Warning: Tea bags, threat to Senate!

Ok. Come after me. But I think this is hysterical...as long as they're just tea bags. The clerk at the Supreme Court sent Cort Wrotnowski's papers for Anthrax quarantine rather than file them - hoping the deadline would pass - even though they knew who Wrotnowski was and had been accepting his previous papers. And then there's the thousands of letters sent to SCOTUS to demand they look into barry's birth certificate that have resulted in nothing. Who's been throwing them out? And now teabags. Teabags are getting their attention. Who knew?

Politico got a memo from the Sergeant-at-Arms - who's from Chicago and is familiar with Burris and Blagojevich. I don't know what the law is - if they can do anything if it's just nuisance tea bags.

The Senate Post Office has recently seen an influx of envelopes containing tea bags addressed to Senate offices. The envelopes have been irradiated, x-rayed, opened and tested by the Senate Post Office and have been cleared and deemed safe for delivery. However, it is possible some of the envelopes may have loose tea inside. [ALERT! ALERT!]

If they're addressed to barry they better check and make sure they're not weed. Ok, arrest me.

Orly Taitz hand delivers documents to Justice Roberts

Orly Taitz personally traveled to University of Idaho where Chief Justice Roberts was speaking. She decided that since Justice Scalia wasn't familiar with her case, Roberts might not either. Giving him the papers in person would bypass Danny Bickell, Roberts' clerk, who was the one responsible for taking down her case from the Supreme Court docket. We noticed it as did thousands of other people. They don't even try to hide what they're doing. I have a post somewhere on what the clerks did to Donofrio and Wrotnowski. Donofrio's clerk intentionally misfiled and Wrotnowski's papers got sent for Anthrax quarantine.

She had a suitcase full of documents for Roberts. Her said he would read them. And the exchange was recorded on video, on audio, in print and probably on you tube. And then there were the hundreds of live witnesses.

Additionally, my case was erased from the docket - completely erased - one day after the inauguration - only two days before it was supposed to be heard in the conference.

Outraged citizens had to call and demand for it to be posted.

On Monday, I saw Justice Scalia, and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23rd.

It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you, Justice Roberts, demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro to be the President of the United States.

Bam. Say what you will about the origin of her law degree - she made a damn good argument in 165 words.

A crime is being committed in the highest court in the land, in front of the highest justice in the land, involving the highest office in the land.

This is what happened, this is what should have happened, here is the clerk's name and here are the documents - please read them.

After all this time, it has finally gotten to the point to where it can no longer be ignored. The media maybe - but not by the Supreme Court.

The documents:

• Motion for reconsideration of Lightfoot v Bowen with all the supplemental briefs.
• Quo Warranto Easterling et al v Obama et al
  
• 3300 pages of the names on the WorldNetDaily petition.
• A copy of a 164 page dossier and all the other documents sent to Eric Holder describing the suspected criminal activity associated with Obama and his supporters.
• A descritption of cyber crimes, intimidation, harassment, defamation and assassination of character, impersonation of US army officer Scott Easterling and impersonation of her.
• Screen shots of information being erased from the docket of the Supreme Court.
• Information of court cases being fabricated in order to commit voter fraud and sway public opinion.
• A list of a 100 addresses for barry with different social security numbers, issued all over the country and attached to those addresses.
• Address barry used in Somerville Massachusetts, attached to the social security of a man who is 118 years old.
• Indonesian school registration: Barry Soetoro, Citizen: Indonesia, Religion: Muslim.
• Evidence of barry lying under oath. [Don’t know what this is specifically]
• His registration to become an attorney and officer of the court in Illinois, where he stated under oath that his name is Barack Hussein Obama and he had no other prior names.
• [I don’t think this is a problem. The form is about any other names after he joined the bar, such as name changes and marriages. As far as I understand it, he was not swearing that he had no other aliases before he became a lawyer.]
• NOTE: Barry’s law license is not active and Michelle’s is on a mandatory inactive status.
• Report from Federal Agent Steven Coffman re: evidence of forgery on barry’s Selective Service Certificate.
• Letter from Sandra Line re: evidence of forgery on barry’s COLB.
• Her pleadings
• The WorldNetDaily petition with approximately 350,000 signatures plus some individual letters.
• 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama obtained from Intellius Jobs.com.
• None of which were reported on Obamas' tax returns.

I wouldn't suggest you google it. I just went to look and as soon as I typed it in google I was disconnected from the internet.

SCOTUS will be conferencing Cort Wrotnowski's challenge to barry's constitutional eligibility to be POTUS. His case is similar to Leo Donofrio's, which challenged barry on his British citizen conferred on him at birth by parentage and he is suing Connecticut Secretary of State, Susan Bysiewicz for not making sure of barry's eligibility. Donofrio worked to prepare the case also.

Mr Donofrio on SCOTUS denial

Update straight from Mr Donofrio:

The main stream media should stop saying SCOTUS refused to hear the case. It was distributed for conference on Nov. 19. They had the issue before them for for sixteen days. Yes, they didn't take it to the next level of full briefs and oral argument. But they certainly heard the case and read the issues. The media is failing to acknowledge that. The case and issues were considered. Getting the case to the full Court for such consideration was my goal. I trust the Supreme Court had good reason to deny the application. Despite many attempts to stop their full review, my case was placed on their desks and into their minds. Please remember that. It's important for history to record that.

My application was denied. The Honorable Court chose not to state why.

My case may have suffered from the NJ Appellate Division Judge having incorrectly characterized my original suit as a "motion for leave to appeal" rather than the "direct appeal" that it actually was. On Nov. 21 I filed official Judicial misconduct charges with the NJ Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, and I updated SCOTUS about that by a letter which is part of SCOTUS Docket as of Nov. 22. The NJ Appellate Divison official case file is fraudulent.

I don't recall if I posted the weird and clearly intentional mess that went on with the lower court and the clerk. Why did they feel the need to mess with it - especially to a well-versed lawyer? It was crazier but not as creative as the anthrax quarantine. I didn't realize the Supreme Court didn't have to give a reason. There's no documentation of their proceedings anywhere then?

UPDATE 5: barry's birth certificate - Anthrax

This is too bizarre to believe though it gets points for originality. The Connecticut lawsuit brought by Cort Wrotnowski against Secretary of the State, Susan Bysiewicz, alleged she had a duty to ensure barry was qualified to be on the ballot. It was denied by the State Supreme Court on Nov 3rd. Nov 25th, Wrotnowski submitted it to Justice Ginsberg who denied it on Nov 26. Nov 29th, he re-submitted to Justice Scalia only to find out his paperwork was sent for a 10-day Anthrax quarantine. Papers from the same person who had filed the same papers in the same way the week before suddenly became an Anthrax risk when the man proven to be responsible for the previous attacks committed suicide months ago? A+ for creativity and originality. Wrontowski hand delivered them on Dec 2nd - still pending. Can you imagine the movie?
