Angels in Waiting Founder, Linda West-Conforti and her lawyer, Gloria Allred were on the Early Show with Julie Chen.
JULIE CHEN: Linda, you were in the house, what is life like in Nadya Suleman’s house?
LINDA WEST-CONFORTI: It’s chaotic, and that’s an understatement. Her older children have no bedtime schedule, no schoolwork schedule. They’re up till two o’clock in the morning, running around the house. I literally, myself, had to get one out of the backyard around 1:30 in the morning, because he was outside playing. He somehow escaped the nanny that was supposedly watching the older children, and he was outside playing. And I asked him to come in. And that was literally minutes before we had an intruder in the backyard at Nadya Suleman’s house because there is no security that has been provided for her, the nurses or the babies that are in the nursery.
CHEN: What did you see Nadya Suleman doing while you describe these children are kind of all over the place?
LINDA: Honestly, I rarely saw Nadya Suleman. She was either out shopping or up in her bedroom or just not available, not available to me, and not available to her children.
CHEN: She said part of the reason she kicked you out was because you made her feel unsafe in her home. And she specifically said she didn’t like what you said about her babies. She basically said you were telling her that the babies were going to be abducted and she said you kept saying it over and over.
LINDA: I was very, very concerned. One thing we have to understand is that these babies’ faces are all over the world. We have — I personally have had threats, that these babies need to be placed in other homes. I was very, very concerned.
First of all, there’s TV programs all over the lay of the house, showing where the lay of the house is or how to get into the backyard. We have locations on where the nurseries are. And I’m very, very concerned. We had no security whatsoever there. We had intruders three times in our backyard. By the time we called the cops, they were gone. And there’s no security at all. My nurses were concerned. The nannies voiced concern. So, I talked to Nadya on several occasions. I talked to Nadya’s dad (and told him) that I am very, very concerned that these infants could be abducted or even worse. Somebody could come in and hurt us all. Where is the security?
GLORIA ALLRED: And in fact, she asked Nadya, Julie, to get a security guard, and I also sent an e-mail to her attorney about the need for security, given that there had been an intruder.
CHEN: And what was her response?
ALLRED: And the attorney did not respond to my e-mail. And in addition, Linda says that Nadya said that she couldn’t afford a security guard, but she said that at the same time she was having an expensive Jacuzzi bathtub installed right next to her master bedroom. So I think that the security for the little babies and her other six children is more important than having a new Jacuzzi put in.
CHEN: Are you going to take legal action to see to it that Nadya Suleman does not have the right to take care of her own children?
ALLRED: No. But Linda, as a registered nurse, who is a legally-mandated reporter, has a legal duty to reports to the authorities if she thinks the babies are being neglected or in any way endangered, has filed three reports. And we hope that the authorities, child protective services, will do what they can do to make sure that these little babies are protected, because, unfortunately, Nadya seems to be AWOL from taking real care of her own babies. She was only there to feed them and care for them eight hours of the 102 hours that Angels in Waiting was in the house. And she needs to get in there and start feeding her babies and bonding with her babies. And I don’t mean just when the cameras are rolling, which is most of the time that she was there feeding them when we were there.

Jeff Czech, Nadya's lawyer/spokesman looks like he is hungover. Gloria Allred is screaming. Harry Smith doesn't have a clue. This little charade helped no one. Czech wanted AIW to sign a disclosure form to prevent them from talking about anything that went on in the home. That is illegal, as well as a violation of the #1 rule of AIW/Allred/Dr Phil agreement.

HARRY SMITH: Jeff, what is your clients primary complaint about these care givers?
JEFF CZECH: Nadya has nannies helping her out. She does not needs the nurses. Her primary concern with AIW was that, basically, AIW was this Trojan rocking horse, that was sent into her house, and out popped these nurses. They were never really on her side.
Lie. The nurses were the deal. It was precisely what Nadya agreed to.
SMITH: So you really think they are setting her up?
CZECH: Well they're not on her side. And the whole thing started with the complaint to Child Protective Services, and I don't think it got any better.
She signed an agreement [see link above] after she initially refused AIW. She knew about the report from the start. It was made by Allred before she even signed on with AIW. When the hospital was threatening not to release any of the preemies because of the unsanitary and unsafe consditions in her house, suddenly got a whole lot better. Don't have the octuplets at home - can't sell their photos.
Dr Phil got AIW, Allred and Nadya together and hammered out a deal and a consent that Nadya signed.[see link above]
AIW got things going with the help of Dr Phil - she then got her free stuff -- no one had offered her anything because of her disgusting selfishness -- the kids came home -- she needs money- - AIW wouldn't let her film a reality show (which is coming) - she didn't like having professionals watching her - AIW was forced to make three reports - not good for nadya - if they take those babies away her meal ticket is gone - she hired non-English speaking nannies (are they in this country legally?) who know nothing about reports - three of them had a positive skin TB test - which Kaiser knew - while they were actively caring for the preemies - and good bye AIW.
This is the judgment of a woman responsible for 14 innocent souls.
We are supposed to believe that a woman, who has just proven she is unable to communicate, for the sake of her octuplets, with adult medical professionals, is capable of communicating with 14 children? 8 preemies and 6 children under 8 - three of whom have neurological dysfunction, including ADHA and autism as well as three generically neglected children?
And then there's the non-English speaking nannies, radaronline, doctors, social workers and paparazzi?
She can't solve a communication problem with an adult - she certainly can't do it with children.
What more is it going to take folks?
And don't minimize Kaiser's self interest. Each day her infants stay in the hospital is a day they're not getting paid by Nadya.
SMITH: Were these nurses sent in there to keep an eye on her so that you can have information so you could wrest control of these children away from this woman?
Unbelievable question. What are they going to do with them? And no one is going to have wrest control of her children away from her - their not in her control.
Allred stated that Nadya only cares for the children when the cameras are rolling. AIW alleges [Dr Phil] that nadya fed the babies only 8 times in 5 day and that 12 hours would pass wthout Nadya checking on the babies.
CZECH: And since the nurses are, there Nadya was able to have some free time. That's why the nurses are there.
10 children and she has free time. Who is watching the older children?
SMITH: Are these kids going to be ok?
ALLRED: Well, we were concerned about endangerment. Apparently, Nadya does not understand that a nurse is a legally mandated reporter. That is, a nurse is required by law to report to o authorities - Child Protective Services - if they believe a baby or a child in their care is in danger, at risk, at harm, or neglected. They have to report that.
I don't know why Nadya wants to cover this or doesn't want them to speak publicly about what has happened or to the authorities. This is what they are required to do. They are the voice, the ears of these babies. And they need to be able to protect them.
HARRY SMITH: This is a very sad story.
It's not a story, Harry, or even a surprise -- it's 14 innocent lives that she alone is responsible for.

This is disgusting. Who is looking out for Stacy's children? Christina Raines' father never mentions his grandchildren - just his daughter. Official press release. Selig is blagojevich's publicist.

Peterson and Christina Raines will appear together for the first time for an interview on NBC's 'Today' show to set the record straight on their relationship, says Glenn Selig, Peterson's publicist.
"There has been a lot of misinformation and confusion that played out on national television," says Selig. "Drew tried to shield Christina from the media spotlight but when they broke up for a short time she did a live interview and it didn't go well."
After questioning from Julie Chen on CBS' 'The Early Show,' Raines said that the engagement was a stunt. Raines then recanted the statement later that same day saying she never meant to say that.
Despite facing intense pressures from Raines' family, the couple has reunited. Raines and her two children moved back in with Peterson on Tuesday afternoon. They are still engaged.
On NBC's 'Today,' the couple will set the record straight, explain why Christiana said what she did on the Early Show, and why she decided to move back in with Drew. Raines will also address those who worry about her being with a man who is accused in the disappearance of his current wife, Stacy, and implicated in the death of his third wife.
Peterson denies involvement in both cases and has not been charged.
This first joint interview with Peterson and Raines was taped inside Peterson's Bolingbrook home and is scheduled to air Friday on 'Today.'

Captain Sullenberger, Flight Crew and passengers. I think the team was a tad miffed about the editing of 60 Minutes - don't blame them. They should have been given the whole hour. The flight attendants were given maybe two or three sentences - Donna Dent hardly was quoted at all.
Part 1
Captain Sullenberger: My First Officer Jeff, whom I couldn't have done this without...I should also say, this entire experience has been too much about Sully and not enough about the team. Without our flight attendants Donna, Doreen and Sheila, we would not have had the same outcome....I was confident I could do it.
Jeff said he 'would rather have done it in July'.
I was willing to sacrifice the airplane to save the lives of the people, obviously.
Concentrating on doing our jobs.

Drew Peterson's alleged fiance, Christina Raines, who had moved in with him, has woken up and is fighting back. Where else but the media? She was on The Early Show yesterday alleging that the "engagement" was a media stunt. Well, the public knew. He alleged he was being stalked, then he said another message was left on Brodsky's tape about a Stacy sighting, a TV interview in his house for Stacy's birthday - which he did not celebrate and then his appearance on Nightline. It's too bad she had to be embarrassed on Nightline to see it and she moved out. I see I haven't posted his Nightline appearance and other things. Will try to find them.
Here's the statement from scumbag peterson's lawyer, Joel Brodsky, who happens to be representing Jesse Jackson, Jr. (Unless he's changed lawyers.) And the statement is from the same agency that is representing Blagojevich, who is out on his blago media blitz part 2.
BRODSKY: t's very unfortunate that Ernie Raines has dragged his daughter Christina Raines before the cameras and turned her into a Jerry Springer-esque media figure.
And peterson? He's Jerry Springer and Jerry's audience all in one.
Mr. Peterson's engagement to Christina was not a publicity stunt. However, it appears that their recent breakup is a publicity grab orchestrated by Christina’s father, Ernie Raines. "It is Ernie Raines who put his daughter on national television. It is Ernie Raines who brought the cameras along when he went to help Christina move out. It is Ernie Raines who cried on 'Dr. Phil' about his daughter. It is Ernie Raines who threatened to drive his car through Mr. Peterson's house. If there's any publicity stunt going on, it's being organized by Ernie Raines.
More power to Mr Raines - but what took him so long? And has he looked inward to see why his daughter is hanging out and moved in with a man his age? And who is looking out for those children with all these media appearances?
On the other hand, Mr. Peterson never put Christina on TV and always tried to protect her and her children against media intrusion. He never put her on television, never made her talk to the media, and did not even allow her picture to be taken for the papers.
Unlike her father, Mr. Peterson tried to keep Christina out of the news.
We vehemently deny that the engagement was a publicity stunt orchestrated by me. The undisputed facts are that Christina asked Drew to marry her multiple times; that Drew asked Christina to marry him once; Christina accepted and a ring was given; she moved into Drew’s house with her children; and they bought furniture together. This was an engagement.
They bought a bunk bed for the kids. And on his radio appearance peterson laughed how he hasn't given her a ring "not as of yet" and "we'll see how it goes" and "we'll cross this bridge when the time comes". And when he was asked if he asked "Chrissy" to get married - he laughed and said that "she asked him and then he asked her". And that they "basically agreed that down the road we will get together and get married." And when will that be? "We'll have to see how life holds out. No definite plans or any dates set or anything." Listen to his tone - he laughs and ridicules her like he did on Nightline. He is a scumbag of the lowest order and needs to be locked up with the sociopaths he used to arrest. I bet the Bolingbrook PD is ready to take him out to the firing range...
