what barry is doing is not what he promised and is the same old Washington politics. An absolutely 100% true statement. Shuster then goes into detailing all the things Rove politicized as a way of counterpoint.

What Shuster neglects to realize is barry said he would do none of that. He stumped on it over and over and still lies about it. So nothing Rove did or does or didn't do has any bearing on what barry's minions are doing.

Why can't they get past their blind devotion and see that barry's words do not - nor have they ever - match up with his actions?

Rep Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) commenting on whether she was truly considered by Blagojevich. She asked him point blank on November 18th and he said yes. She feels she wasn’t really because:

He never asked me for anything. The conversation didn’t even approach that. Of course, I would never done a quid pro quo [Daley Machine translation = pay to play] of the kind that he was thinking about."

…the kind he was thinking about. Not never - just not his grand delusions. But then again...she was never asked, was she?

Matthews then asked if Blagojevich's wife being in the deal was normal and she said absolutely inappropriate. Then he asked if personal contributions were out of the ordinary? Do you believe this? He thinks some types of pay-to-play are acceptable. Well, they are mandatory to break into Chicago politics. Barry is loyal to Daley. He turns on him and he’s the one going down. Why he's a Soxfan and why he backed the ever-colorful Dorothy Tillman.

Wake up, folks. Do a little research now that the obamerism is wearing off. Look at what barry did to get elected. Why did his opponent, Jack Ryan's divorce records get unsealed just in time for barry to win basically unopposed in his US senate race? The Court ruled they should be unsealed and five days later barry went public and said they shouldn't be used.

Any of this sound familiar? Look what he did in his previous campaigns. The only one he couldn’t finagle was Rep Bobby Rush, former Black Panther member and well-loved Chicagoan. At that point, barry wasn’t considered “black enough” and he "talked too white". Rush 61% barry 30%. Couldn't use the race card either. Explains the spanking. Pres Clinton endorsed Rush, which I'm sure added to barry's lack of character in dealing with him because he was "busy".

Two insightful comments from Rep Rush before it became sacrilegious to tell the truth about barry.

RUSH: Barack Obama went to Harvard and became an educated fool. Barack is a person who read about the civil-rights protests and thinks he knows all about it.

And what did barry do? He paid Rush back by running to Hawaii to avoid voting on Rush's gun legislation, which was prompted by the random shooting death of Rush's son. Lost by 5 votes. And then there is his DC Handgun ban flipflop. Watch how he brags on his background in constitutional law.

So why the selective memory as pertains "natural born" citizen? He has known all along he is technically not a "natural born" citizen. He admits on his own website that he is a "native citizen of the United States of America".

How does that make you feel about the self-proclaimed man of judgment, integrity and integrity?

Open your eyes, find a piece of paper, take out pen, pencil or other writing utensil and check off each of barry's missed votes, presents, I pushed the wrong buttons, I didn't know the vote was coming (Iran guard) and massive list flip flops and find one where he actually stood up for something with direct consequences to himself.

I'll save a tree: there aren't any. But you'll have a clear look at barry's REAL political career of political expedient obamanation -- not the proobamedia made-for-TV movie obamessiah version.

It's all there. And the fact that the proobamedia has been shocked by Blagojevich proves (once again) the pro-Obama media bias. They have never once looked at him with a jaundiced eye and some of them are deflecting/directing their anger at barry. It’s their own fault.

Richard Wolffe, Herr Olbermann, Norah O’Donnell and David Gergen are starting to get peeved. Waa-waa-waa instead of O-baaa-ma. Jonjon Alter will never give up the ship. Jake Tapper has been woken up it appears. I haven’t been watching CNN, but I imagine Candy Crowley has dug in like she did with Wright, NAFTA, Rezko and other issues. She's the only the one and only media member on CNN to not be completely corrupted - and how was she rewarded? Convention floor duty, traveling and video feeds from the primary results. Not exactly a great use of her award-winning reporting. I can recall her being on the CNN panel only once - at the end - when there was nowhere else they could rightfully send her.

Now what about Contessa Brewer, Tamron Hall, Norah O’Donnell, Kyra Phillips, Olbermann's fraternal twin, Rachel Maddow and newly self-appointed sexist and misogyny czar, Alma Campbell Brown. No Bias, No Bull? New program after barry won the election and yet the pro-Obama media bias continues. Check out the home page - three big pictures of her. Why not wallpaper it?

Look at Ms Crowley credentials and ask yourself why she doesn't have her own show. And was Andrea Mitchell offered Meet the Press?

CHRISTOPHER GOODWIN's (The Guardian) article about Rachel Maddow. He describes who she is starting with self-proclaimed 'butch dyke' then 'the first openly gay Rhodes scholar' and she didn't have a show "not only because I am gay, but because of what I look like. I am not a Barbie girl with Barbie doll-like looks.'"

Isn't that the gay card? She didn't get a job because she's a dyke? Who the hell cares. It's MSNBC not FOX. I find her offensive because she is a clone of Herr Olberman: the same gotcha inanity, the same haughty look at me I'm smart, the same denial of sexism, the same intonations, the same all around negativity. Who wants to listen to someone ranting every single night? Especially following an avowed I call everybody a racist to make barry love me openly misogynistic I rant because I'm too fat to see my penis rage-filled man?

This quote is simply insane. What would she say and who would she attack if she wasn't underwhelmed? She's as much infatuated with the self-proclaimed I am who we have been waiting for messiah as the rest of the MSNBC cult followers.

Maddow is no knee-jerk liberal and says she is 'frequently underwhelmed' by Barack Obama. Although she believes he was right to oppose the Iraq war, 'his war policy stuff now is total bullshit. [Withdrawing] one or two brigades a month? You want your son to be in the last brigade?

Notice she said SON. And she is just one more of the pro-obama media who ignorantly believes that what barry said about Iraq somehow had relevance. Stunning ignorance coming from a Rhodes scholar of whatever sexual preference. Yo Rachel barry's war policy stuff has always been bullshit. You fell for it like the rest of the mesmerized masses. Will you have the integrity to admit to it? That would be worth tuning in for.
