Hello.

Folks seem to think this is some rightwing nutjobs birther website and have been writing some, dare I say wacko? comments, most of which are not publishable.

The profanity is not a problem, the rants on unrelated issues are not a problem, the personal attacks on our words are not a problem, and although not pleasant to read and oftentimes simply unbelievable to fathom, the personal attacks on us as human beings are a cyber reality.

But the misunderstanding and lack of understanding of what this site is about is a problem.

Folks who do not agree with the folks questioning why barry hasn’t just released his birth certificate and why he has been fighting in court for nearly a year to prevent its release, are doing themselves a disservice by not understanding the difference.

So just to be clear:

Citizens Against Pro-Obama Media Bias is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any candidate, political party or organization and is not associated with any movement, cause or website.

We established this website to document and prove the pro-Obama media bias, which has been done many times over–even to where the media has admitted it themselves.

Doubters: Ask yourself if Secretary Clinton or Governor Palin would have been allowed to be president/VP without their birth, medical and/or school records made public. The answer is an obvious and resounding no. More information was dug up about Gov Palin in the weekend following the GOP Convention than is still known about barry. Even Joe the Plumber was vetted more thoroughly.

This is our original site and we started around the Conventions. It was not being crawled by Google and Technorati stopped pinging it completely despite multiple requests to look into the matter – never once receiving an email response (which is their right) so went over to wordpress in mid-December.

There we’ve had our URL’s hijacked by bogus sites, had a series of “Orly Taitz” posts deleted and have periodic problems with posts going missing.

We also have concerns our site may somehow be linked to pornographic sites(s) because of the referrers, such as Facebook.com/porn and Wrestling Divas.com and some extremely disturbing search terms: rape videos, bestiality, sex with young children, mutilated slave girls, nude Chris Matthews, naked Tom Delay. None of us have Facebook accounts and there has never been, nor will there ever be, adult content on this site.

The closest thing to nudity are some images of Henrik Stenson in his skivvies taken in public during an official PGA Tour event that he is fully aware of and finds humorous. And by the traffic, so do a lot of other people across the globe. And there’s the soldier in pink boxers.

The birth certificate issue has emerged as the most fundamental example of the MSM’s lack of vetting of barry, which is why we have been following it. Not because we are sore losers (I have never voted) or racists or homophobes or think he was born in Kenya or is a Muslim (why should it matter if he were?) or believe that he is Constitutionally ineligible to be President.

What matters is the MSM has been completely corrupted and have intentionally allowed him to go unvetted.

Any sane reasoning person knows he is hiding something by not releasing his records — but that DOES NOT MEAN HE IS INELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT.

At this point, I don’t even care what is on it. What are the chances “the first black president” who happens to be descended from Muslims and is now happily using his middle name, is about to be removed from office? It’s a matter of national and global security. It’s why he went to the Arab world early and often.

What does matter is that the MSM is holding him to a different standard than they have any other president. He is the only president whose actual physical location of birth is unknown – as in hospital – if in fact he was born in one. But the MSM is absolutely certain he was born in Hawaii and can rant and rave and destroy the reputations of folks who just want barry to be vetted like every other president – but become curiously silent when asked which hospital barry was born in in Hawaii. And it seems the “factcheckers”: snopes, UPI and barrypedia have had a sudden enlightenment as to the hospital requiring a change in their “facts”.

And the Fight The Smears website set up solely to deal with the birth certificate issue? Gone. “Wasn’t needed anymore.”

Well, clearly it is because Robert Gibbs – the man who speaks for the President of the United States – doesn’t know where he was born – except for sure it was in Hawaii.

In the July 13th, 2009 press briefing, Robert Gibbs responded to the question: “Would you tell us which Hawaiian hospital he was born in?” with “I don’t know the name of the exact hospital.” And then went on to talk about (in reference to barry’s Hawaii birth) “the pursuit of Noble Truth” and the “knowing clarity that comes with that certainty”.

And the media wonders why folks are so angry?

But, by far, the worst thing the MSM did was intentionally embargo facts that could potentially have hurt barry’s chances of being elected. That was not only wrong – it was criminal.

The New York Times admitted to it when they wrote about the ACORN story they had refused to print in October 2008. Then they tried to justify it by saying it wouldn’t have mattered.

Then why did they do it?

The mere fact they did it proves their absolute corruption.

And that is only one example from one media outlet.

And it continues.

Ask yourself why the MSM is going after the “birther nutjobs” instead of simply asking–demanding if need be (as in doing their job)–that the White House release a copy of the original birth certificate?

Instead, the AP, Reuters, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, NY and LA Times prefer to stake their reputation (relative word) on newspaper notices from 48 years ago?

How reliable was the NY Times “letter from the Mayor of Paris” re: Caroline Kennedy from just seven months ago when a simple text message would have verified the hoax?

What would MSM be doing if it were Secretary Clinton or Governor Palin?

What isn’t known about Secretary Clinton?

And how many “confidential” hospital records were obtained in reference to the absolutely insane allegation (made by folks who can’t count to nine) that Gov Palin did not give birth to Trig? How many folks in the media and elsewhere are still looking into his birth certificate?

And folks wonder why the right side is angry?

Anyway. Apologies if you made it this far – it wasn’t meant to turn into a rant. The media is our focus – and one can only take so much, which is why we follow other things.

James: answers, birth certificate, ebay

Yes, James. Long time no hear. Thought you gave up on the birth certificate issue for the sake of your blood pressure? Folks are re-emerging with the hopes that Kerchner v barry & Congress might actually get somewhere. A case we never covered. Funny just with that. I took a quick look at it yesterday and it seems they’ve gone the violating of the Amendment’s route. I’m going to post the scribd documents for folks not familiar with it either.

I can’t see anyone getting past standing. Not even for the judge to allow discovery. Isn’t there a single judge appointed for life who could tolerate being forced to retire or maybe is already about to retire who could get involved? Someone with the simple curiosity to wonder why a defendant is fighting something he doesn’t need to? Talk about frivolous and wasting the Court’s time. Just one judge to says let me see that COLB and produce the folks who (created) vetted it.

I wish someone would find a way to sue factcheck. That’s a way to examine that COLB as just a document. A document they are professionally vouching for on their website. There has to be many more incidents where they’ve lied or done a biased or incomplete factcheck for barry’s sake. Show they have a pattern of deception or flat out fraud and it brings into question every single one of their factchecks – including that COLB.

Berg and Taitz are suing each other while they both continue to take donations and promise they will fight on! Berg lost his sealed case, which is now unsealed. He was going after barry for financial fraud — cashing his paycheck when he didn’t meet the criteria for senator. Creative. His other ones are still alive technically. His local lawyer for Col Hollister is on a letter writing campaign [worth reading] and is appealing the ranting judge’s ridiculous outrage. Orly Taitz has an upcoming hearing on July 13th re: barry default – hinging on whether or not he was adequately served. I’m not sure if it’s the same case where the process server went to the WH and got turned away by the Secret Service and then ended up at the DOJ.’ They couldn’t get the subpoenas right with Occidental College – not having a lot of faith they did so with this. Andy Martin wasn’t even aware of the latest ruling on his original case – has to start all over. But his FOIA is still alive. He says he has 500-700 pages of bury them with paper to look through. And as far as I understand the birth certificate could actually be in there. Donofrio I lost track of. Citizen Grand Jurys were to have something on the 29th in Washington.

Not all of these updates are posted yet. You seemed to have started the exodus and I’m the only citizen left and it’s too massive a job to cover everything. We have a bunch of new subscribers and I have no idea what they’re interested in reading – no one even comments anymore – so they get what they get. It would be nice to have some clue. I would prefer to just write essays but in the spirit of the original intent of our site I’ll try to carry on. And yes – your favorite – polls. I have a bunch to post plus the final results from our original site, which I have been neglecting to post on. And on top of everything else a huge amount of posts just disappeared–one again yesterday. Who has something against Vietnam veterans? No idea.

As to your last question – yes, I’ve heard of barry’s alleged Kenyan birth certificate being auctioned on ebay. That the seller, who has sold other things, allegedly went to Kenya and found it and it’s 100% authentic and the Kenyan people believe barry is a real Kenyan leading the United States. Grandma Sarah is about as credible as barry. She said she was Muslim and then a Christian and now is a Muslim again. It’s on the level of that dude in Africa, which turned out being in Holland or somewhere that had the Michelle Obama tapes. The key is Indonesia – whether he gave up his citizenship.

The main problem being Ebay doesn’t allow the selling of birth certificates and a guy whose sold stuff before has to know that and has to know that he can be tracked down.

eBay policy:

Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to, government identification documents are not permitted on eBay.

The following items may not be listed on eBay: Birth certificates, driver’s licenses or passports. Further, completed applications for such documents containing personal information may not be listed.

Patience is the key. It will come out…but what will barry have done to make someone finally come forward? How badly damaged will his daughter’s futures be?

Just a wonderment since you are a techie. NOT THAT I WOULD EVER OR AM ADVOCATING SUCH A THING. Is every hacker a Democrat or barryfan? Folks nowadays don’t have a lot of scruples – especially hackers – and it’s hard to believe some Cheeto-eating keyboarder out there hasn’t done it just to do it. They got into the Pentagon and other places – how hard would Factcheck’s website be? Maybe someone already has and Big Brother Google caught them.

Thanks for your patience. I have been doing more looking than writing for the last week. Seeing that I’m more than 100 posts behind last month I think the number of missing posts is closer to 50. I don’t know how that could have happened and for sure have no idea why. I’m entering ones I found that needed links added again — there were old drafts saved. Paula, yes, there are birth certificate posts. Also when I went to check links I saw that Kerchner is still alive and has had a development. We never followed that and I ran across sites I’ve never seen before. Did you also want Fr Weslin/Jenkins? I can’t remember if that was you but I found a few. I don’t the most recent happenings as far as the charges and whether they were dropped. It is very hard to find any information anywhere, which I can’t understand. Yes, we have probably all the videos about Nadya’s sperm donor. I agree – the press loses interest she will do the unthinkable. But that’s really low on the totem pole. They don’t film the children anymore so we haven’t been following her. There was an update on Allred – Petersen case, which has been delayed until July 27th.

Maddhatter, yes, there are some flight 1549, David Letterman and Ms Boyle. I ran across a site yesterday that counted up her YouTube hits – something Mrs Etta Mae was trying to do. I’m going to try and get those listed posted but I need to make a couple of comments on Iran. Instead of emailing us – could you just make a comment here or anywhere? It won’t get published. Thanks.

A whole bunch of posts are missing

You both wondered the same thing. All is fine on the production end – where the posts ended up is another matter. 3 or 4 day’s worth of posts are missing. I’ve stopped checking because it’s too demoralizing. I didn’t notice until you wondered why there were so few posts lately. No idea what happened this time. We’ve had this problem ever since we moved here in December. Posts just vanishing. WP couldn’t figure it out either. A whole bunch of “Orly Taitz” posts disappeared a while back but never so many all at once and on so many different topics.

I would guess close to 30 are missing. I have no way of knowing because there are so many different things we post on. I don’t even know where to begin to figure out what’s gone unless a link comes up missing or I go looking for a post to link.

From what you mentioned I know these are missing: Letterman apology#2 transcript/video and a couple of other posts, olbermann palin rant, maddow birther rant and 3-4 related birth certificate, several Sotomayor including her speeches and abortion, Father Weslin/Notre Dame update, a lot of Susan Boyle, John Ruff’s death, Roland Burris, Dick Durbin stocks, blago and his wife, the whole Wright Jews are keeping me away, the whole michelle/escaped gorilla, a couple of double standard essays, a bunch of flight 1549 – Doreen Welsh, Drew Peterson, Iranian women, Adam Lambert, Nadya sperm donor, barry ambassadors, transparency, lies, Gibbs press briefings…

This is beyond depressing. Especially the ones that had transcripts. Kind of wish you hadn’t asked. I don’t know even where to begin or even if I want to since a lot of it’s dated now and I hadn’t been posting everything to the old site as backup. Some might be in the cache but who knows if they were posted long enough to get picked up.

I’ll see if I can find what you asked about specifically but I don’t know how long it’s going to take. Maybe I’ll just go on vacation instead. I’m not interested in redoing anything from scratch.

After a completely wasted 36 hours, it appears the cyberattacks were directed at just *Orly Taitz* posts. In the process, I have found quite a few posts that either didn’t get posted or disappeared or never made it over from blogger. So some of the posts that follow may be dated or strangely out of order.

Topics found: AIG, Dodd, Geithner, Burris, blago, octuplets (including Ann Curry interview), barry, drew peterson, Michael Steele-Limbaugh, Secretary of State Clinton, Flight 1549, female genital mutilation, child marriages, Rahm Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett, Rezko, Bill Richardson and Orly Taitz–not sure I want to even enter these.

Hello. This site has been hacked several times since halloween. Now that the polls are no longer necessary - I've moved to CitizensAgainstProObamaMediaBias.wordpress.com.

This site will remain as is. The posts imported at WP are all linked here.

I just won't be adding future FULL posts here - just the link to the new WP post.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Eight weeks of trying to get an answer from google let alone a solution--which I still haven't gotten--is enough.

If you don't have your own blog - I strongly suggest you go to Word Press to start it. Everything is easier - including asking for help - and blogs stats are already on your dashboard. Even comment moderation is easier.

Some of you have asked if the polls are still active. Yes, they are. It will be interesting how the proobama media bias will reveal itself with the recent happenings. They've already tried laughing it off as blago being a nutball. So, yes, keep voting. The last question: "Who will you vote for" is now "Who did you vote for". Now it's Technorati acting up again. They started pinging again but posts aren't being published...some are being published without titles...some have titles to the wrong posts and some lead nowhere...

The feedburner feed here and at our mirror Wordpress site (at this moment) are working ok. Sorry folks. Nothing I can do.

Hi Mattie. A Minnesota judge suspended their suspensions for now. Surprise. Wonder when the elections are. How is it a civil matter anyway. Thanks for the link. I can't even think about what it would do to Ronnie. It would be totally wrong. He can't handle it again and shouldn't have to especially after the way it all ended. Still can't believe it. I feel good about his chances but can't get my hopes up.

In case you didn't know Henry Blanco's brother was murdered. Cubs website: "Carlos Blanco, 39, was being held for a ransom reported at 200 million Venezuelan Bolivares. Henry Blanco had been in negotiations with the kidnappers."

He was kidnapped Sunday and Monday he was found shot dead. Not much time for negotiations and how much money can Blanco have even if he's playing winter ball. He's a free agent. Big Z better have good security and he better not be eating so much. He put on like 20# during the season. But a no-no is a no-no. Maybe he'll lead the league in homers per at bats.

When you get a chance tell us where those chewy green and yellow "fruit" chunks come from and what they're supposed to be. Happy however many years you're admitting to this year. Call Jay Leno - he needs a new fruitcake lady!

Thanks for all the drafts...feel free to post them yourselves. I know this was a useless cause as far as outcome but we, like many other, have irrefutably proven the pro-Obama media bias. We see him as the fraud he is. There's nothing wrong with him being president other than he has never made a unilateral decision on anything with consequences. The first will be as president. It's absolute madness, my friends. Cabinet appointments can always be changed or undone. Etta Mae good to hear from you. Please stop by over here, too. We could use a calm commentary. Going to put together some polling data. RSR, are you ok? Think: Ronnie for the Hall. This had better be the year for that after...that.

It seems I have been abandoned. I don't blame anyone. Visitors and subscribers please join me if you like or have something to add to the blog. Folks I know are either ecstatic or very angry and it has nothing to do with the thrill of victory or agony of defeat. It has to do with fraud. So feel free to rant away...facts and logical arguments don't seem to matter.
