UPDATED: POTUS exposed to swine flu?

It depends on who you ask.

POTUS had traveled to Mexico City aware if the threat of drug cartel violence, having increased the number of border guards prior to his arrival. He traveled aware of the Swine flu outbreak-- the first case identified on the 13th.

Or was he?

WH Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said on the 27th in his daily briefing that no warning was given. See link below.

That doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't already known.

A member of "Energy Secretary Chu's lead security detail" arrived in Mexico City on the 13th, felt ill on the 16th, fever 17th, sent home 18th. And between the 19th-21st, family members and a coworker he rode in a car with fell ill. His wife and daughter eventually tested positive for Influenza A - subtype unknown (to the public) on the 30th.Offending subtype H1N1.

Fortunately all are fine.

So where was he? In what capacity was he working? Who did he meet ? Anybody on the other side got sick? What did he bring with him?

POTUS' Secret Service had to know about this, didn't they?

But what POTUS didn't know was that he would come in close personal contact with a man, who, less than 24 hours later, would suddenly fall ill with "flu-like symptoms", be hospitalized, precipitously decline and die just six days after shaking the hand and taking on a tour of the museum, the most powerful man in the world.

The man was his host that night (the 16th) at the National Museum of Anthropology was the Museum Curator, accomplished Mexican Archeologist Felipe Solis Olguin.

No word on whether Solis was having symptoms that evening -- the paucity of information is English is suspicious in itself. His death was attributed to "pneumonia" complicated by coexisting medical problems, including immunodeficiency.

The Mexico Health Minister denied that Solis' death was related in any way to the swine flu.

Ricardo Alday, Spokesman for the Mexican Embassy to the United States of America:

[Solis] died of complications of a preexisting condition and not of swine flu.

Either way, it doesn't matter at this point.

The incubation period is very short - 3 days - so he would have already shown symptoms. He was sick on the previous trip - G 20 Summit. A vaccine?

What are the odds? It reads like a Ludlum novel. How long before we find out the truth?

Cordova Villalobos said that schools would remain closed next week in Mexico City, where the flu has hit hardest.

The health minister dismissed speculation in the Mexican media about US President Barack Obama's possible exposure to the virus when he was in Mexico City ten days ago, just after the flu started breaking out there.

Reforma newspaper had reported that Obama had had contact at a museum with a reknown archeologist, Felipe Solis Olguin, who died of a combination of diabetes and pneumonia shortly afterwards.

Cordova Villalobos clarified the man's cause of death, saying the pneumonia was not related to influenza, but rather to a combination of an unnamed pre-existing condition and a sudden onset of pneumonia that was not related to influenza.

Was there anything more barry could have done to pander to the Arabs with his bowing to the Saudi King, shouting "we are not at war with Islam" and then proclaiming that the US is "not a Christian nation"? Maybe confessing he is a Muslim.

I don't care what he is. I care that he continues to lie and this time - representing me - he said and did things that were reprehensible. He disgraced the entire nation.

POTUS assassination plot foiled in Turkey

So was there really an assassination plot?

According to the CBS News' KHALID WASSEF, yes.

Turkish security forces arrested an Istanbul resident of Syrian descent on Friday. His intent was to stab the POTUS with a knife (not a scimitar) during the Alliance of Civilizations summit to be held in Istanbul. He reportedly had a bogus Al-Jazeera press ID and was attending all the relevant conferences but nobody noticed until Friday. It came as a "complete surprise" to Ankara's Al Jazeera bureau chief. The suspect said he had three accomplices - no word on whether they were arrested also. No word on how they discovered the plot.

You knew the trip would not go without an assassination attempt reported on. And then there are the crazy skinhead wannabes who were going to do a driveby on barry with white tuxes and tophats, the meth freaks in Denver and the guy who drove right up to the Capitol barricade with a "delivery" for barry, who with simple questioning admitted he had a weapon in his vehicle.

The real plots are the ones we never hear about - including the ones made against Secretary Hillary Clinton. Ever heard of even one in reference to her?

The idiocy doesn’t stop. CNN finally writes about barry’s eligibility issue and they still have it wrong.

Doesn’t anyone ever get embarrassed at CNN? Or do they figure no one’s watching/reading? We went through this a few weeks ago with Rick Sanchez. I don’t know if I posted that from the drafts.

The only reason they had to say something was because Rep. Bill Posey (R-FL) introduced a bill to require presidential candidates to produce proof of their eligibility before they run.

Here’s CNN’s Political MARK PRESTON.

During the presidential campaign, Obama produced a certified copy of his birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health but some still believe he does not meet the constitutional requirement to be the president.

barry has never produced a birth certificate of any sort and he has never produced a certified copy of anything.

barry has not allowed ANYONE to see his long form (vault copy) birth certificate that has corroboratable information: doctor/date/hospital/weight, etc. even though he admitted in his book that he had a copy of it in his possession.

He produced a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth (aka COLB) not his birth CERTIFICATE.

Very different.

The COLB he produced was not certified either. Nothing he has submitted has been certified by anyone to be true. Dr Chiyome Fukino said nothing about the COLB - she said only that barry has a birth certificate on file in accordance with Hawaiian law. Period. She said nothing about what was on it and she certainly said nothing about the COLB

No one has been allowed actual physical contact with the COLB besides barry minion’s and the entire cosmos is relying on them to vouch for its authenticity?

Factcheck doesn’t even know the difference between birth certificate and COLB and they’re the final word? barry’s own lawyers are appending it as a footnote in their court filings.

It’s insane.

The COLB on factcheck was examined by a forensic computer document expert and his conclusion was that it was forged.

And if it the COLB were entirely legit - why wouldn’t he want the whole world to see it - instead of spending at least a million dollars fighting the release of his birth CERTIFICATE while proclaiming his Transparency!

And what is this?

The Supreme Court has turned down several requests that it hear challenges to the president’s citizenship.

Does he know why? Does he know about the clerks’ tampering in Donofrio and Taitz cases? Anthrax? That Justice Scalia couldn’t recall Lightfoot v Bowen when Taitz approached him about it? I don’t think I posted that yet either.

And Posey does not directly mention barry - it is a henceforth bill because barry’s already hoaxed his way in. Curiously, I couldn’t find anything on Posey’s website and could not find a complete statement by his spokesman, George Cecala, who said Posey was “just trying to clarify the law” and listen to his constituents. (Posey was just elected.)

CECALA for Posey: Opponents of President Bush used the 2000 election results and the court decisions to question the legitimacy of President Bush to serve as President. Opponents of President Obama are raising the birth certificate issue as a means of questioning his eligibility to serve as president.

Neither of these situations are healthy for our Republic.

This bill, by simply requiring such documentation for future candidates for President will remove this issue as a reason for questioning the legitimacy of a candidate elected as President.

This was not meant as an insult to the president.

It is simply meant as a way to clarify future election laws and to dispel the issue so we can move on with doing business for the country.

The election was settled. The only thing you can do at this point is to apply new rules for the next election. That’s one way to move past this whole thing and move forward.

I think he [Posey] is willing to take the president’s word for it.

If the president wanted to put an end to the whole thing, he could order Hawaii to release the authentic birth certificate. That’s up to him.

What other candidate would not want to prove his eligibility? If nothing else to stop all the court challenges? It’s like continuing to undergo police questioning when an alibi that you swear you have could completely exonerate you. Makes absolutely no sense…unless you really don’t have that alibi and you’re hoping the police will just give up.

What other candidate would allow himself to be forever shamed because a law had to be enacted because of his deceit? A bill that will be referred by historians and documentarians as the barry obama birth certificate bill. A bill that will have defined barry in his first 100 days seconds.

No matter what happens - the existence of this bill will confirm the doubt that he was constitutionally eligible to hold the highest office in the land, and millions of Americans will wonder why this self-proclaimed man of Transparency didn’t even have enough integrity to produce what every other kid has to produce to play Little League.

His word and words will forever be challenged - victory in itself.

His legacy has been forever signed sealed and delivered by this bill and nothing he does henceforth will change that.

Except, of course, when and if he comes clean or someone else does it for him.

Ask yourself what other candidate would have been allowed to get away with not producing their birth certificate.

Hillary Clinton?

The answer is a resounding NO.

And that alone is clear, concise, irrefutable proof of pro-Obama media bias and nothing else is/will ever be needed to prove it.

Thanks for information. Don't be sorry about the length - you can write whatever you want. I put this out here because it will be my final comment on this matter...until he is found out. We've already discussed COLB vs long form birth certificate and the question of why couldn't the factcheck COLB just be subpoenaed.

A couple of points. Dr Fukino verified that he has a long form birth certificate on file in accordance with Hawaiian law.

So let's say it says he was born in Hawaii and let's say that the COLB is all that is needed to prove his eligibility to be POTUS.

Thing is she did not put the two together. She did not verify that that exact COLB on factcheck was derived from the actual piece of paper she verified. She did not "certify" that the Factcheck COLB is legal like people have said. She verified one thing and a non-legal no Hawaiian source "proved" another. No connection. No one has put the two together. No one but a website linked to him however innocently.

No matter. I'll concede 100% he was born in Hawaii, that his COLB is 100% legal and that the COLB - the factcheck COLB - is all that he needs to prove his eligibility.

I concede that all requirements have been met just like you laid out.

Now let's go to barry. He said that that actual COLB is all that is needed and that he released it into the public domain for the entire world to see. Some people weren't happy so he said go ahead and send it to a public website to be proven to be accurate. He sent it to factcheck who said yes it is 100% legal. And then he said because his COLB was proven accurate by factcheck- he is eligible to be POTUS. He then he said to factcheck release the COLB and the documentation into the public domain for all to see.

So he was born in Hawaii, the actual COLB on factcheck is derived from his legal birth certificate, that COLB is all that is needed to be POTUS and it is posted in the public domain for all to see as proof.

That's the key. He put it out there to be checked. It was checked. It was released as absolute proof. It was then posted in the public domain on a public website for the public to see. And yet no one has been able to see it. The public is left to believe that one site is all it takes to prove it is real.

So if it is real - 100% real - why isn't factcheck allowing anyone else - including the lawyers suing him - to see it?

It's 100% legal, right? It's already been posted in a public place, so what's the problem?

The public doesn't have a right to see it even though he put it out there for the expressed purpose for the public to see it as proof?

When you look at documents, do you trust one source? Do you believe that everything you see is true just because someone says it's true? You cited two websites below - so clearly you believe at least two sites are needed to prove your point.

So why has not a single second source been able to see a document that has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be 100% accurate? So accurate that it is being referred to in court - the Supreme Court - as evidence?

That is the problem. That is what is wrong. It is absolutely immaterial to me whether he is eligible or not. I don't like or dislike him. I believe he is a fraud and that makes me angry. It makes me angry that people who don't understand what is really going on with the birth certificate issue continue to make arguments that show they have no understanding of it. It makes me angry that they are defending someone they know nothing about.

It makes me angry that his campaign people, his wife and his vice president know things aren't right and yet continue to tell the American people to hold them accountable and when folks try he hides behind lawyers.

And it really makes me angry that the press has not done their job and is still not doing it. Some know the truth and have been intentionally withholding it and no one cares. Why? I understand why they wouldn't want to be the first to reveal anything now because of how foolish it would make them look.

Can they get any more foolish looking that they did with their barry fawning?

Chuck Todd is just figuring out how barry obamanates and he is angry because it is making him look stupid for not getting answers. Welcome to the club, Chuckie T. What is his book really worth? His previous reporting? His integrity - personal and journalistic?

As much as I am enjoying the fact they are finally seeing what the nonobamerized have seen since day one - or those of us in Chicago have known all along - it doesn't change the fact that they have not and still are not doing their job. And at this point it is too late. At this point there would be a revolt of massive proportion, not only in the black community in the US - eight million of whom (1/3 of eligible black voters) could not be bothered to register to vote, but also in the world.

You wonder why he gave his first interview to Arab TV? You wonder why he plans on giving a speech (what else) in Mecca in his first 100 days?

The US Government knows exactly who barry is and have neither confirmed or denied anything. They have seen his passport and I would hope to God they know where he was born and whether he became a citizen of Indonesia.

Why doesn't that concern you no matter what is in it?

Why doesn't it concern you that on Jan 14th barry and Biden met behind closed doors with the Supreme Court judges without anyone else present or a written public record of what occurred? Also present were Jeff Minear, counselor to Chief Justice Roberts, Gregory Craig, barry’s soon to be White House counsel and Alan Hoffman, Biden’s deputy chief of staff. If this was just a courtesy call - like it was billed - why the need for lawyers?

Why doesn't it concern you that they went in covertly?

Why doesn't it concern you that their private meeting took place without the general public knowing until after it happened?

That there was no fanfare. No usual barry photo-ops, no hoopla or speeches. A few pictures were released after the fact. (Very interesting body language.)

Gore and Clinton made it a huge publicity event as barry would have unless he didn't want it noticed. Ever known barry to miss a photop?

Why wouldn't a constitutional lawyer and first black head of the Harvard law Review not want documentation of his meeting with the Supreme Court judges prior to the Inuaugration?

barry has the press following him around everywhere with cameras blazing live. What event was more important and prestigious than meeting the Supreme Court judges for the first time, especially the man who will be swearing you in in a few days?

Do you really believe that oath of office was accidentally messed up? Why did Gregory Craig (present at their secret meeting) make them do it again? And why wasn't there videotape of it?

Why was Judge Alito absent? It was not by accident. It was intentional.

Is he the only one with a conscience?

Most of all, why does it not concern anyone that the Supreme Court completely compromised themselves?

There were cases before them concerning both barry and Biden. They had their little meeting behind closed doors and even if it was completely innocent, it was not appropriate legally. Hollister v Soetoro/Biden was to be conferenced on Jan 16th and on Jan 7th they had distributed Lightfoot v Bowen to the court to be conferenced on Jan 23rd. So they knew what they were doing and they knew it was wrong.

So how impartial were their rulings? They weren't. They were tainted. Period.

It makes me angry that barry people dismiss evidence that is presented to their face and prefer to personally attack the people presenting it instead of first thinking or considering or questioning why someone who claims transparency is anything but.

It makes me angry that my fellow Americans are being conned - even if it does not seem to bother them. I refuse to be conned as do the rest of the nonobamerized. The majority of the American People don't care. They prefer to call people who are looking for truth and those who have uncovered falsehoods and exposed frauds nut jobs and disgruntled whatevers and of course racists.

I believe he is hiding something. I know he is hiding something. Many things.

I believe that the media has been intentionally not investigating and intentionally ignoring what already has been investigated to be true. And we have plenty of proof. It has been documented on this site, our other site and countless sites on the internet.

That is what makes folks angry.

According to the IFC/Zogby Poll - 75% of Americans believe that media coverage influenced the outcome of the election. 93% believe barry got more coverage and that coverage was overwhelmingly more positive than negative. barry voters said this as well as non-barry votes. It happened throughout the primaries, yet Clinton got the same amount of votes.

Clinton people have a right to be angry. Actual minutes of coverage have been documented by independent agencies. The studies are out there. Objective proof in objective numbers that has been admitted to by the media themselves.This is established fact not based on personal voter likes or dislikes.

The media did not/have not vetted barry. It's proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. It is not just my opinion. It is absolute truth. The media have been ignoring irrefutable facts. Undeniable 100% true facts about barry. They have looked the other way on most everything that could have been damaging.

He could be whomever you like. What is not known about Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Joe Biden or Sarah Palin? How much did the press find out about Sarah Palin in 48 hours? They had everything from grade school to college records and beauty pageant footage of her playing the flute to comments from flight attendants on her way home after her water broke to hospital records in the area.

What is not known about barry is more than what is known and he has been around 2 years - not two months. It is not entirely based on vendettas or angry people whose candidate didn't win. People are angry because the POTUS who claims transparency is anything but. Go look at what has not been released by barry. They are absolutely things ALL of the American people have to know about the president and absolutely things the press should be investigating. Things that have nothing to do with his birth certificate.

You want to go on his "superior judgment" and claims of transparency - party on. What have his cabinet picks told you about his judgment? His exceptions for lobbyists? What about the fact that he has neglected to mention his campaign and now White House advisor David Axelrod is a lobbyist and was acting as such during barry's campaign?

And what does his need for adoration tell you?

Why didn't he go to Oklahoma?

Why has he still done nothing about the ice storms in Kentucky?

Why is he already seeking refuge in his house?

barry is back on the stump. He needed his fix of adoration and empty promises.

Hasn't anyone told him the election is over and that he has a job and a workplace and that he is expected to do something in it?

And why is he complaining about what Hannity and Limbaugh are calling him when the people he's talking to have no income?

They don't want to hear him whining and they certainly don't want to hear this.

BARRY: I'm not going to make any excuses. If stuff doesn't work, and people don't feel like I've lead the country in the right direction - then you'll have a new president.

How is this inspiring people? How is it displaying confidence? Leadership?

Well, if it doesn't work and if you're still alive in four years - you can vote for somebody else.

Will someone please tell him the days of campaigning are over.

He got the job. He needs to shut up, stay home, do something and not be filmed doing it.

And if needed to go somewhere, why isn't he going to Oklahoma?

...someone has seen the light and spoken the truth. Ms Etta James, 71, was none too happy that Beyonce sang her trademark song "At Last" during the First Couple's First dance for which he pocketed a cool $2M. James to her audience.

ETTA JAMES: You know, YOUR president, the one with the big ears — he ain't my president — had that woman singing for him at his inauguration. She's going to get her ass whooped. How dare Beyonce sing MY song that I been singing forever. Now I'm going to sing it for y'all.

She added that she "can't stand Beyonce" and that the starlet "has no business up there singing, singing up there on a big old President day, singing my song that I been singing forever."

Can't blame her. barry has a way of not acknowledging folks that made him and in this case Beyonce possible.

Another tidbit. barry's family was supposed to be on the US Weekly magazine but he was bumped by a picture of "fat" Jessica Simpson. His response? "It was hurtful."

The only task force you need to get the economy going is a tax task force to do an audit on every member of your administration followed by every member of Congress. It seems that is the only way they feel compelled to pay taxes. The American People might then take you seriously...for once. We don't know what a TARP is or a trillion dollars but we know how far $140K goes and we for sure know how much money we could save by not paying our taxes.

Why should any of us when the head of the New York Federal Reserve Bank and now head of the IRS doesn't?

And what does it say about your stump promise to root out corruption in Washington when you did nothing to root out corruption when you were Senator of Illinois? When you and you foul-mouthed Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel happily helped to get Milorad get elected in the first place?

We the People of Illinois will now have to pay for an impeachment trial and all the craziness with Roland Burris when your fellow democrats refused to seat a legal appointment out of political spite and embarrassment. How much did your interview by the Feds and the interview of your top advisors cost us? And the cost of Rezko's solitary confinement? Was it to get him to talk about blago or to keep him from talking about your connections to him? How much will Milorad's criminal trial cost us?

How much are these multitudes of task forces put together to "study" things you should already know yourself costing taxpayers? Things that had you actually earned your job you could handle on your own. Things that had you had a history of making a stand -- or at least once making an unambiguous statement and then standing behind it -- you would feel confident about handling yourself.

You are a hypocrite. Your inadequacy is already showing. You may have had the highest approval rating going in...will you have the fastest drop as well?

People voted for you for some reason - try to do something as in ACTION.

Here is a hint: stay in your Oval Office for a day and pretend you know what to do. Stay out of the public eye, out of camera range and please stop the goddam speeches that are as empty now as they were on the stump.

I would remind you that when you speak now - people actually expect you to do what you say or at least have a notion of how to do it without 12 people standing behind you.

And, finally, running to read to kids "to get out of the White House" after 20-some days is not exactly building confidence - consumer or otherwise.

body language: barry, biden and the Supreme Court Justices

I see I never posted this. It says a great, great deal. Now that I think of it I forgot to post the presidents in the Oval Office. That was extremely revealing.

On 1-14, barry and biden met behind closed doors with the Supremes. Missing was Justice Alito, which was no coincidence. Their meeting is discussed here. I just want to talk about the body language, which is remarkable.

First off, the Justices do not seem grouped by political views. What is important is that there are five - what was needed to make the decision. barry and biden are holding on to the chairs like they have taken over - barry asserting his dominance by leaning over the chair with his two forearms. He is affable, but is embracing himself - separating himself from the group in a dominant way - he doesn't need any of them. I don't know whose chair that is but I would not be surprised if it was the Chief Justice's.

Biden is an excellent subject to watch. There is never any doubt what he is thinking or feeling - even before he says it. He must have spent a lot of time cleaning blackboards as a kid. It's what makes barry the most angry because he can't mask Biden like he tries to mask himself. Watch barry's reaction when Biden makes the joke about Justice Roberts' memory. You'll see a great deal of unmasking in barry's face: anger, embarrassment, bewilderment and ruined birthday party. Whatever happened in this room barry owes Justice Roberts and that is why he was so angry - because Biden should have known better.

Biden has claimed his spot - to the left and across the table from barry, facing him at an angle. His hands are placed modestly on the chair but they are at the peak of the chair. He knows his place and has a firm grasp on it and is not about to let it go. His dominant hand is covered by his non dominant one. It is a subtle sign that he is trying to cover something up but he knows that's what he needs to do to keep his position. The two of them are laughing and smiling at each other like we've got them now - we're set. There is a distinct look of conspiracy - one they have had for a while - one they knew they were going to win. They have the judges flanked - literally boxed into the corner. Biden has his back to the dissenters - to his right and behind him. He doesn't need them anymore. He has the Chief and the Senior Member in his and barry's circle. It's enough.

This is all quite fascinating really.

Now look at Chief Justice Roberts. He is to barry's immediate left, very close, and just slightly behind him. Barry is leaning forward to make sure of his dominance, while appearing to be relaxed. Roberts is standing erect, asserting his dominance in his environment. His hands in front of him and away from his body, showing that if challenged, he would be able to stand his ground. He usually commands the room, but today he had been inched over and is a close second. He also is smiling, fully engaged and complicit on an equal basis. He has made his decision but is still unsure. (May explain the oath - that was not in any way simple mistake.)

Next comes Justice Stevens. I don't know anything about seniority but I would guess he is the most senior. He is comfortable in the space that he has been respectfully afforded. He is the most relaxed, amused in a bystander type of way, having seen it all. He is leaning barry's way and has not completely closed himself off from the others - though he is in front of them. No one is a threat to him - nor does anyone find him threatening. He is the most intelligent person in the room, is curious, well-mannered and a very good listener. He's drawn himself in toward Biden. No matter his views - my guess is he allows the most latitude. I would pick him to present my case to and I would make sure I was impeccably dressed and respectful but not deferential. His (great) grandchildren probably adore him.

I don't know how the mechanics work, but I would guess he is the most hands on in actually writing his decisions. Here he has his left hand in his pants pocket but the jacket is still modestly buttoned. A sort of subtle collegial upper hand. Hands in the pockets is a distinct behavior of men of that generation. The elder Bush did the same but he had both hands in his pockets - very different.

Justice Thomas has made the loudest statement. He wants none of it. He is furthest away, and although boxed in, he is the focal point of the picture. The decision rested on him. Biden finds him threatening - he has his back turned directly at Thomas, who is directly in line with barry and looking right at him, waiting to take him on. This particular argument is not over. I bet Thomas holds a mean grudge. barry is protecting himself from Thomas with his right hand higher up on his arm. I wish I could see Thomas' face better - but more importantly his hands. I wouldn't be surprised if they were fisted. He is pretending to smile but is not looking at the one telling the joke. My guess that he never took his eyes off barry and barry didn't look at him.

Justice Ginsberg is extremely physically weakened - her abdomen looks swollen and it looks she is trying hard to stay upright. She is holding her own as far as her position in the group - she is in the center by choice - but has pulled into herself in pain. She doesn't even appear to be part of the proceedings - she is there because she is fulfilling a duty and knows her importance as a woman. Her face is a grimace and she is holding herself very rigid, tightly gripping her hands. When I first saw her, I saw pain, sorrow and impatience. I now know she has pancreatic cancer, which is very painful, and explains everything.

Justice Souter I know nothing about - well I don't know any of them - but he doesn't send off much of anything. Did someone put in a word for him or was he an alternative to someone? I see him as someone who can float but once he decides he is firm in his position. He was probably a loner as a kid and I would hazard a guess he doesn't have strong people skills or a wide range of emotion - like a Quaker or Puritan type. I wonder if he has ever been married.

He has taken a spot and is rooted in it - his arms crossed in front of him - left hand not completely tucked in. I sense this is a normal way of standing for him - more self-protection than defensive. He's looking down when a joke is being told - laughing despite himself and at odds with his posture. I sense he likes Biden and could easily be persuaded by him. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a damp ineffectual handshake to a woman.

Most interesting is the fact that the other Justices are not in the picture. There is no way to conjecture why. What is clear is they chose not to be in the picture. It would have been interesting to see them in the flesh because I've only ever seen their names on dockets.

After this meeting, barry's mood lightened - I noticed it before I was aware of the meeting. At the time, there were two cases before the Court (Lightfoot v Bowen and Berg v Obama/Biden), so the meeting was completely inappropriate and not at all required. Bush had not done it and Clinton and Gore reportedly made a production out of it, which I can't imagine barry wouldn't want to top.

There's one thing that I have been wondering for months. Mr Bill said in his anger and frustration that after the Inauguration he would sit down and tell what was really going on. I have to wonder if that was why Hillary was picked for Secretary of State - we know courtesy of Dr Biden that she was ever considered for either initially.

It's basically over. Berg and Joyce are not credentialed and pro hac vice means on this occasion only. The Court is not going to allow them to do anything. Not that it wasn't over before it started. Once barry and biden met with the Supreme Court justices it was over. The question is why no one cares that the Supreme Court clearly prejudiced themselves...except for Justice Alito. Now that is a conversation I would like to have.

I was tidying up my toolbar and was about to delete my RSS from Donofrio because I thought he had said he was done after Wrotnowski. Frankly, that last post made me wonder if he was a partaker of the same herbs barry and it seems his brother enjoy. It was about barry's mother and Satan or something. Totally weird. So I clicked and he has had some recent postings. The Kerchner case, Texas Grand Jury indicting Cheney and Gonzales, and a (1-31) post on active military being told to disobey orders,. He said he was investigating how an active military member could bring suit whereas retired Hollister - a hypothetical potential - cannot. Nobody has standing. He ends it with more to come...Next comes his aptly named (2-1) post "Truce" says he's stepping away, which I had thought he had done before. In it he speaks of bots showing up at his chess matches (previously his citizenspook blog had been hacked) and includes an account of what happened when he went to file the brief in DC on November 3rd. It reads like a mystery novel and has a soundtrack to accompany it.

10-31-08 Statement by Director of Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino:

There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama's official birth certificate.

State law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.

Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

1-Original birth certificate present.

2-On file in accordance with state policies.

3-Does not mention what was on it.

4-Does not mention his place of birth.

5-Does not mention proof that barry requested his COLB or if so how many times and when.

6-Does not mention if his family requested barry's COLB or his original long form or if so how many times and when.

7-Does not mention how long the birth certificate has been on file.

8-Does not mention any of the pertinent information: hospital, doctor, name and DOB, etc.

9-Does not mention any proof that a COLB was in fact derived from the exact original birth certificate she verified.

10-Does not provide chain of evidence proof that the COLB on factcheck was derived from the original birth certificate.

11-Does not prove in any way that the factcheck COLB - that very one - was indeed derived from the long form she verified.

To do so, she would need both in her hand at the same time and records proving one lead to the other one and that no alterations of any sort were made.

Conclusion:

The COLB provided on factcheck has not - by this statement - been proven to be an exact legal representation of what was on the exact long form birth certificate she verified.

So how is factcheck's COLB admissible in a court of law as absolute proof?

Mr President allows top US diplomat to enter office $6M in debt

I think this says it all about our new president. Madame Secretary still has a $6M debt - having taking a 13 M personal loss. barry had $30M left at the end and the week before the election was spending money to run ads in Arizona as well as other places he knew he would never win - all the while not paying off Clinton's debt and not asking his donors to do so. That is the true nature of the man. Forget his words - it's clear how little words really matter to him as they are never born out in action.

Imagine for a minute if it were the other way around. Would barry have been allowed to get out of the race with any debt? What would be the outrage? Instead the media laughs and ridicules Clinton's mother for having to make last minute pleas to pay down her daughter's debt.

How many stump appearances do Clinton do to get barry elected? And what about before he was officially coronated?

No other candidate has ever done that. And her thanks? Pay off your own damn debt wench.

Use your Clinton name, go stump while I go to Hawaii on vacation and on my world adoration tour, get your voters to vote for me - but damn if I'm gonna be an honorable man and pay my due to thank you.

How much actual time has barry spent in photo shoots? Filming documentaries? Making press appearances? Take 1/10th of the time and put it toward fundraiser dinners and her debt would have been paid off - including her personal debt. Gone.

And not a single person has shamed him or brought the issue up. He spends $7M to move the convention outdoors. He spends well over $2M for Grant Park. He spends untold millions on his world tour, the documentary commercial and his whistle stop trip. The Inauguration was well over $150M. He raised 3/4 BILLION dollars and yet his opponent is left to pay down her own $25 M debt.

His pick for Secretary of State he has allowed to enter her new job having lose $13 M of her own money and still owing $6M.

He has allowed the top diplomat of the United States enter a job he appointed her to - knowing full well that she would not be able more funds and her husband's fundraising efforts would be severely curtailed - and the national media says not a word.

At the height of his popularity in December he could have given two maybe three appearances and cleared her debt. He didn't. As his nominee and #1 member of this team of rivals crap, she was only able to raise $1.6M.

What does that say about him?

And who advised Mrs Obama about how to handle the press and her children? Who will be there to ask when she has more questions?

Clinton is there when anyone - the Obamas - need her but is treated like crap otherwise.

Words don't matter?

Nope. Not his. And he has no actual actions to judge.

What is it going to take folks for you to see who this man really is?

And you wonder why so many people do not respect him?

Typically classless robamabots

Today was a moment of change, hope, reconciliation and positivity and what to the robamabots do? They booed the outgoing administration. That is as classless as it gets. The entire globe is watching and that is how they chose to recognize the outgoing President and Vice President. An administration that may have done many things that we as American people may or may not have agreed with - but today was not the day.

And the blind mindless chanters didn't care.

How is that American?

Who are you people and for whom did you vote in 2000 & 2004? How many of you made the trip to Washington but never made it to your polling places?

And how much love do you have for this country, which has remained safe from invasion and attacks for the last eight years because of President Bush, if you feel the need to show such public displeasure?

What type of change are you seeking and when does it go into affect?

It was like the barry t-shirts and merchandise showing him going to the hoop while knocking down Senator McCain - not just floating over him like the obamessiah he is. Like the knocking down was just as important (maybe even more so) than the rising above. And the disgusting and vile barry merchandise featuring the former First Lady, who he appointed to Secretary of State. T-shirts: "Too bad Hillary didn't marry OJ". Merchandise and slogans he never once objected to - even after his lame "keep the families out of it" declaration well after his attack dogs had said everything possible about Governor Palin and her family. Well, except for the new senator from Minnesota Al Franken's hilarious SNL bit on incest involving Todd Palin and his daughters.

All things barry has never apologized for.

And as much as the robamabots chant change! and hope! - their personal words and deeds have been anything but. They spent the better part of two years writing and saying the most incredibly offensive things about barry's opponents and non-barry supporters. Folks who were not caught up in the mindless chanting were attacked on all fronts - each one invariably called a racist - in the name of a man promising hope! change! His disciples spewed hate-filled words just as surely as Rev Wright did from his pulpit, in an attempt to promote their candidate: the self-proclaimed Man Above the Fray! Mr Grand Uniter! and Transcender of Race!

They attacked as a means to promote a man who had nothing to promote. A man without a past. A man who claims transparency but still refuses to prove his eligibility to be President.

Who among you knows who barry is?

He hasn't told you, you haven't asked, and the press has not demanded any truth from him.

Why don't you care?

And what will you be saying a year from now? Four years? Eight?

Will you be whining and booing then that the public didn't know...the press should have investigated...why didn't they tell us?

Hope is a wonderful thing - but it is not given to someone. It is something one voluntarily chooses. And one cannot choose hope while continuing to denigrate.

Any positivity thus gained is corroded by the continued negativity.

It is time for you to let the past administration go and to hold the present one accountable with your eyes and ears open.

It is time for you to realize you have elected a man who has never once made a decision with consequence.

And it is time for you to be honest as to why you chose him.

Today you made me embarrassed to be an American. You embarrassed yourselves, our nation, and our new President.

How much do you actually believe in barry vs not like his opponents?

How much do you believe in him as a man vs the idea of him?

And how much do you believe in his abilities if you must shame his predecessor?

For if you believe in the potential of Barack Obama then you should be congratulating President Bush and wishing him well.

Instead, you booed while the world watched in what was to be a moment of triumph and change.

And you wonder our standing in the world?

It is in large part because of how we have treated our own president. You may not agree with Mr Bush. You may personally dislike him. But the nation elected him and he is one of only 44 men who have stood up to lead this nation.

What have you been doing to make America a better place?

President Bush did not ask for 9-11. But there hasn't been a second one and no one knows how many close calls there were. We do know that Bush talked Israel out of bombing Iran.

What do you mindless robamabots think about that?

A little reminder: Bush's campaign mantra was Change! and Uniting not Dividing.
