I realize there are some Iran posts missing – especially about the doctor who witnessed Neda’s murder. And I can’t find a post with pix. The doctor is why they seized the embassy workers. I need to find out what happened to him. His parents still lived in Tehran and he had some type of office there.

Iran is releasing the eighth embassy worker, leaving behind the Embassy’s Chief Political Analyst, who has been charged with crimes against the state “acting against national security”. Is the punishment beheading or hanging? All nine were native Iranians.

Some leaders of Western countries at the level of president, prime minister and foreign minister openly intervened in Iran’s internal affairs that had nothing to do with them. Then, they said they don’t intervene in Iran’s internal affairs.

The last thing barry did was meddle. And the world saw with its own eyes what happened. The media censorship, the internet shut down and the disruption of cellphone service.

We all saw Neda. We saw her calmly standing there. We saw her murdered.

And then we heard/are still hearing the lame propaganda: first the protesters shot Neda…then it was the CIA…now foreign governments with inside connections.

They continue to lie when they know an reliable eyewitness – a native Iranian/doctor/once journalist/now publisher in the UK – already gave unimpeachable video testimony of what happened to the BBC. He spoke without the need of a translator in fine English and the horror in his face and the details he gave could not be faked.

He saw Neda’s wound. He tried to stop the blood from spurting out. A single shot from the front with no exit wounds. Shot in the chest and not the head where they said they found the bullet. The doctor said she was buried so quickly he didn’t see how they could have done an autopsy.

The crowd detained a man whose papers made him Basij. He spontaneously confessed without being attacked. They took his papers and pix and let him go. I hope his name and pix and maybe even pix of his ID papers made it out through cellphone.

These kind of acts are expected from such an inhuman and filthy government. A friend was telling me about his nephew, one of the few that returned home after the arrests, who was unable to speak for a couple of days and later told the horrible story of how a few Basijis would hold him while the other would urinate down his throat forcefully. Yes it is excruciating, but is only a small example of the evilness of this inhuman government.

We are not living in the Middle Ages — no government can suppress its people today, by humiliating them, beating them, arresting them and killing them. If any government can still get away with all this, then what is the role of the international community and what would be the difference between today and 1,500 years ago?. Now Iranians have shown the world that they don’t want a bunch of evil and corrupt leaders to rule them, what more could they do, as they have no help?

This is America.

A woman who started out the victim ends up handcuffed and physically restrained on the floor of a jail cell by more than six officers – male and female. She was then forcibly stripped of her clothing, in full view of the camera, and with the assistance of several male officers. After her clothes were ripped off, she was left in the cell completely naked.

Ms Singh, what does the ACLU think about this video?

Police searching for Stacy Peterson again

No precise reason was given - but the Illinois State Police were out searching today in regards to Stacy Peterson’s disappearance. Police divers combed a one mile portion of the sanitary drainage and ship canal between Romeoville and Lockport, concentrating on the area behind the Will County Power Plant. Also, today, there was also a “leak” of police documents - a detective’s hour by hour timeline of Drew Peterson’s whearabouts on the day Stacy Peterson “disappeared”.

Illinois State Police Sgt TOM BUREK:

Whenever the investigation leads us ot an area that investigators feel needs to be searched, it’s done when it’s feasible.

Stacy Petesron’s family spokeswoman PAM BOSCH:

I think what we can take from that that they are still considering this a very important investigation and that it’s very active. We believe she can be found, yet, and so we want to put all of our efforts into doing our searches yet. We believe that eventually we will find Stacy.

Drew Peterson’s lawyer JOEL BRODSKY:

They did it all last summer and they’re doing it again. I don’t think it has any significance.

I think that the state police maybe doing both of these things on the same day in order to try and provoke some sort of reaction from Drew to do something that he wouldnt normally do, or to say something he wouldn’t normally say to maybe in their mind provide them with a new direction or lead.

What is there that Peterson won’t say or do?

They are putting on the pressure. Peterson’s fiance moved out. Savio family filed a wrongful death lawsuit, Peterson went on Fox to complain and was aggravated by the anchor’s comments that he should just be a good dad and stop dating to which Peterson responded by making his sons go on The Early Show to attest to what a great dad he is. While he was on FOX he made the admission that he told Stacy’s kids that she went on vacation and “isn’t coming back”.

Seems their plan has already born fruit. Unfortunately Peterson being the scumbag he is brought his kids into it.

So, no, there isn’t anything he won’t say or do to save himself.

Wonder where he’ll be appearing tomorrow.

Drew Peterson: “She’s on vacation and she’s not coming back”

Not a good day for Drew Peterson. He was on “Good Day Chicago” (FOX) to discuss the wrongful death lawsuit being brought against him by his murdered wife, Kathleen Savio’s family. He thinks it’s just about greed and said his kids would get nothing. Not true. The money would be taken out of Drew’s control and into safekeeping for his children. It would safeguard their futures as Peterson could not access it to use for defense funds. And Savio’s family would get some as well. I don’t know the split.

They discussed his alleged fiance, Christina Raines, who has moved out, and then he talks about “daddy day care” — her 2 kids, Savio’s 2, Stacy’s 2. Finding girls - they send emails to his lawyer and “try to get with him”, Stacy and what he tells the kids, the wrongful death suit = greed. Then they talk about the suit itself, what Stacy’s pastor’s said, the biographer - Derek Armstrong - thinks he had something to do with it, Savio’s attorney, Mr Click, why so many relationships - media’s fault, and ends on dating and being a good dad.

About Raines:

JAN JEFFCOAT: You say now she has since moved out, what happened?

DREW: What happened? We just-I don’t even know what happened. [laughs] She comes she goes.

JEFFCOAT: What do you mean she comes and goes? You guys broke up?

DREW: We break up and we get back together.

About Stacy:

JEFFCOAT: What do you tell your children now. I mean Stacy Peterson been gone for more than a year - what do you tell the two young children you had with her? When they say, ‘where’s mommy’, what do you say?

DREW: She’s on vacation still and SHE’S NOT COMING BACK.

My little girl is starting to ask a lot more questions about it but, uh, but, uh…

JEFFCOAT: Why do you say she’s not coming back?

DREW: I don’t say she’s not coming back. What did I say?

JEFFCOAT: You just said that. You just said, ‘I tell them she’s on vacation and that’s she’s not coming back.

DREW: I didn’t mean to say that. She’s on vacation, and we don’t know when she’s coming back. So I don’t know. My little girl keeps asking when she’s coming bad and I tell her I don’t know.

JEFFCOAT: Must be heartbreaking for you.

DREW: It is. Yeah, it is for me. Without a doubt. But it’s become common place for the kids.

JEFFCOAT: You seem to move around alot and have a lot of different relationships it seems. Why is that?

DREW: The media screwed up a lot of the relationships…they just don’t hold up.

JEFFCOAT: Why not just be a good dad and stop dating?

DREW (angry): Why? Why? Why does dating make me a bad dad?

JEFFCOAT: Ok.

End of interview. His anger was clear. Friday - the next morning he was on CBS with his two sons - the 16 y/o’s message was” he’s the best dad ever.

Scumbag Peterson has reached a new low. He's involving his children in his press releases now.

The family of Drew Peterson's murdered 3rd wife, Kathleen Savio, has brought a wrongful death lawsuit against Drew Peterson. There are a few hurdles: the death certificate still says her death was accidental, no criminal indictment has been handed down and Peterson has not been charged with anything. Still the family went ahead to force the issue. A little heat on Peterson is a good thing. He's going to be angry and he's going to go back on a media blitz and may just say something...which he did this morning.

Here's Peterson's statement about the lawsuit: [emphasis added]

In absence of charges from the state, the family of Kathleen Savio is moving to file a "wrongful death" suit against Drew Peterson. If the family moves to include "mismanagement of the estate" it would be a suit on behalf of Kathleen's two children with Drew Peterson, Tom and Kris.

In an exclusive statement this morning, Tommy Peterson — Kathleen's son — said, "Leave us alone. She's our mother. He's our father. I don't even know these people. You're strangers to me." He was referring to Henry Savio and Anna Doman.

Drew Peterson pointed out that Henry Savio met his children once, and has "never even sent them so much as a Christmas card. No graduation congratulations. No birthday presents. No contact."

Drew Peterson added, "My only concern is the impact that this has on my boys. The only people who will benefit from this lawsuit are lawyer Martin Glick and Henry Savio and Anna Doman. My kids won't benefit." He added that he hadn't been charged in the case and that he viewed her death as an accident. He mentioned the lie detector test taken for the book Drew Peterson Exposed, and how Peterson "passed" the test relating to Kathleen Savio's death.

In an interview by phone, Joel Brodsky, attorney for Drew Peterson was delighted by the turn of events: "The scope of discovery in this sort of action is very broad. This would give us almost broader investigative power than a grand jury. It's a great tool they are handing us. It's very easy to make lemonade out of these lemons."

He mentioned specifically that the lawsuit would enable him "to examine under oath — including video depositions — all the witnesses, including Pastor Neil Schori."

The pastor was also mentioned in the lawsuit, to be filed by Glick: "A pastor met with Drew Peterson's fourth wife" — Stacy Peterson — and "she said she had personal knowledge that Peterson killed Savio." Drew Peterson is also suspected in the disappearance of Stacy Peterson, his fourth wife.

A new death certificate, obtained from the Will County Coroner — certified date April 17, 2009 — still lists Kathleen's death as accidental drowning, a possible obstacle in a wrongful death suit. Even though an autopsy was submitted to the coroner last year, indicating findings of "homicide," the Will County Coroner seems to stand on its original finding of an accident.

Drew Peterson: "I'm not making any money"

Peterson, 55, was in People Magazine (for the second time) - surfacing like the cockroach he is. His "fiancee" Christina Raines, 24, was pictured as well. I didn't see it.

He claims he has not made any money off his radio interviews, pictures, TV appearances or the two books written about him since he became the only suspect in the 2007 disappearance of his fourth wife STACY PETERSON. The loving mother of two young children, she was 23 at the time of her "disappearance". Peterson alleges she ran away with another man. Since then he was implicated in the murder of his third wife, KATHLEEN SAVIO after her body was exhumed.

He does, however, get free trips to NY and LA, flying first class, hotel paid and even an expense account for meals and whatever. Don't know how much he gets. He lives on a $6,o68 pension from the Bolingbrook Police and finances Raines' life - as well as controlling it. If you watch her interviews, she is afraid of him and actually said it once - Nightline interview with Martin Bashir. Not sure I ever posted that. His true payment is the stoking of his ego with the appearances.

According to Chicago Tribune's ERIKA SLIFE:

PETERSON: It was kind of exciting meeting famous people. It was fun. I'm sorry Kathleen died; it was an accident. Stacy ran off, but that was her

choice. I did my crying. Now it's time to live my life.

It's funny, all these people who are criticizing me are profiting from me. These people are capitalizing. I'm not making any money.

Stacy's family has not been out there - they are letting the police do their investigation and in the process let Peterson hang himself with his words.

PAM BOSCO, Stacy's family spokeswoman:

I think the people who are really out there doing all this stuff are doing it for the quick buck. They don't really care about the outcome. But for us, obviously it was never about the money. It was about the outcome. It was about the truth being told.

Kathleen Savio's niece, MELISSA DOMAN:

Watching all this stuff that Drew has done, it amazes me. He claims that he didn't want to be in the public, this and that, but he does all these things to be in the public eye, and it's comical. It's not amusing. It amazes me.

Scumbag's scumbag lawyer, JOEL BRODSKY, also has no problem taking advantage of the situation. He also signed on as Jesse Jackson Jr's attorney (who figures in Blago's indictment) but I don't know if that still is the case. Jackson has been in hiding. Brodsky on a radio appearance with RANDY MILLER, demanded that an eating establishment that he has ownership in be mentioned in exchange for an interview with Peterson. They are both pigs and I hope that he gets implicated in perjury or tampering with evidence. It's clear that neither him nor Peterson think the body will never be found - Peterson owned an airplane at the time.

Brodsky produced emails proving Miller agreed to it - though Miller said he had no intention of going through with it:

What difference does it make? People do advertising for their businesses all the time. So what? We're out there at their request. I'm not asking to be on TV. I don't ask to be on the radio shows. They're not paying me any money to be on there. It's taking time out of my day. So, like everybody else, I plug something that's important to me.

Reportedly, an end is near in the Savio murder investigation -- the Will County State's Attorney JAMES GLASGOW and Stacy's family had hinted at such. One can only hope. Though his children, Stacy's children and Raines' children will be the ones traumatized by it all. Stacy's children have never had any counseling and are still under the impression that mommy is on vacation. Peterson says the young girl goes over to Stacy's picture and cries. That is a special type of evil that needs to be punished.

I don't think I posted some of the interviews Peterson and Raines (and her father) did. I know I didn't post Thomas Morfey's interview. Morphey being Peterson's brother-in-law who thinks he carried Stacy's body out of the house in a blue barrel that has never been found. He said it was still warm.

Drew Peterson's "fiance" moved out...again

Following a pattern it seems, Drew Peterson's "fiance" has moved out again. Let me see if I can get this right.

Alleged fiance, fiance, moved in, engagement was a publicity stunt, dad on Dr Phil, dad ultimatum: him or me, The Early Show filmed as she moved out, moved back in, Nightline, moved out, moved back in, PEOPLE Magazine, moved back out lugging her children with her each time like luggage.

What is this doing to her children? Peterson's children?

This situation is so wrong on many levels.

I heard her and Peterson on Mancow and Cassidy when Peterson challenged Geraldo Rivera to a fistfight. No kidding. Rivera calls him a killer right to his face and Peterson doesn't like it. I have that somewhere in the drafts.

Nariyah (2 lbs 3 oz) now 5 lbs 2 oz and Maliyah (2 lbs 2 oz) now 5 lbs 15 oz, arrive home without complication. Can see the police presence and the calmer attitude.But the problem lurks within - the grandmother. She puts on a lightning bolt display of rage. Scary enough for Nadya and the kids to flee - leaving the screaming grandmother in the house with the preemies and my guess is the boy twin.

She needs security guards inside the house. Watch the grandmother’s face.

Something happens by the back door. I think Angela wants her to hold the door for her.

Nadya laughs and walks away.

NADYA says to the grandmother - who’s standing just on the other side door.

Be nice, right now.

[Unheard from Angela]

NADYA: Oh, I don’t want to hold the door now.

She laughs, which sets off the grandmother.

ANGELA raging:…so disrespectful to me - because you are!

NADYA not listening: I need you to leave.

She waves at grandmother.

ANGELA angry: I will not…

NADYA still ignoring her: Bye. Can you go bye, bye?

ANGELA: stammering angry: I-I-I-I’ve got a ride from somebody.

NADYA disengaged : Bye.

ANGELA enraged: And I will never come back, lady! I will tell you that.

NADYA walking away: Mom, you need to calm down.

All this is happening with the kids present - one physically between them.

Watch the panic ensue and listen to it in the camera guy’s voice. He’s made a fast escape before.

Is that what Nadya meant when she said the house would be safety?

As they are escaping - a nurse/nanny says “we’re ok”. And then they leave. The kids didn’t hesitate or ask where they were going or why. They’ve done it before. And not just once.

Do you who watched the video believe that this was something the Kaiser nurses should report?

And did they?

And have they done it before?

Nadya leaves the raging Angela with free roam of the house where her four preemies are. She leaves without even an expressed worry - on this tape - for the preemies.

The camera pans back and grandmother is standing there holding a child.

Why did Nadya leave one behind if she was rushing out with the others? And which child was it? The autistic one?

If so, Nadya left her most vulnerable children in the care of a woman, whose anger scared Nadya so much she fled the house. And Radaronline actually put this footage online. They clearly felt they had to document it for all to see.

What is it going to take?

Maternal judgment is either present or not. It isn’t. And this is just one more example.

What kind of lives do those older children experience? How much attention have they been getting from Nadya?

It is beyond tragic and getting worse it appears each day.

Imagine what radaronline is saving for shock value on Court TV.

Drew Peterson appealing disposition of Savio estate

Drew Peterson's lawyer, Joel Brodsky filed an appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court challenging the lower court's ruling that Peterson's murdered third wife, Kathleen Savio's estate should be in the hands of her father and sister.

As if he has a chance of winning it since he happens to be the only suspect in her murder. One would think he would shut up and go away. By the time it reaches the Court he may have already been arrested for her murder.

Drew Peterson and Christina Raines to be on The Today Show

Peterson and Christina Raines will appear together for the first time for an interview on NBC's 'Today' show to set the record straight on their relationship, says Glenn Selig, Peterson's publicist.

"There has been a lot of misinformation and confusion that played out on national television," says Selig. "Drew tried to shield Christina from the media spotlight but when they broke up for a short time she did a live interview and it didn't go well."

After questioning from Julie Chen on CBS' 'The Early Show,' Raines said that the engagement was a stunt. Raines then recanted the statement later that same day saying she never meant to say that.

Despite facing intense pressures from Raines' family, the couple has reunited. Raines and her two children moved back in with Peterson on Tuesday afternoon. They are still engaged.

On NBC's 'Today,' the couple will set the record straight, explain why Christiana said what she did on the Early Show, and why she decided to move back in with Drew. Raines will also address those who worry about her being with a man who is accused in the disappearance of his current wife, Stacy, and implicated in the death of his third wife.

Peterson denies involvement in both cases and has not been charged.

This first joint interview with Peterson and Raines was taped inside Peterson's Bolingbrook home and is scheduled to air Friday on 'Today.'
