Well, barry's illegal auntie gets to stay in the US until her next hearing Feb 4th 2010. barry sponsored her over 9 years ago and then "lost track of her". Rest assured axelrod didn't. In 2004, her pleas for asylum were rejected and she was ordered deported. She wasn't. She hide out in a Boston housing complex living on taxpayers and donating to barry's campaign, until her whereabouts were exposed the weekend before to the election. You know when barry was warning folks that "they were going to try everything". He knew what was going on.

She then fled to Cleveland and got herself a lawyer, Margaret Wong, to fight deportation. Auntie initially had a court date in December that was pushed back so she could, in not so many words, attend the Inauguration.

Today was her closed to the media hearing and the judge ruled auntie - half sister of barry Sr - Zeituni Onyango (56) can stay in the country until next year when her case for asylum is re-heard.

What are the odds she will be allowed to stay permanently?

Bush commutes sentences of border guards

President Bush commuted the two border guards, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who were imprisoned in 2005 for shooting an unarmed Mexican drug smuggler. He didn't die (he was shot in the buttocks) but the guards tried to cover it up. Bush believes they received due process but felt that the sentences were too harsh. They have served two years of their ten year sentence and will be released in March. They will be supervised for three years and are required to pay the fines.

[I know this is old but it was never posted. Illegal alien auntie resurfaced so I went looking and found it. By barrypropaganda. More posts on Auntie to come.]

It appears barry's auntie, Zeituni Onyango, (barry sr's half sister), 56, escaped Boston under the vigilant eyes of INS and is hiding out in Cleveland. She's been living on welfare in pubic housing for five years, so how did she make it to Cleveland? Did she fly? If she's illegal wouldn't her name come up? What exactly was she seeking asylum from? And when barry sponsored her 9 years ago where did she go in those intervening 4 years? They admit she was at barry's swearing in into the Senate in 2005. How many times has she left the country and come back? How many times has axelrod moved her around?

So she surfaced in Cleveland and has a lawyer and is going to fight her deportation. Whatever happens she will not get tossed until after the Inauguration - if ever. Thing is he can't by executive order allow her to stay.

She has not only been living here illegally but she recently had surgery that was paid for by US taxpayers. She must have some records to check if she was in the hospital.

Illegal immigrants are unauthorized to receive federal housing benefits, and Onyango had lived in federally subsidized housing until she transferred to state-funded housing this year for medical reasons. State officials said a 1977 federal consent decree in Massachusetts prohibits them from denying illegal immigrants from state-funded public housing.

She has gotten herself a lawyer, Margaret Wong, to fight her deportation.

Wong: Her wish is for this matter to remain private. She is in Cleveland with close family members resting and is under good care.

Who is paying her lawyer? And where did she get the money to donate to barry? And who are these close family members and are they in the country illegally?

Ok boys and girls all together now...he had no idea hi auntie was here illegally. Even though he sponsored her trip over nine years ago.

barry obamanated on Katie Couric. His body language gave him away again. He blinks and then looks down to the right. What are the chances they will check his phone/email records? And if it were "Hillary" or Palin? How much press coverage has he gotten in the last week?

Why hasn't he "been able to be in touch with her"? Is there anyone on this planet who says no to barry about anything? Where is she being held? Don't "allegedly" illegal aliens get one call? The truth is ain't no way he's going anywhere near her. He knew it was coming, which is why he's been saying how dirty it's gonna get and not to listen to it. The true genius of barry and his campaign is being overlooked.

AP story discusses the investigation into the leak -"Feds investigating leak about Obama's aunt" not barry himself and the fact that she was here and how much he knew. There's nothing in there about how he initially sponsored her nine years ago and his responsibility for her subsequent stay.

And if the article was about Palin? They'd be hacking into her email accounts. Oh yeah they already did and how much have you heard about David, son of barry backer Dem State Rep Micheal Kernell? And if it were a friend of a Palin child?

Here's the interesting part. The Feds already had the information and they did nothing about it. I don't even know how to take that. And the INS wants to send back a woman who has undergone genital mutilation because "her genitalia already had been mutilated [so] she had no basis to fear future persecution if returned to her home country."

AP: Information about Onyango’s case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one a federal law enforcement official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release, just five days before the presidential election.

Where's the investigation into why nothing was done, why it wasn't uncovered during the "excessive vetting" of barry and how else she has been defrauding the government? Wonder if she's got a driver's license?
