Sen Ted Kennedy hospitalized

According to CNN, Sen Kennedy was hospitalized for recurrent seizures, but is expected to just stay the night.

Before the inauguration, Sen Kennedy walked in, unaided except for a cane, and was smiling and waving. He had on a great black hat and looked completely present. Evidently, at the post-inauguration luncheon, he began to convulse. He was alert just previous and was talking by the time he reached the ambulance. The Secret Service whisked him away while he was still seizing - his wife, Sen Dodd (D-CT) and Sen Hatch (R-UT) by his side. He was evaluated at the hospital by the Chairman of Neurosurgery, Dr Edward Aulisi - who was probably standing by anyway - and his seizure felt to be due to exhaustion. He will stay overnight for hospitalization.

Kennedy "was there when the Voting Rights Act passed. Along with John Lewis, [Kennedy] was a warrior for justice. And so I would be lying to you if I did not say that right now, a part of me is with him. And I think that's true for all of us. This is a joyous time. But it's also a sobering time, and my prayers are with him and his family and [his wife] Vicki.

After the seizure, barry reportedly asked for a moment of silence.

Prior to getting into the ambulance, Dodd said Kennedy told him, "I'll be okay. I'll see you later."

And after seeing Kennedy at the hospital, Sen Kerry (D-MA) said:

He has his Irish up.

Ted Kennedy is going to be back in the Senate fighting for the things he cares about.

Sen Clinton confirmation hearing tomorrow

Sen Clinton's confirmation hearing is tomorrow - expected to be only one day. Mr Bill's finances have passed major scrutiny though some "clarification" is needed. Kerry expects a "fair and expeditious" hearing. Has Sen Clinton ever been treated "fairly"?

Who do you have more faith in: Sen Clinton or Kerry?

All I got was the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. And to think I was the one who brought barry on the scene. Well, I'm gonna take it out on Hillary just to get back at barry and my ex-bud Joe Biden. I could've at least been Secretary of Commerce. Now me and Dodd are stuck in the Senate and Edwards is in hiding...

The role of the DNC needs investigating

EDWARDS: "When John Kerry is president, people like Christopher Reeve will get up out of that wheelchair and walk."

What does he think obamessiah is going to do?

Where's John Edwards the whore been hiding? His when story comes out when barry is in Hawaii. A story that was uncovered in March 2007 and never addressed because the DNC needed him to pull off barry's nomination. Edwards entered the race knowing full well he would be disqualified. He was allowed to run by the DNC - who knew all about it - to dilute the vote. Period. They knew it would split the vote in Iowa enough to give barry a start, which they knew would be all that matters. Once he makes it out of Iowa it was over.

The DNC had hoped the presidential failures would split the vote up even more to totally destroy Clinton. Didn't work. They failed like they all did before. Kerry's making jokes about underwear and confirming that barry lied about his steady opposition the Iraq. Dodd's responsible for the financial crisis. And Biden the vice presidential saying the world is going to test barry and he's gonna need help and he already knows what the decision will be. I'm guessing Georgia or something to do with Putin.

This victory is a victory for the DNC. And The American People will have to wait to see if it's a victory for us or a victory for a man who wants to change the world.
