Congress’ letter to POTUS: suspend DADT immediately

June 28, 2009

Lt Choi posts/interviews

77 Members of Congress [see list] sent the following letter to barry urging him to suspend the investigation and discharge of servicemembers just because of their sexual orientation.

And barry?

Has done nothing but promise to fix once the “generational gap” is taken care of….aka his need to pander to the Evangelicals. 3/4 Americans think DADT should be repealed and more than 100 retired admirals and generals support the repeal of DADT. Where is the generation gap? Where is the Commander in Chief?

President of the United States
The White House
Washington, D.C. 20500

June 22, 2009

Dear President Obama:

The United States of America prides itself on having the finest military in the world because of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices of our brave servicemen and women. And yet, under 10 U.S.C. § 654 (Policy Concerning Homosexuality in the Armed Forces), better known as “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” the talents and contributions of our openly gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) service members continue to be ignored simply because of who they are. Every day, we lose approximately two service members to this misguided, unjust, and flat-out discriminatory policy. Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is not only an injustice to them, but a disservice to the U.S. military and our country as a whole.

As you know, Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell was signed into law in 1993 by former President Bill Clinton as a compromise to allow gay and lesbian service members to serve in the military – so long as they did not disclose their sexual orientations. Fifteen years later, Don’t Ask Don’t Tell is instead negatively impacting the lives and livelihoods of these military professionals and depriving our Armed Forces of their honorable service. Since you took office on January 20, 2009, more than 250 gay and lesbian service members have been discharged under this law, which continues to undermine and demoralize the more than 65,000 gay and lesbian Americans currently serving on active duty.

Although we are confident that you will remain true to your campaign promise to end Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, our LGBT service members and our country’s national security will continue to suffer if initial action is delayed until 2010 or 2011. We urge you to exercise the maximum discretion legally possible in administering Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell until Congress repeals the law. To this end, we ask that you direct the Armed Services not to initiate any investigation of service personnel to determine their sexual orientation, and that you instruct them to disregard third party accusations that do not allege violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. That is, we request that you impose that no one is asked and that you ignore, as the law requires, third parties who tell. Under your leadership, Congress must then repeal and replace Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell with a policy of inclusion and non-discrimination. This bilateral strategy would allow our openly gay and lesbian service members to continue serving our country and demonstrate our nation’s lasting commitment to justice and equality for all.

As the United States continues to work towards responsibly ending the War in Iraq and refocus on the threat from al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan, our LGBT service members offer invaluable skills that enhance our country’s military competence and readiness. Despite the great strain on our military’s human resources, the Armed Forces have discharged almost 800 mission-critical troops and at least 59 Arabic and nine Farsi linguists under Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell in the last five years. This is indefensible. The financial cost alone of implementing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell from Fiscal Year 1994-2003 was more than $363.8 million. Our nation’s military has always held itself to the highest standards, and we must recruit and retain the greatest number of our best and brightest. To do anything less only hurts our country’s military readiness and our service members.

We also want to bring to your attention the most recent examples of the failed Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy in action. New York National Guard First Lieutenant Dan Choi and Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Victor Fehrenbach are two exceptional servicemen who have dedicated their lives to defending our country and protecting the American people. Their bravery and abilities have been tested in combat, and now they face impending discharge under Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.

First Lieutenant Choi, a current National Guardsman with the 1st Battalion of the 69th Infantry in Manhattan, is a West Point graduate, Arabic language specialist, and Iraq War veteran who is under investigation for refusing to lie about his identity.

Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach, Assistant Director of Operations for the 366th Operations Support Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho, has honorably served his country for 18 years as an F-15E pilot. He has received nine air medals, including a Medal for Heroism during the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and was hand-picked to protect the airspace over Washington, D.C. after the Pentagon was attacked on September 11, 2001. Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach, who has flown combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan against the Taliban and al Qaeda, continues to serve while the recommendation for his honorable discharge moves forward to a review board, and eventually to the Secretary of the Air Force. Just two years away from his 20-year retirement, he stands to lose $46,000 a year in retirement and medical benefits for the rest of his life if discharged.

The American people and service members of the Armed Forces overwhelmingly support the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. According to a national Gallup poll conducted in May 2009, 69 percent of Americans, including 58 percent of Republicans, favor allowing openly gay men and lesbian women to serve in the military. Furthermore, a 2006 poll of 545 troops who served in Iraq and Afghanistan by Zogby International and the Michael D. Palm Center at the University of California, Santa Barbara revealed that 73 percent are personally comfortable with gay men and lesbian women. John Shalikashvili, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Clinton administration, and more than 100 retired admirals and generals support this repeal, in addition to the Human Rights Campaign, the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, and Knights Out, an organization of LGBT West Point alumni co-founded by First Lieutenant Choi.

Mr. President, we cannot afford to lose any more of our dedicated and talented service members to Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. On behalf of First Lieutenant Choi, Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach, and the more than 12,500 gay and lesbian service members who have been discharged since Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell was implemented in 1994, we stand ready to assist you in repealing this dishonorable and debilitating law as soon as possible, and in restoring justice and equality in our Armed Forces.

Please know that we will continue to monitor this situation and are hopeful that, together, we can address this urgent issue soon. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to your response.

Sincerely

Berg filing motion for reconsideration re: sealed case

Updated list of birth certificate posts

July 2, 2009

Phil Berg has put out a press release concerning his recent case [Berg vs. Obama, U.S. District Court, Case No. 08-cv-1933] that was “dismissed with prejudice”. It was initially a sealed case and was heard behind closed doors. It became unsealed once the judge dismissed it. The case was based on whether barry had defrauded the US Treasury by cashing his paycheck as a senator — since Berg alleges barry is not a citizen of the US — and therefore did not meet the requirement to be senator. Berg used the False Claim Act (aka Qui Tam):”When a person has knowledge that another party has obtained money from the Government based on a false claim.” It’s usually used in reference to Medicaid/Medicare fraud.

Holder kept delaying, no discovery was allowed, and it was dismissed. Berg evidently raised the issue of conflict of interest back then but it seemed not to have mattered, which is why I don’t understand the filing of a “motion for reconsideration”. Berg alleges the conflict of interest is personal (Holder gives barry advice and was a campaign advisor and part of the VP search committee) as well as financial (paycheck) backing it up with Constitutional statutes. I’m not sure how this is going to be allowed to proceed — I was under the impression that “with prejudice” meant he could no longer pursue it. I guess this is considered an appeal.

*Interesting factoid I was not aware of – barry never resided at the address on the birth announcement.

Immediate Release: – 07/02/2009 [emphasis and spacing added]

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder; his Staff; and the United States Department of Justice to which he Over-Sees Violated the Code of Federal Regulations as well as Federal Criminal Laws Pertaining to their Conflict-of-Interest in Berg’s Qui Tam Case [False Claims Act] against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama and Berg has filed a Motion for Reconsideration.

(Washington, DC – 07/02/2009) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of Constitutional “qualifications/eligibility” to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending in Federal Court, Berg vs. Obama [Third Circuit Court of Appeals No. 08 – 4340]; this case - Berg as Relator v. Obama; [U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia No. 08-cv-01933]; and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al [U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, No. 09-5080]; announced today that he filed a Motion for Reconsideration in the Qui Tam [False Claims Act] Case filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia as United States Attorney General Eric Holder and his Office have a Conflict-of-Interest and inasmuch violated both the Federal Regulations as well as Federal Criminal Codes. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, his Office, his Staff and the United States Department of Justice are required to uphold and ensure our laws; the laws of the United States are upheld and enforced.

Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution states:

“The Constitution entrusts the Executive with duty to take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”

PHIL BERG:

The request of the Government to Dismiss his Qui Tam action against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama is in clear violation of the U.S. Attorney General’s duties pursuant to Article II, Section 3 and should ‘NOT’ be allowed.

I furnished the Government and the Court with the information as to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name, which is Barry Soetoro and his citizenship status as Indonesian; I furnished sworn Affidavits showing Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombosa, Kenya; I presented evidence that the Certification of Live Birth [COLB] presented on the internet by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama has been deemed a forged and altered document; I presented evidence that the birth announcement filed in the Hawaiian newspapers regarding Barack H. Obama on or about August 13, 1961 could not be verified; I presented evidence Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama never resided in the address on the birth announcement; and I raised the genuine issues pertaining to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s college records wherein Berg is informed, believes and therefore alleges Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama attended Occidental College in California and Columbia University in New York and Harvard Law School as a foreign student.

None of which have been refuted by the Government.

Instead of investigating the true issues,
the Government through the United States Attorney General Eric Holder, his staff and the United States Department of Justice, who U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder also over-sees moved to Dismiss the Qui Tam action instead of upholding our United States Constitution and the very laws stated to protect “we the people” from any individual usurping the Office of the President of the United States.

Berg’s Qui Tam was regarding the U.S. Senator Position from Illinois held by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama and the salary and benefits Obama drew based on fraudulent claims. This is a very unique situation as Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama is now our acting President of the United States. President Obama appointed Eric Holder for the position of the United States Attorney General and Mr. Holder reports directly to President Obama. This creates a huge Conflict-of-Interest with anyone from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Office having any association with the Qui Tam matter against, now, President Obama.

There are Federal Statutory prohibitions and related regulations addressing Conflicts-of-Interest on the part of present officers or employees of the Federal (and in some instances of the District of Columbia) government.

The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 5 CFR § 2635, et seq. and 5 CFR § 2640, et seq. governs Governmental Employees, including U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and his staff.

5 CFR § 2635.101 states in pertinent part,

“(a) Public service is a public trust. Each employee has a responsibility to the United States Government and its citizens to place loyalty to the Constitution, laws and ethical principles above private gain.

In addition to the standards of ethical conduct set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, there are Conflict-of-Interest statutes that prohibit certain conduct. Criminal Conflict-of-Interest statutes of general applicability to all employees, 18 U.S.C. §§ 201, 203, 205, 208, and 209, are summarized in the appropriate subparts located in these chapters and must be taken into consideration in determining whether conduct is proper.

As to the restrictions on Conflicts-of-Interest during government service, only Section 208 is illuminated by formal regulations, which are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

5 CFR. § 2640.103 “Prohibition” states:

“(a) Statutory prohibition. Unless permitted by 18 U.S.C. 208(b) (1)–(4), an employee is prohibited by 18 U.S.C. 208(a) from participating personally and substantially in an official capacity in any particular matter in which, to his knowledge, he or any other person specified in the statute has a financial interest, if the particular matter will have a direct and predictable effect on that interest. The restrictions of 18 U.S.C. 208 are described more fully in 5 CFR 2635.401 and 2635.402.

PHIL BERG:

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has a financial interest as does his staff as they draw their income from the Government who is over-seen by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama.

Eric Holder joined President Obama’s presidential campaign as senior legal advisor and also served as one of three [3] members on Obama’s vice-presidential selection committee.
In December 2008, then President-elect, Obama asked Eric Holder to serve in his cabinet as the U.S. Attorney General. Mr. Holder was appointed by President Obama and now serves as the United States Attorney General; is the head of the United States Department of Justice and United States Attorney General’s Office. Eric Holder is paid by the United States Government and reports directly to President Obama. Eric Holder has a direct financial interest in that he draws a salary based on his position as United States Attorney General. This Conflict-of-Interest goes beyond financial. The United States Attorney General is the Chief Law enforcement officer of the Federal Government and represents the United States in legal matters and gives advice and opinions to the President of the United States.

[Conflicts-of-Interest include but are not limited to a financial interest; a personal interest; improper business practices; etc.]

It is clear U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and the staff in which he supervises have a huge Conflict-of-Interest as they have financial interests as well as personal interests which limits them from doing their job as required pursuant to the United States Constitution and therefore, Attorney General Eric Holder should recuse himself and/or designate Relator Philip J. Berg to proceed.

I am not giving up and am continuing my legal fight to prove Obama is not constitutionally qualified/eligible to be President of the United States. I am proceeding for the 305 + million people in ‘our’ U.S.A., for ‘our’ forefathers and for the 1.5 million men and women that have died defending our Constitution in the many wars over the years and the 1.5 million men and women who were injured in those wars

List of Representatives backing suspending DADT

July 1, 2009

Lt Choi posts/interviews

List of the Members of Congress who signed the letter to the president requesting that he “Suspend “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and Initiate Bilateral Repeal Process”. Meaning no more investigations and discharge of service members in the Armed Forces because of their sexual orientation. He pretends he is powerless but as Commander in Chief they have to take his orders. Problem is he is too weak to do so. He feels it’s more politically expedient to avoid the gays in the military and the LGBT Community in general because of his need to pander to the Bible Belt. The gay community is not exactly going to defect to the Republicans. They need to stop being so polite. Unless he is forced – he is not going to do anything.

Publisher nixes Gov Sanford’s book deal

July 3, 2009

Besides his wife and family, the first financial fall out is his publisher. Gov Sanford was writing a book about his policies that was due out March 2010. No more. Sentinel, the conservative division of Penguin publishing had already advertised it as “a manifesto about fiscal conservatism – why the government needs to spend less and fix the deficit ASAP.” One can see why he was rejecting the stimulus.

President, publisher of Sentinel, ADRIAN ZACKHEIM statement:

Sentinel has agreed to release Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina from his contract to write a book about fiscal conservatism, which was to be called WITHIN OUR MEANS and was scheduled for publication in March 2010. This is a mutual decision. We wish Governor Sanford the best.

How much of an advance did he get?

His emails qualify him for a Harlequin Romance bodice ripper Argentina style.

Lou Pinella on getting "ejected"

July 2, 2009

Cubs' skipper, Lou Pinella, known for his dramatic ejections was ejected for the first time last game. He has been getting a lot of heat on talk radio -- especially WGN -- for his passivity - that he's "lost his fire" and how he has said in the press conferences that there's nothing he can do. Well, to start he told Milton Bradley to go home the other night after his tantrum against the SOX. And now he's sitting Soriano - the other sore point. So it appears he's listening to frustrated Cubfans. Wish he would have listened to us about Mark DeRosa.

Anyway he got ejected last night because he knew he was coming home to face the press. In the pre-game press conference, they made note of the fact that this was the longest he had gone without being ejected - since last season. He deadpanned:

"My wife ejected me a couple of times this winter."

Olbermann: “the President is goddamned wrong”

Lt Choi posts/interviews

June 30, 2009

Herr Olbermann speaks out against barry as far as Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. He brings up the obvious point that needs to be hammered at. barry is Commander in Chief. They have to follow his orders. He doesn’t need to wait for a “generational gap” to pass. He doesn’t have to wait until Congress changes things. He can stop discharges. He can suspend investigations. He can make a stand. But he won’t. The gay community has always been expendable to him and they saw that with DOMA. [Secretary Clinton led the way in getting same sex partners benefits.] The polls are in his favor – but his panderment takes precedent. The value of gaining more barryfans is greater than the chance of losing the LGBT community — because where are they going to go?

What’s Rachel Maddow saying lately – other than blaming “birthers” for that crazy man who killed at the Holocaust Museum? Have to repost that video – unfortunately it was hand transcribed and no way I’m doing that again.

Video courtesy of RAWSTORY.

TRANSCRIPT

OLBERMANN: Marking the anniversary of the modern gay rights movement in front of those now fighting for it, the president likened the struggle to past civil rights battles, then listed his administration‘s accomplishments towards achieving equality, with one exception, repealing Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell. In our third story, four decades after the Stonewall riots, the president faces criticism that he is stone-walling. In the East Room, Mr. Obama telling members of the gay community and their families, welcome to your White House. Then addressing the elephant in the East Room, the 16-year-old policy banning gays from openly serving in the military.

=========video clip===========
OBAMA: I believe Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell doesn‘t contribute to our national security. In fact, I believe—I believe preventing patriotic Americans from serving their country weakens our national security.
=========video end===========

OLBERMANN: And while Mr. Obama also pledged to work with the Pentagon and Congress to repeal the policy, the commander in chief gave no firm time line. Lieutenant Colonel Victor Fehrenbach, one of those discharged under Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell, attended the ceremony last night, and spoke with the president.

VICTOR FEHRENBACH, DISCHARGED FROM ARMY THROUGH DON‘T ASK DON‘T TELL:

[Look at this man's resume and ask yourself why his sexual orientation matters. Do you know they take convicted felons in the army? I hope Lt Col Fehrenbach doesn't let barry rest on this. A look in the eye doesn't mean much from barry. How many times did he look The American People in the eye about Iraq?]

FEHRENBACH: He looked at me right in the eye and he said, we are going to get this done. And then he continued to say, you know, everyone seems to be on board with it. We have about 75 percent of the public that supports this. What we have is a generational issue, so there‘s some convincing to do, that there‘s a generational gap, it seems, in some of the senior leadership.

[Why can't barry be honest just for once? Why does the C-I-C have to "convince" anyone?]

OLBERMANN: Earlier tonight, a military board recommending that Lieutenant Dan Choi, an Iraq war veteran Arabic linguist, be discharged from service. If that recommendation holds, Choi will become the 266th service member to fall victim to Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell since President Obama took office in January. Joining us now is activist Dan Savage, author of “The Commitment: Love, Sex, Marriage and My Family.” Thanks for some of your time tonight, sir.

DAN SAVAGE, ACTIVIST: Thank you for having me, Keith.

OLBERMANN: Is it times like this where the president needs to be reminded he‘s also commander in chief of the military? Is there an argument to be made that he can‘t somehow use that authority to end this process?

SAVAGE: There is an argument to be made. And last week, 78 members of the Congress made just that argument in a letter to the president to encouraging to use his authority as commander in chief to suspend enforcement of Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell, and end the discharges of gay and lesbian service members like Choi and Fehrenbach. He has that authority. You see over at the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano has used just that authority to suspend enforcement of something called the widowers penalty, which is a law that requires people who have been married to a U.S. citizen for less than two years, whose spouse dies, to be deported.

Napolitano wants that law changed. She thinks it‘s cruel and inhumane. And she suspended enforcement while Congress, quote/unquote, works on a fix. She seems to have authorities and powers that the president, her boss, commander in chief, does not? It‘s really quite shocking that everyone in that room would applaud so politely when the president stood there and pretended like he couldn‘t end at least enforcement of Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell today, right now.

OLBERMANN: What Lieutenant Colonel Fehrenbach said after the conversation he had with the president last night is that the president told him there was this generational gap to deal with. But even the oldest man in the Army is not required to follow the orders of the president of the United States? What is—it feels like—does it not feel like this to you, being directly involved in this, and to me as sort of on the sidelines, that there‘s something that he‘s hinting at, that Obama is hinting that, that is just not getting through to anybody?

SAVAGE: Well, he‘s the president. He doesn‘t have to blink out distress signals. He can issue orders. Yes, there may be a generation gap. There was a much bigger and wider and more problematic generation gap when Truman ordered the military to integrate racially. If Truman had waited for everyone to be on board—the president himself said 75 percent of the country supports the end of Don‘t Ask Don‘t Tell. How many more retrograde bigots do we need to wait to come up to speed before the president moves at least on suspending Don‘t Ask, Don‘t Tell. And then demanding that Congress repeal it.

OLBERMANN: Is there—he said generational. Is there also a religious thing going on here? Is Obama coming up against the organized fundamentalists, proselytizers who look at the military and so these fertile fields for indoctrination among the new recruits, and, of course, the indoctrination of the more of these restrictive religions, components that include homophobia?

SAVAGE: Perhaps. Obama does seem to have kind of a hang-up when it comes to wanting to find common ground with the likes of Rick Warren and fundamentalist Christians, who are never going to see eye to eye with him on gay and lesbian issues.

If he is our fierce advocate, if he is our champion, as he described himself last night at the White House, he needs to stop pandering to religious conservatives.

Not all religious people oppose equal rights for gays and lesbians. Many religious organizations and people have endorsed marriage equality and endorsed the appeal of Don‘t Ask Don‘t Tell. The president needs to worry more about those religious people, and less about Rick Warren and his ilk.

OLBERMANN: Was there any silver lining in this for you? Did you see anything to suggest there‘s progress within the administration?

SAVAGE: Well, we, once again, got a reiteration of the promises the president made to the gay and lesbian community. We got them know as president, as opposed to as candidate Obama. And there was tremendous symbolic value to what happened at the White House yesterday. I don‘t want to discount that.

However, there‘s been very little action, very little progress. And what comes out of the president‘s mouth doesn‘t seem to translate into policy. And we didn‘t—we got the promises when he was candidate Obama.

What we want now is actually we want the fierce urgency of now. People are being discharged from the military now. People are being turned away from their partner‘s bedsides during medical emergencies now.

We weren‘t sold the fierce urgency of maybe in my second term or I‘ll get to it or one day or wait, have patience. We want these promises fulfilled now.

[barry took care of Gitmo on day one and yet has allowed 266 servicemembers to be discharged since that first day - including Arab linguists. He's a damn joke.]

OLBERMANN: Yes. On two levels, A, human rights and, B, by the way, we need all of the Arab linguists we can find. I don‘t care what they look like, what they do, or who they are. The president is god damned wrong on this. Dan Savage, author and activist, thank you for being here.

SAVAGE: Thank you for having me, Keith.

James: answers, birth certificate, ebay

July 1, 2009

Yes, James. Long time no hear. Thought you gave up on the birth certificate issue for the sake of your blood pressure? Folks are re-emerging with the hopes that Kerchner v barry & Congress might actually get somewhere. A case we never covered. Funny just with that. I took a quick look at it yesterday and it seems they’ve gone the violating of the Amendment’s route. I’m going to post the scribd documents for folks not familiar with it either.

I can’t see anyone getting past standing. Not even for the judge to allow discovery. Isn’t there a single judge appointed for life who could tolerate being forced to retire or maybe is already about to retire who could get involved? Someone with the simple curiosity to wonder why a defendant is fighting something he doesn’t need to? Talk about frivolous and wasting the Court’s time. Just one judge to says let me see that COLB and produce the folks who (created) vetted it.

I wish someone would find a way to sue factcheck. That’s a way to examine that COLB as just a document. A document they are professionally vouching for on their website. There has to be many more incidents where they’ve lied or done a biased or incomplete factcheck for barry’s sake. Show they have a pattern of deception or flat out fraud and it brings into question every single one of their factchecks – including that COLB.

Berg and Taitz are suing each other while they both continue to take donations and promise they will fight on! Berg lost his sealed case, which is now unsealed. He was going after barry for financial fraud — cashing his paycheck when he didn’t meet the criteria for senator. Creative. His other ones are still alive technically. His local lawyer for Col Hollister is on a letter writing campaign [worth reading] and is appealing the ranting judge’s ridiculous outrage. Orly Taitz has an upcoming hearing on July 13th re: barry default – hinging on whether or not he was adequately served. I’m not sure if it’s the same case where the process server went to the WH and got turned away by the Secret Service and then ended up at the DOJ.’ They couldn’t get the subpoenas right with Occidental College – not having a lot of faith they did so with this. Andy Martin wasn’t even aware of the latest ruling on his original case – has to start all over. But his FOIA is still alive. He says he has 500-700 pages of bury them with paper to look through. And as far as I understand the birth certificate could actually be in there. Donofrio I lost track of. Citizen Grand Jurys were to have something on the 29th in Washington.

Not all of these updates are posted yet. You seemed to have started the exodus and I’m the only citizen left and it’s too massive a job to cover everything. We have a bunch of new subscribers and I have no idea what they’re interested in reading – no one even comments anymore – so they get what they get. It would be nice to have some clue. I would prefer to just write essays but in the spirit of the original intent of our site I’ll try to carry on. And yes – your favorite – polls. I have a bunch to post plus the final results from our original site, which I have been neglecting to post on. And on top of everything else a huge amount of posts just disappeared–one again yesterday. Who has something against Vietnam veterans? No idea.

As to your last question – yes, I’ve heard of barry’s alleged Kenyan birth certificate being auctioned on ebay. That the seller, who has sold other things, allegedly went to Kenya and found it and it’s 100% authentic and the Kenyan people believe barry is a real Kenyan leading the United States. Grandma Sarah is about as credible as barry. She said she was Muslim and then a Christian and now is a Muslim again. It’s on the level of that dude in Africa, which turned out being in Holland or somewhere that had the Michelle Obama tapes. The key is Indonesia – whether he gave up his citizenship.

The main problem being Ebay doesn’t allow the selling of birth certificates and a guy whose sold stuff before has to know that and has to know that he can be tracked down.

eBay policy:

Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to, government identification documents are not permitted on eBay.

The following items may not be listed on eBay: Birth certificates, driver’s licenses or passports. Further, completed applications for such documents containing personal information may not be listed.

Patience is the key. It will come out…but what will barry have done to make someone finally come forward? How badly damaged will his daughter’s futures be?

Just a wonderment since you are a techie. NOT THAT I WOULD EVER OR AM ADVOCATING SUCH A THING. Is every hacker a Democrat or barryfan? Folks nowadays don’t have a lot of scruples – especially hackers – and it’s hard to believe some Cheeto-eating keyboarder out there hasn’t done it just to do it. They got into the Pentagon and other places – how hard would Factcheck’s website be? Maybe someone already has and Big Brother Google caught them.

Oh well. There’s your update as far as I am aware. Feel free to start posting again. There are 2,972 drafts waiting for you!

Man charged, incited by Obama-Hitler mustache sign

July 1, 2009

I wonder how many times a day that evil man’s name is said?

Did you wonder which one I was referring to?

AH of course.

A 66 y/o man in Highland Park (suburb far north of barry’s mansion) goes to the local post office. He sees a man and woman from Chicago holding up signs depicting barry with a AH mustache. (Not clear if AH’s name was also on the sign). They were protesting barry’s healthcare plan. The man has words with the couple and then leaves. Protesters go to local police station and allege the man made a threatening statement. Police call man – he returns – says he was agitated by the sign because he has relatives who in the Holocaust — Highland Park has a sizeable Jewish Community. The protesters decide to press charges and the man is charged with disorderly conduct and given a court date.

Why?

Ms Boyle: Scottish TV – first interview (video)

July 2, 2009

Susan Boyle posts/videos/interviews

Ok Maddhatter some missing ones. I forgot about this – had to find the link. There’s also a local interview with Blackburn TV in the drafts somewhere. Is that what you wanted or this one? You know you don’t have to sign in to YouTube. I can see why you wouldn’t want to be traced. Anyway it’s good to see her back then – all excited and hopeful. Plus she has on those little shoes she marched across the stage with.

The video is homemade off the TV. The sound is not so hot but a transcript is provided. I enjoy hearing the word “gobsmacked”. Her words are prophetic…”going to see it through to the bitter end. But I’ll do something.”

Video and transcript provided by COCHRANES – dated April 14th.

INTERVIEWER: Here is Susan Boyle on the 5:30 show – your welcome to the programme Susan. What a time its been for you so far – on Friday you were unknown to the British nation, now you’re an internet sensation… 2.5 million people have watched that clip so far. How do you feel?

MS BOYLE: Gobsmacked, absolutely gobsmacked.

What’s it been like on the streets of Blackburn?

Everybody is wanting my autograph. I’m telling you its really surreal.

What made you go in for this, because you’re a shy person. What made you push yourself forward for this?

Basically I wanted to fulfill a wish to my mother, I wanted to do something with my life. Not only that but I think I had a bit more to offer.

What did you do with your singing previously?

Basically in the choir, I’ve been in school productions, karaoke – you name it I was on it.

And when people heard you sing karaoke – had they said youve got to go on Britain’s Got Talent or one of those shows?

Well, they did mention it once or twice, and then I said to them well I’ll have a go at it now and see how far I get.

The judges loved you, the audience loved you – were you confident when you stepped out on that stage you would get a good reaction?

I didn’t know what kind of reaction I would get - I’m being honest with you. But I just got through with it you know. You just get on with it.

Because as your performance progressed everybody started to stand up – could you actually see that past the lights? Could you see that happening?

I couldn’t have – cos I had my eyes closed half the time.

Did you get a chance to chat to the judges afterwards?

No, I didn’t no. You don’t do that anyway – it’s not professional.

So where is this going to go, Susan – are you going to wait and see what happens? How far do you think you can go with this?

Through to the bitter end. But I’ll do something - wee baby steps.

Well absolutely brilliant – we really want our viewers to get behind you. I’m sure that everyone watching just thought you were absolutely jaw dropping. Piers Morgan wasn’t that nice about Scottish talent, he said there wasn’t a lot going on – so you’ve proved him wrong. So we need the 5:30 viewers and people of Scotland to get right behind you, and make sure you go all the way. And you would like that to happen?

I would yes. Thank you very much.

Susan, we wish you the very best – you’ve got the most amazing voice and your mum would have been very proud of you. Good to see you on the programme.

Thank you very much.

Susan Boyle posts/videos/interviews

Well the crowd certainly loved her and Ms Boyle responded. She played to the crowd more – besides her trademark kisses – she waved and smiled. Can’t they get her a new frock? Or is it a superstitious thing? Does every performer wear the same thing every performance? Oh well.

The video is from very close up and the sound is good. Can’t hear the climax very well but it’s her microphone not the video.

“Memory”

Thank you, SYTRY

Ms Boyle’s total YouTube hits

July 1, 2009 by mattie14

Yes, Maddhatter, I’m putting together the old posts that went missing. [not particularly interesting] I ran across this while I was looking for links.

June 29, 2009

Susan Boyle posts/videos/interviews

I ran across Susan Boyle Fan Club USA “I Dreamed a Dream” website that follows Ms Boyle’s daily activities and sends her fan mail. It is run by RENEE DEWOLF-GIBBONS and a fan, LISA PULLY, took the time to tabulate Ms Boyle’s up-to-date YouTube stats.

Susan Boyle YouTube Hits: TOP 40

=====Audition- 326,766,495
=====Semi-Final- 56,945,044
=====Final and Results- 16,745,337
=====Others combined-24,421,298
=============================
=====Total 424,878,174

And Ms Boyle has not received a single penny.

How much money has Google (YouTube) made? And if they did the right thing and compensated Ms Boyle? Even if they gave her one millionth of a penny per hit. Folks who had never heard of YouTube went there (and I’m sure returned) because of Ms Boyle.

Imagine all the new personal information they got on the citizens of the world.

You are aware they track your every move once you go to YouTube? Even if you visit a website that has YouTube videos and you never click them.

And how much of it can be shared with barry by his friend Eric Schmidt?

All of it.

Whatever you watch and whatever you search for is being kept track of. Add that to the fact that barry can listen to your cellphone and access your texts.

Change! = Big Brother barry.

Lt Choi letter to Members of Congress

June 29, 2009

Lt Choi posts/interviews

Lt Choi letter posted in AM/FIX Blog in conjunction with his American Morning appearance - though it was written back in May I believe. I thought we posted it before. 77 members of Congress stand behind Lt Choi. Their letter in a following post.

This letter is both profoundly courageous and profoundly sad – especially this:

When I receive emails from deployed soldiers and veterans who feel isolated, alone, and even suicidal because the torment of rejection and discrimination, I remember my leadership training: soldiers cannot feel alone, especially in combat.

Why should any American who volunteered to risk their life to help preserve our freedoms not be given the same freedoms?

How is DADT any different than the segregation of Black soldiers in WWII?

And why should 1Lt Choi, who has spent 10 years in the service, including two tours of combat in Iraq, have to beg the President and Congress not to fire him?
Lt. Daniel Choi is an Iraq combat veteran and a West Point graduate with a degree in Arabic.

Lt. Daniel Choi is an Iraq combat veteran and a West Point graduate with a degree in Arabic who has dismissed from the military for saying “I am gay”.

By Lt. Daniel Choi
Special to CNN

Open Letter to President Obama and Every Member of Congress:

I have learned many lessons in the ten years since I first raised my right hand at the United States Military Academy at West Point and committed to fighting for my country. The lessons of courage, integrity, honesty and selfless service are some of the most important.

At West Point, I recited the Cadet Prayer every Sunday. It taught us to “choose the harder right over the easier wrong” and to “never be content with a half truth when the whole can be won.” The Cadet Honor Code demanded truthfulness and honesty. It imposed a zero-tolerance policy against deception, or hiding behind comfort.

Following the Honor Code never bowed to comfortable timing or popularity. Honor and integrity are 24-hour values. That is why I refuse to lie about my identity.

I have personally served for a decade under Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell: an immoral law and policy that forces American soldiers to deceive and lie about their sexual orientation. Worse, it forces others to tolerate deception and lying. These values are completely opposed to anything I learned at West Point. Deception and lies poison a unit and cripple a fighting force.

As an infantry officer, an Iraq combat veteran and a West Point graduate with a degree in Arabic, I refuse to lie to my commanders. I refuse to lie to my peers. I refuse to lie to my subordinates. I demand honesty and courage from my soldiers. They should demand the same from me.

I am committed to applying the leadership lessons I learned at West Point. With 60 other LGBT West Point graduates, I helped form our organization, Knights Out, to fight for the repeal of this discriminatory law and educate cadets and soldiers after the repeal occurs. When I receive emails from deployed soldiers and veterans who feel isolated, alone, and even suicidal because the torment of rejection and discrimination, I remember my leadership training: soldiers cannot feel alone, especially in combat. Leaders must reach out. They can never diminish the fighting spirit of a soldier by tolerating discrimination and isolation. Leaders respect the honor of service. Respecting each soldier’s service is my personal promise.

The Department of the Army sent a letter discharging me on April 23rd. I will not lie to you; the letter is a slap in the face. It is a slap in the face to me. It is a slap in the face to my soldiers, peers and leaders who have demonstrated that an infantry unit can be professional enough to accept diversity, to accept capable leaders, to accept skilled soldiers.

My subordinates know I’m gay. They don’t care. They are professional.

Further, they are respectable infantrymen who work as a team. Many told me that they respect me even more because I trusted them enough to let them know the truth. Trust is the foundation of unit cohesion.

After I publicly announced that I am gay, I reported for training and led rifle marksmanship. I ordered hundreds of soldiers to fire live rounds and qualify on their weapons. I qualified on my own weapon. I showered after training and slept in an open bay with 40 other infantrymen. I cannot understand the claim that I “negatively affected good order and discipline in the New York Army National Guard.” I refuse to accept this statement as true.

As an infantry officer, I am not accustomed to begging. But I beg you today: Do not fire me. Do not fire me because my soldiers are more than a unit or a fighting force – we are a family and we support each other. We should not learn that honesty and courage leads to punishment and insult. Their professionalism should not be rewarded with losing their leader. I understand if you must fire me, but please do not discredit and insult my soldiers for their professionalism.

When I was commissioned I was told that I serve at the pleasure of the President. I hope I have not displeased anyone by my honesty. I love my job. I want to deploy and continue to serve with the unit I respect and admire. I want to continue to serve our country because of everything it stands for.

Please do not wait to repeal Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. Please do not fire me.

Very Respectfully,

Daniel W. Choi

Lt Choi posts/interviews

Lt Dan Choi was on CNN’s American Morning discussing the impending final decision as to whether he is dismissed from the Army simply because he said “I am gay.” A West Point Grad and Arab linguist, a man who served two combat tours in Iraq and wanted to do a third, is being thrown out of the Army for something that was born with him as much as heterosexuality was to the Commander in Chief.

How does the West Point code of honor square with the silence of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell?

More than 12,500 gays and lesbians – including dozens of Arabic linguists — have been forced to leave the military since DADT went into effect. And estimated 65,000 LGBT are actively serving in the Armed Forces.

CNN Transcript [emphasis added]

JOHN ROBERTS: Well, this morning, an update to a story that we first brought you in AMERICAN MORNING. U.S. Army First Lieutenant Dan Choi, a West Point graduate, an Arab linguist who is being forced out of the military because he’s openly gay. And President Obama still has not moved on a campaign promise on getting rid of the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy in the military.
Tomorrow, Choi is scheduled to appear before an Army retention board to make his case on why he should not be discharged.

Joining us now from San Francisco is Lieutenant Dan Choi. Dan, it’s good to talk to you this morning. Thanks for the update. What do you plan to tell the retention board tomorrow?

LT. DAN CHOI, BEING DISCHARGED FOR BEING GAY:

Well, I originally thought that I would open up in Arabic. (Speaking in foreign language.) But I heard that they’re having a hard time retaining and recruiting Arabic linguists so that might not be very fair. But seriously, I do want to tell them, and I appreciate the opportunity to tell them, that the Army values and the lessons that I learned at West Point, honesty and courage and integrity, those are the things that we don’t just give those lip service. We actually act those out in our lives and in our duty and in our jobs. We can’t just talk about it like reading it in a book and that’s enough.

ROBERTS: Yes, that’s something I wanted to ask you about. Because you talked about this in Davis, California, the California Progress Report. It had some of the quotes of what you said there. One of them was “they are firing people from their units in a time of war when you need people to serve in their country. And these people are able, capable, willing, and trained. You’re firing them for the sole basis of who they are and the sole basis of their honesty. You learn that code of honor there at West Point.” And I’m wondering, how does the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy fit in with that code of honor that was instilled in you at West Point?

CHOI: It absolutely does not fit in. And one of the most disgusting things that we see is the kind of threats that don’t ask don’t tell imposes on some of the soldiers that are honest, that are telling the truth about who they are. I’m facing an other than honorable discharge tomorrow morning simply for being honorable and saying who I am in truth. And that can really strip away a lot of the veterans’ benefits to include an education, home loan, and even veterans’ hospital and medical benefits. These benefits that I’ve earned by being a combat veteran of the Iraq war.

And so really what we’re seeing is in the face of these threats and in the face of so many immoral things, we go back on our training. And we see that having honor and having integrity, those things are important as officers, as leaders, and as Americans.

ROBERTS: At the same time, Lieutenant, you’re a member of an organization that is based on stringent rules, you broke those rules as they were written. Regardless of whether you think they’re fair or not, if you break the rules, should you suffer the consequences?

CHOI: We all know the consequences. And if you look at the risks and you take a look at what you’re up against, of course. It’s an informed decision, but more important than the consequences, more important than punishments or those fears that we might have, we take courage and we take those things very seriously of the values that we were taught. And it’s more important that we be honest with ourselves, we have integrity, and we have courage. Those are American values and they’re under assault because of immoral policies like “don’t ask, don’t tell.” Don’t ask…

ROBERTS: I was just going to say, do you have any hope that you’re not going to be discharged? Or are you just going to go there tomorrow to make a point?

CHOI: Well, I have a huge hope and a desire to continue serving in the military and, of course, whatever the outcome tomorrow, I’m going to work as hard as I can and continue marching for equality and the repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell” and when that law does get repealed, I’ll raise my right hand one more time and I will say I’ll serve my country.

ROBERTS: All right. So just one more time, if you would for us, Lieutenant, the president has not moved on his campaign promise to repeal “don’t ask, don’t tell.” What do you have to say to the president this morning?

CHOI: Well, I think the time is now. We can’t wait to support our troops, we can’t wait to end immoral policies that really are an assault on everything that we stand for as Americans. So we shouldn’t wait one more day to stand up for American values.

ROBERTS: Lieutenant Dan Choi, it’s good to talk you again. We’ll be watching you very closely tomorrow, and I think we’ll have you on afterwards and find out how it went. Lieutenant Dan Choi for us this morning from San Francisco.

CHOI: Thanks, John.

ROBERTS: Thanks very much, Lieutenant.

Radio show: Kerchner, Apuzzo, Andy Martin

June 30, 2009

This is new information.

I am not up-to-date on Kerchner v Obama & Congress case but I ran across this if your interested. Here’s a link to a recent radio show Andy Martin, Charles Kerchner and Mario Apuzzo were on. I had no idea talk radio was such a business. They discuss barry’s eligibility and then the citizen grand juries, which I know nothing about either. Evidently they were to have had a big event in Washington yesterday.

From the Patriot Heart Network website:

On Sunday Jun 28 The Patriots Heart Network presents The Chalice Show.

For now, The Chalice Show, is committed to focus on two issues, (1) and The Eligibility Issue, and (2) the National Grand Jury. Here are two additional links related to the Grand Jury and the Eligibility Issue here. Chalice welcomes Andy Martin in the first hour. Andy will be with us to discuss the eligibility issue and the latest developments in his fight to secure the records of Mr. Obama. Mr. Martin has been investigating Obama since 2004 and currently has a lawsuit pending in HI. Mr. Martin is considered an advocate for truth.

In the second hour: Charles Kerchner and Mario Apuzzo will join the show with updates on the motion for dismissal in their case. Also, Chalice will discuss the Super Grand Jury presentments happening in DC on Mon 6/29 with Carl Swensson and Mack Ellis.

I’m listening to it as I post so if there’s something interesting I’ll add it.

Liddy: “Let’s hope the key conferences aren’t when she’s menstruating”

June 30, 2009 by mattie14

another missing – worth a laugh at two way over the hill irrelevants

June 5, 2009

Out of the mouths of beasts…more gyne envy. It’s so archaic that it he comes off as pathetic. Convicted felon G. Gordon Liddy on his May 28th radio show comments on Judge Sotomayor’s menses — as in the effect PMS would have on her rulings. Hope no one told him that at 55 y/o she is most likely peri- or post-menopausal–meaning the mind-altering symptoms can arrive not just once a month! but at any time! and potentially affect every ruling! Not to mention the mood swings brought on by fluctuating blood sugar levels from insulin-dependent diabetes.

Think he owns a red Porsche?

THINKPROGRESS

And right after Liddy–he sounds like he is a tad short of neurons–makes a grossly sexist statement about menstruating:

Let’s hope that the key conferences aren’t when she’s menstruating or something — or just before she’s going to menstruate. That would really be bad. Lord knows what we would get then.

…the other caveman voice says:

This is deeper though than just sexism and racism or whatever. And it’s way deeer than liberal or conservative. She is the one whose bringing all these things in.

Flight 1549: Flight Attendants honored by Union

June 30, 2009 by mattie14

Not sure if this was missing or never got posted.

Flight 1549 Flight Attendants: Sheila Dail, Donna Dent, and Doreen Welsh were honored for “just doing their job” in evacuating the plane. They received the C.B. Lansing Award for Heroism – an award established in 1988 in the name of a deceased flight attendant and has only been bestowed 4 other times.

March 31, 2009

Press Release from the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA website

Association of Flight Attendants-CWA Bestows Honor on US Airways 1549 Flight Attendants

Milwaukee, WI – The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA-CWA) held a ceremony today honoring the three flight attendants who successfully evacuated over 150 passengers of US Airways Flight 1549 after a water landing in the Hudson River. At the annual AFA-CWA Board of Directors meeting, the C.B. Lansing Award for Heroism was presented to Sheila Dail, Donna Dent, and Doreen Welsh.

“It is an honor to present our most prestigious award for heroism to three AFA-CWA flight attendants who utilized their experience, knowledge and training to ensure the survival of all souls aboard, including passengers with mobility challenges, children and other special needs passengers,” said Veda Shook, AFA-CWA International Vice President. “Passengers and their colleagues have praised the professionalism of Sheila, Donna and Doreen and America has adopted them as their heroes. Today we honor them on behalf of over 50,000 flight attendants at major, national, charter and regional carriers across the country.”

The C. B. Lansing Memorial Award was established following the tragic and heroic events aboard Aloha Airlines Flight 243 on April 28, 1988. Aloha flight attendants faced a sudden and serious aircraft incident. C.B. Lansing did not survive the incident; however her fellow flight attendants persevered, rendering life-saving first aid in-flight as they planned for an emergency landing.

“Sheila, Donna and Doreen have long known the importance of the flight attendant profession. As their colleagues, we also know how vital our role is as safety professionals, but because of events on January 15, now the world knows that flight attendants as safety professionals go hand in hand,” said Mike Flores, AFA-CWA US Airways President.

The award is not an annual presentation and is presented to a crew or crewmember who displays heroism beyond the call of duty. There have been four prior recipients in the history of AFA-CWA who have received this honor. Sheila, Donna and Doreen are Charlotte, North Carolina based AFA-CWA members.

Flight Attendant’s Union re: rear door opening question

June 30, 2009 by mattie14

Another missing post. Irrelevant at this late date but the original may have been linked to. Not going to look for it. AP was wrong anyway.

June 6, 2009

Flight 1549 appearances/videos/posts

This is in reference to the AP report that a passenger due to testify at NTSB HEARING this week allegedly alleges Ms Welsh opened the rear door not a panicked passenger. Why would she make that up? Ms Welsh has always been consistent with her story that a passenger got past her and opened the door. Not that it mattered much because water was already coming in from below. The baggage compartment had pushed up through the floor, which presumably was what cut her.

COREY CALDWELL, spokeswoman for the Association of Flight Attendants Union said Welsh was unavailable for comment.

While there may be conflicting reports regarding the exact actions of what happened immediately after crashing, the bottom line is that everyone was evacuated.

Amen.

Mr Hemenway’s letter to Robert Gibbs

June 30, 2009

Not new information – missing post

Updated list of birth certificate posts

Mr John Hemenway, the sanctioned lawyer courtesy of ranting Judge James Robertson is an excellent letter writer. An art that has been subjugated to one sentence paragraph emails. His letter to Mr Murdoch was just interesting to read. He has sent a letter to Robert Gibbs, who on May 27th straight out lied and said barry’s “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” was on the internet. First time anyone asked him about it on record. And on the presidential record it is – as is the tone in which he said it.

Mr Hemenway’s letter addresses Gibbs’ comments. It sure is nice to see a [sane] lawyer doing this. And by staying on the public eye, he keeps alive the ranting, delusional Judge James Robertson.

Mr Hemenway wants 5 questions answered:

  • Acknowledge barry has spent/is spending money to block release of his personal records.
  • Explain why The American People have to rely on online COLB and not long form birth certificate.
  • Admit that the online COLB is not even enough to satisfy Hawaiian authorities as to establish Hawaiian ethnic identity.
  • Acknowledge Sun Yat Sen was issued a Hawaiian COLB – as a way to prove the inadequacy of the COLB to prove natural born status.
  • Acknowledge that both barry’s paternal GM Sarah (affidavit) and the Kenyan ambassador to the US have publicly stated on recotd that barry was born in Kenya.

He looks forward to a prompt response. What are the chances he will get any?

COLB = CERTIFICATION of Live Birth (purpose is to certify that the Certificate of Live Birth exists)

Long form birth certificate = CERTIFICATE of Live Birth

Rep Posey’s Birth Certificate Bill to stop future barrys

=====================

From Family Security Matters website:

Letter from John D. Hemenway, Esq. sent to White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs via certified mail concerning the Obama Birth Certificate Question

June 2, 2009

Dear Mr. Gibbs:

Attached is a copy of my recent letter to my former school colleague from Worcester College at Oxford University, Rupert Murdoch, concerning the issue of Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution’s hard clause, the requirement for “natural born” citizenship. Many people are wondering why the major media, including FOX, have largely ignored this controversy. Your reply to the question posed last week by Lester Kinsolving from World Net Daily on this subject was disingenuous.

Please answer the following five basic questions for the hundreds of thousands of petitioners asking for Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, to release his actual birth certificate, not the dubious “Certification of Live Birth,” (COLB) and for many other Americans who have increasingly begun to question whether they have been victims of fraud perpetrated by a political campaign and aided and abetted by a partisan press corps and incompetent judges:

1) Will you acknowledge that Obama has expended hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to seal ALL records, birth, academic and his passport file, which would prove his eligibility to hold the office of President? Why would Obama pay this enormous legal bill if there is nothing to hide and his records are all genuine?

2) Will you explain why the public should accept an online COLB for a birth record, which would not be acceptable to obtain a drivers’ license in most states in America (or play little league as Rep. Bill Posey has pointed out in introducing legislation to require proof of citizenship for future Presidential contenders), instead of an actual hard copy birth certificate (with hospital name and doctors signature that are NOT on a COLB), which the President could order at any time for a filing fee of approximately $12?

3) Perhaps you meant “we put it online” in the “royal we” concept, or were you personally involved in posting the contentious online COLB? Will you acknowledge that the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) is a record of birth not even used by the State of Hawaii’s Department of Home Lands to establish Hawaiian ethnic identity – that the Department requires an actual Certificate of Live Birth, NOT the COLB? By way of background, this is the precise wording from this Hawaiian agency:

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”

Should the American public accept a lesser standard of proof for a Presidential candidate than applicants to Hawaii’s Department of Home Lands?

4) Will you acknowledge that Sun Yat Sen, a Chinese national, was issued a COLB? Sun Yat-sen, former Emperor of China, was born on 12 November 1866 in Cuiheng, China, but had a Hawaiian birth certificate and was officially a citizen of the United States. The wording on Sun Yat-sen’s Hawaiian birth certificate reveals that as an adult, he “has made application for a Certificate of Birth and that it “appears” from his affidavit and the evidence submitted by witnesses that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands.” Perhaps this prominent example shows that the COLB is flawed as a guide to “natural born” status and shows why the HI Department of Home Lands requires a Certificate of Live Birth for its vetting purposes.

5) Will you acknowledge that both Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama (per affidavit by Bishop McRae/Anabaptist Churches of North America), claims he was born in Kenya, that she was present for the birth, and will you concede that the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S, Peter Ogego, affirmed in a radio interview in November 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya and that his birthplace there is well known?

I look forward to your prompt response. The Office of the President of the United States is arguably the most important political office in the world. The position demands the trust and confidence of the American electorate. The cynical dismissal of serious inquiries to legitimate this President in the eyes of his constituency shows contempt for the public and for the Constitution. Mr. Obama can end his personal controversy immediately – and should, by releasing to the public and the media his birth records, for examination in any courts in the land and by forensic experts.

I would relish the opportunity to engage in a public debate with anyone in the Obama Administration or any designee from his legal team, on the specific points in dispute concerning the COLB v. an actual long form or “vault” birth certificate and the other questions (Obama’s travel to Pakistan in 1981 and similar disputes over his Selective Service registration) all of which have enflamed this dispute and lent credence to suspicions that Obama was, contrary to his campaign’s claims, born in Kenya and therefore, is Constitutionally ineligible to serve as President.

Sincerely,
John D. Hemenway, Esq.

Some of the missing posts found

June 20, 2009

Hello maddhatter and Paula S.

Thanks for your patience. I have been doing more looking than writing for the last week. Seeing that I’m more than 100 posts behind last month I think the number of missing posts is closer to 50. I don’t know how that could have happened and for sure have no idea why. I’m entering ones I found that needed links added again — there were old drafts saved. Paula, yes, there are birth certificate posts. Also when I went to check links I saw that Kerchner is still alive and has had a development. We never followed that and I ran across sites I’ve never seen before. Did you also want Fr Weslin/Jenkins? I can’t remember if that was you but I found a few. I don’t the most recent happenings as far as the charges and whether they were dropped. It is very hard to find any information anywhere, which I can’t understand. Yes, we have probably all the videos about Nadya’s sperm donor. I agree – the press loses interest she will do the unthinkable. But that’s really low on the totem pole. They don’t film the children anymore so we haven’t been following her. There was an update on Allred – Petersen case, which has been delayed until July 27th.

Maddhatter, yes, there are some flight 1549, David Letterman and Ms Boyle. I ran across a site yesterday that counted up her YouTube hits – something Mrs Etta Mae was trying to do. I’m going to try and get those listed posted but I need to make a couple of comments on Iran. Instead of emailing us – could you just make a comment here or anywhere? It won’t get published. Thanks.

Updates on Berg’s cases from OBAMACRIMES WEBSITE: [highlight added]

==================

The following is an update on my three [3] pending cases regarding my challenge to Obama’s lack of qualifications/eligibility to be President.

As you know, I was the first to legally raise the issue – having filed my lawsuit on August 21, 2008, before the DNC Convention.

Status of Cases:

Initial case: Berg vs. Obama

Third Circuit Court of Appeals No. 08 – 4340

Briefs have been filed by all parties.

This is case that was dismissed in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of PA

Judge Surrick dismissed for lack of “standing” by Philip J. Berg

This is case that I bypassed Third Circuit to U.S. Supreme Court – where U.S. Supreme Court denied several Injunctions and to hear case.

However, case is still alive in the Third Circuit.

Oral argument is tentatively scheduled for September/October 2009.

Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama,

U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, No. 09-5080

U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, No. 08-cv-02254

This is the case of retired Air Force Colonel Hollister who is on lifetime Presidential recall. [summary]

Hollister needs to know if recalled by Soetoro/Obama – must he obey an Order by legal President or disobey the illegal Order by a Constitutionally ineligible/unqualified “Usurper” President.

Case was dismissed and Sanction of “Reprimand” [reprimand] imposed on our local attorney. [Mr Hemenway vs the ranting Judge Robertson]

Appeal has been filed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

We are waiting for the briefing schedule so we can file our opening briefs.

Also, I am preparing to file a 4th case – Quo Warranto [challenge person in office - that does not meet the qualifications].
