Gaffe of the day: I have a much higher IQ than you!

September 1987 Claremont, CA
A very different looking but the same talking Biden on the stump for his first presidential bid. Which ended several days later because of plagiarism.

Video courtesy of 9195340
Unfortunately we don't get to hear the question but Biden's answer says it all. He's pointing at a man: "I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do - I suspect. I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one, the only one in my class to have a full scholarship."

In college he was 506/688 so where did the full academic scholarship come from? Law school scholarships for Dummies? He graduated law school 76/85.

I found this interesting quote on wiki: "The accident left Biden filled with both anger and religious doubt: "I liked to [walk around seedy neighborhoods] at night when I thought there was a better chance of finding a fight ... I had not known I was capable of such rage ... I felt God had played a horrible trick on me."

And: "According to political analyst Mark Halperin, he has also shown "a persistent tendency to say silly, offensive, and off-putting things"

His words written and spoken have gotten him in trouble. Plagiarism and verbal gaffes. Why stop now? Obama chose him over Sen Clinton and each time Biden does these things it makes that decision look exactly what it was: hate of Hillary and the need to be the smartest on the ticket.

Sexist quote of the day: "She's attractive."

August 31, 2008
Toledo, Ohio

Barry & Biden together on rooftop. How better for the messiah to pontificate? They've started shooting the chosen one from below again. Craziness.

CNN Alexander Marquardt:

“There’s a gigantic difference between John McCain and Barack Obama and between me and I suspect my vice presidential opponent,” Biden said at an outdoor rally Sunday, getting ready to hit the GOP ticket for their economic policies.

“She’s good-looking,” he quipped.

At the rooftop rally, both Biden and Obama commented on Palin for the first time without prompting from reporters. Obama joked he's now considering going to Palin's home state of Alaska – the only state he says he hasn't visited – but chose to focus his comments on her position on equal pay for women.

Obama later made sure his running mate realizes he's good-looking as well.

"You see, she thinks you're gorgeous too Joe," said Obama. "Jill goes back home and look what happens!"

"This is worth the run," responded Biden.

Quipped. Haven't heard that in a while. But it's perfect with Biden.

Video weirdness

August 30, 2008
Stephanie Tubbs-Jones Memorial Service
This is just weird. What I find fascinating is Rep Clyburn in the background looking like everything's copacetic when he said all those nasty things about the Clinton's. He knew what the South Carolina strategy was going to be. Forget the SC Clinton's are racist memo - he had the SC primary pushed up for that exact reason. Imagine if it wasn't Nevada and SC and it was Michigan and Florida instead. And the DNC has clean hands? It's all a damn joke and when barry loses it will because of racism and "The Clintons".

Race card: I don't look like those president's on the dollar bills."

http://nazret.com/blog/index.php?m=20080212A Susan B. Anthony dollar coin

Who else doesn't look like those presidents on the dollar bills? Which sex has never had a paper dollar bill and only a coin? What's taken more seriously? Who is most qualified to lead this country? Who has been talking about the economy since day 1 of her campaign and who didn't even mention the economy on 'The View' 3-29-08. In touch with The American People?
And of all, who looks presidential?

Susan B Anthony: "Woman must not depend upon the protection of man, but must be taught to protect herself." "I know nothing but woman and her disfranchised."

She died 14 years before passage of the 19th Amendment. And women who were born before women had the right to vote will not in their lifetime see a woman president - though they may well see a biracial president. No matter his racial background - he is still a man. He is a black man with absolutely no connection to the Oppressed Southern Negro except that his mother's ancestors owned slaves. And the fact that he has the slimmest resume of all of the Democratic and Republican candidates, including the first woman proves that once again race takes precedence over gender.

One wonders how far Obama would have gotten if Senator Clinton was a man of any color. And if Senator Obama were a woman? He would have been laughed out of Iowa, if he got there at all. And he most certainly have gotten the massive assist by the MSM.

1870 15th Amendment: Black suffrage - men only. Passed on the first vote. Thomas Mundy Peterson was the first black man to vote on March 31, 1870. Thus, a black man was able and did vote and held elected office half a century before a woman of any race or color could vote. After the passage on a per capita and absolute basis, more blacks were elected to political office during the period from 1865 to 1880 than at any other time in American history. In New Jersey, March 31st is annually celebrated as Thomas Mundy Peterson Day to mark the right of all citizens to vote. ALL?

Harvard Law School grad, Linda Monk: "Some leaders in the women's suffrage movement felt deeply betrayed," said Monk. "This wasn't healed until the end of the 19th century." Has it healed?

1915 Supreme Court overturned the requirement to pass a literacy test.

1920 19th Amendment. Gave women of any race the right to vote. Took 4 years to pass. Mississippi was the last to officially ratify on March 22, 1984.

1964 24th Amendment: Voter's Rights Act Abolished the poll tax. Took 5 months to pass.

Gaffe of the day: "She's good-looking"

Biden's comments about Governor Palin - who he doesn't know.

Video courtesy of notpolitic

BIDEN: "Well, there's obvious differences - she's good looking."

Then he goes over to a woman in the crowd member who says: "You are gorgeous!"

BIDEN: I haven't heard that in a long, long time! And hanging out with this lean, young-looking guy is making me feel old. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I met this guy."

Barry of course is loving it. Biden has more testosterone in his lips than barry has in his whole body

The many face of Barack's Iraq

Video courtesy of BlipTV:

Only some of barry's views and statements on Iraq. Conveniently left out is how he took his famous speech off his website when he was running for Senate. And he was not in the midst of a heated senate campaign.

He spoke in October 2002.

He announced his bid in Jan 2003. He did not use it as a campaign platform.

He did not speak out at the convention against Kerry and Edwards...Kerry says he "was covering for them." He said he didn't know how he would have voted. He admitted he did not have access to the documents at the time.

Once elected his speech went back up on the website.

He said he was worried Iraq would take away from Afghanistan and yet never had a meeting and refused to travel there during his Codel in 2006.

He said nothing - did not speak out against it for over a year.

He said he agreed with Bush's handling of the war.

He voted the same as Sen Clinton.

He had no committee meetings on NATO and Afghanistan.

Said he was running for president (on his good judgment about Iraq).

In 2007 he said he had a plan to bring the troops home by March 2008--five months before the convention and nine months before inauguration.

He has changed his view on withdrawal and time lines and whatever else.

He said the surge would never work. He refused to admit it until he went on O'Reilly and then said it exceeded out wildest dreams.

Since then he has gone back to saying he would still oppose it. And back to a slow withdrawal - nothing resembling the fairy tale he told in Iowa.

This is the potential commander in chief. The man who refused to see our brave men and women lying injured, maimed and mentally exhausted in a hospital on foreign soil searching for hope. The man who would be C-in-C couldn't find the time to see the same people he will be sending into battle. I am politically neutral but as an American he disgusts me.

1 Withdrawal before he gets into office
2 Complete withdrawal of troops from Iraq ASAP despite conditions on the ground
3 16-month time frame
4 Not a complete withdrawal but doesn't mention the number of residual forces
5 Withdraw responsibly according to General Petraeus
6 Surge wouldn't work, exceeded wildest dreams, still wouldn't vote for it, won't admit he's wrong
7 Time line with Iraqi minister
8 No one is asking anymore because of the economy
9 What will he do when he gets in?

Michelle Bernard: "Most amazing evening of my life."

August 28, 2008
Nomination Night

BERNARD: Most amazing evening of my entire life. I kept looking at Barack Obama and I kept thinking that one day that can be my son or my daughter. So being black is enough for her daughter? Does she really think that her daughter can be POTUS? There is no one more supremely qualified than Sen Clinton who has 30 years in public politics. Her son, yes. Her, daughter?
"We're looking at a sea of beautiful black, white, Asian faces." [What happened to brown?] "It tells me that the era of identity politics is over. I'll be very happy on election night if we get to a point where we don't have to talk about how women are voting, how African Americans are voting, how people in Appalachia are voting. Iowas did it first. Iowa demonstrated that in this country white people will vote for a black MAN. IT IS THE GREATEST MOMENT IN OUR NATION'S HISTORY."
Sorry hon. July 4, 1776 is the greatest moment in this nation's history. And shortly after this when barry's numbers dropped in the polls you started bringing up the race issue and how WHITE AMERICA won't vote for a black man. It's such a joke.
MATTHEWS: Hillary Clinton came close to winning this nomination. She had 18M votes...cracks in the glass ceiling. I just kept hearing some of those cracks tonight. Being wielded by wielded at Barack Obama. ERA Equal opportunity equal pay. Fighting for the right to vote back back when when suffrage came."
Black man's suffrage happened in 1870. Women's suffrage didn't come - it was fought and marched for just like civil rights asshole. Women were beaten, locked in their homes and in jail. It didn't just come in the mail and took place 50 years after black men had the right to vote.
MATTHEWS: Talk about that. I thought he really delivered. I said the other night that Hillary Clinton had passed him the baton in a kind of a relay race this time around. It seems like he was at least trying to deliver on that and offer that he is a partner of Hillary Clinton in delivering this nomination...in delivering this party's cause to the country.
UPDATE: He hasn't done a damn thing except ask for money from her supporters, dissed SHRC, allowed his surrogates to dis her and still hasn't talked to the black community about HC & BC. Some of HRC supporters weren't supporting him but with the economy now they have no other choice. Matthews has continued his misogyny. Bernard has continued to whine about the Clitnon's - saying Bills Global whatever initiative. She didn't even know that it his BC's usual press junket and she complained that bo wasn't invited and mccain was. well she should check the invites and who refused to show up and preferred to be on a giant screen to the adoring masses. Curiously that was the first and only time I've heard bo refer to BC as PRESIDENT Clinton.
BERNARD: Absolutely. He gave her the praise she absolutely deserved. Hillary Clinton will go down in the history books as one of the greatest female politicians - one of the greatest politicians of all time. She almost did it. I AGREE WITH YOU THAT FUNDAMENTALLY THINGS MIGHT HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT IF HILLARY CLINTON HAD VOTED AGAINST THE IRAQ WAR. That's what the issue turned on for Democrats and barack Obama ran a superior campaign - nothing like we've ever seen like it.
Yes who could use the race card before? Who could rely on white guilt? Black silence? Hillary hate? Meida corruption? Marketing merchandise to foreigners? Like the $33K a couple of Palestinian brothers bought in t-shirts. BO - thought GA was Georgia not GAZA.
BERNARD: He was very smart talking about the world he wants for his daughters. He looked at the audience and said I wasn't the same opportunities for my daughters as your sons have.
Somehow I don't think his daughters are going to have a problem with that. He already said he hopes they get basketball scholarships and has said that he doesn't think they shouldn't be given advantages from affirmative action. And Mrs barry already benefited from SHRC'S generation as did you. No matter your color, intelligence, country or anything else - you would have not gotten as far as you have without them paving the way and you never once admit it.
BERNARD: For any woman like myself who has a son and a daughter. I always say I love my children equally and i want them both to have the same opportunity. So barack Obama took the post-feminist, third wave feminist baton from HC and he ran with it. He is a man who is saying "I want equal opportunities for all Americans: men, women, white, black, Hispanic, whatever you are." America is the greatest country in the world!

BERNARD: Barack Obama has demonstrated to the entire world that in our country NOW, black people can compete with white people on their own terms and it also means that WE CAN LOSE ON THE SAME TERMS. America is a fundamentally different country today. It will be even more different if he wins this election, but regardless of the outcome of this election, our country will never be the same again.
Ok lets see if you have the same words if he loses or if it will because WHITE PEOPLE won't vote for him? I've already heard her say it and talk about those walmart mom demographics so your words are worth what? And why is it no one mentions his mother until they need to appeal to WHITE FOLKS? How hard was it for barry to succeed? How many white folks in Appalachia go to Harvard? How hard is it for them? Oh so tired of this. But her words are forever immortalized.

Obama's Convention speech "thanks"

With 38 million people watching the Messiah and his flock, here (1:40) are all 17 words of Obama's "lavish praise" for SHC.
Let me express my thanks to the historic slate of candidates who accompanied me on this journey, and especially the one who traveled the farthest — a champion for working Americans and an inspiration to my daughters and to yours — Hillary Rodham Clinton.
After SHC delivered her excellent speech--it truly was--David Gregory asked Judas what he thought about some delegates feeling buyer's remorse? Richardson did not at all seem surprised. I wonder if he thinks was worth the betrayal.

And for all the doubt and disrespect President Clinton received (2:19), his own lavish praise was 17 word phrase.
To President Clinton, who last night made the case for change as only he can make it;
The only Dem president in 28 years and the only two-termer in half a century gets 17 words. The last president of either party to give the American people eight years of prosperity gets 17 words. One lame phrase to thank someone who the Transcender of Race allowed to be crucified for racism. Someone who was not reached out to until Obama needed an endorsement to "unify the party". And when Pres Clinton did - Obama used his own slogan to claim Clinton's words.

What Pres Clinton said was perfectly clear. He understood and believed in what he was saying -- Obama did not. Clinton had the crowd in his hand and left them chanting at the end, as did SHC. He clearly enjoyed the adoration: "I love this." (1:06) But it was well-earned and honest. Obama hasn't won anything - not even his coronation -- and he is a fraud who believes the whole world should adore him.

Will he thank the Clintons? No, he got what he wanted.
Will he blame them if he loses? Absolutely, as will the MSM.

Obama's most heinous act was the 9 word phrase he offered (2:28) Sen Ted Kennedy:
...to Ted Kennedy, who embodies the spirit of service;
Spirit of service? Sen Kennedy embodies more than that. He has spent 46 years accomplishing real change - not just loftily speaking of it. Sen Kennedy made the arduous trip to Denver against medical advice - flying at altitudes that posed a serious, potentially fatal, risk. He didn't let brain cancer, brain surgery, chemotherapy or radiation stop him. He did it for Obama. He did it for the Democratic party. He did it for the Kennedy legacy. He did it because he understood the significance of his mission and because it may well be his last convention. But most of all, he did it to inspire the American people as only he can.

With his back bent from chronic pain and unspeakable tragedy, his eyes clear and cogent, the Sen from Massachusetts in his distinctive - though weakened - voice gave a rousing never-to-be-forgotten speech:
...this November, the torch will be passed again to a new generation of Americans. So, with Barack Obama and for you and for me, our country will be committed to his cause. The work begins anew. The hope rises again. And the dream lives on.
And for that Herculean (or leonine) effort, how did Obama honor Sen Kennedy? Nine words - not even a full sentence - and he was semicoloned with the Clintons, which could not have pleased him. Nine words that did not mention Sen Kennedy's many accomplishments or his devotion to the Democratic Party and the people of Massachusetts. Nine impersonal words - devoid of personal heartfelt words of gratitude to a man who passed the mantle.

Why aren't Obama supporters outraged by this? His delegates? The MSM? The Kennedy family? The senator himself? Clinton supporters are, as should all Americans, including and especially, Obama. In his stump in Dublin, Ohio today Obama praised Michelle and never once mentioned Sen Kennedy. I couldn't even find a link to Sen Kennedy's speech on Sen Obama's website. Anyone who doesn't think Obama in mired in his own Messianic Complex should be ashamed of his behavior.

My prayers and best wishes go out to Sen Kennedy and his family.

1980 Sen Kennedy Concession
speech and video:
For those whose cares have been our concern - the work goes on. The cause endures. The hope still lives. And the dream shall never die.

Dukakis: name Obama accomplishment

August 28, 2008
DNC Convention

Michael Dukakis (former presidential candidate) has trouble naming a specific accomplishment of Obama when asked by FOX Sean Hannity.

Video courtesy of ziggystardust555
HANNITY: What are his major specific accomplishments?
DUKAKIS: He was a terrific state legislator.
HANNITY: Specific - those are generalities.
DUKAKIS: A whole range of things on the economic side, bringing people together, dealing with the death penalty issue, which is a very difficult.
HANNITY: So that makes him president?
DUKAKIS: No. No. But because he was known as a great --
HANNITY: Community organizer?
DUKAKIS: No. a great leader in Illinois legislature.
HANNITY: But you can't give me a specific. Just tell our audience, specifically, what he's done.
DUKAKIS: Well, I could go through his entire record.
HANNITY Go ahead. I'm ready.
Somebody else chimes in to help Dukakis.

Obama voted against making gang members eligible for the death penalty if they kill someone to help their gang - but was outraged when the Supreme Court banned the death penalty for child rapists.

Sexist quote of the day: "so Hildebeest can have another run"

August 27, 2008
Sen Clinton's voice during Convention speech
Lee Rogers, San Francisco Radio Station KSFO
Media Matters' Nathan Tabak
RODGERS: With that screechy, fingernails-on-the-blackboard voice of hers, it is impossible for Hillary Clinton to deliver a great speech. And that high-pitched, whiny sing-song, blah, blah, blah. And I saw some of the video clips from it, and sure enough, she comes out wearing the pantsuit of the day.
[...]
RODGERS: What a bunch of bull-bleep. They're not behind Obama. They're hoping he falls flat on his face so the Hilldebeest can have another run in four years, and Billy Bentpecker can hide behind the curtain in the Oval Office telling Hillary what he wants her to do as president of the United States. That's what they really want. And Bill can't control himself. Now, he's going to speak tonight.
Wonder what he's saying about Gov Palin.

ABC News' reporter arrested in Denver

Aug. 27, 2008
Denver Democratic Convention
From ABC NEWS
BRIAN ROSS

ABC producer, Asa Eslocker, was arrested trying to document the massive amount of money Obama has raised. He was taking pictures and film outside the Brown Palace hotel where bigwig Democrats and VIP donors were meeting. Obama camp wasn't happy so they had him arrested via a signed complaint by the hotel. Eslocker, who is a slight non-threatening man, had his credential tag and is heard saying he was on public property and asking what's going on, while the camera crew documents it.

His first mistake was saying to the policeman: "Ok, hold on." in response to "Let's move." And then another policeman says: "No, we're not holding on." and shoves him into the street with active traffic. Then it gets crazy after that.

At one point a policeman with a cigar in his mouth puts his hands around Eslocker's neck (who is not violent or crazy or uncooperative) and then handcuffs him with the aid of another officer , with two in front and two more facing the street. It's nuts. Something tells me they just wanted to get some action to justify the huge amount of money they paid for security. How much did the holding pens cost? And as he is being perp walked the cigar-smoking officer says, "You're under arrest, buster."

From ABC news, BRIAN ROSS: Check out the video.
A police official later told lawyers for ABC News that Eslocker is being charged with trespass, interference, and failure to follow a lawful order. He also said the arrest followed a signed complaint from the Brown Palace Hotel.
The sheriff's officer is seen telling Eslocker the sidewalk is owned by the hotel. Later, he is seen pushing Eslocker off the sidewalk into oncoming traffic, forcing him to the other side of the street.

It was two hours later when Denver police arrived to place Eslocker under arrest, apparently based on a complaint from the Brown Palace Hotel, a central location for Democratic officials.

During the arrest, one of the officers can be heard saying to Eslocker, "You're lucky I didn't knock the f..k out of you."

Eslocker was released late today after posting $500 bond."
I wondered what happened to the film and who at the hotel called the police and at whose request.

Obama's "surprise" appearance at the Convention

Obama's Convention "surprise" appearance. Here is where his absolute egomania and Messiah Complex was on full display. He had to have the last word. He came out and was greeted by a crowd frenzy...because he had deigned to visit the peasants in their hovel before his heralded entrance in front of the styrofoam pillars. How ridiculous that all seems now.

Anyway. He came out and gave a huge disgusting vacuum kiss to Mrs Biden that she couldn't away from fast enough and Joe stepped in in front of her. Then he gave Joe a hug and almost kiss on the lips. He said: "That was unbelievable. Trust me." He had this caveman predatory grin on his face and they were looking at each other's lips. Creepy. Then he took in his adoration. Anyone struck by the fact that Mrs Obama was not down there? So then come the thanks to the peasants.

"I just wanted to come out here for a little...(he catches himself from saying adoration) for a little something to say. I want everyone to now understand why I am so proud to have Joe Biden and Jill Biden and Beaus Biden and Momma Biden and the whole Biden family with me on this journey to take America back." (He points forward and then looks to the right at the Mrs.) "I think that Michelle Obama kicked it off pretty well dontcha think?

'If I'm not mistaken Hillary Clinton rocked the house last night."

He uses if I'm not mistaken like he did "she'd be on anyone's short list" - not his. He doesn't directly thank her. He can't look at her and turns his head to the right, purses his lips and takes three steps back, showing his complete disdain--hate for her. How dare she stop the messiah on his way to conquering the world? This is when his (lack of character) came through without a doubt. He never personally thanks her and looks up but not at her. She of course is gracious and mouths 'thank you'. Then he puts his nose in the air and starts clapping falsely looking to the left. He really has hate for white women of his mother's age...except Jill Biden.

"And just in case you were wondering, (he looks left and right) I think, President Bill Clinton reminded us of what it's like when you've got a president who actually puts people (me and the black community although I will never admit that) first." He looks up directly, makes 2-second eye contact, puts up his left hand, "Thank you, Mr President." and looks away to his left.

Bill Clinton bows and mouths 'thank you' with (not at all loyal) Charlie Rengel to his left clapping. Obama fake smile. He goes on to explain why they're going to a stadium. He wants everyone to join in the party.

**"That change is brought about because ordinary people do extraordinary things."

So the celebrating begins and he basks in the adoration even allowing others to rejoice in his messiah's glow. He leans over and says to Biden: '"I had to come." From Biden's reaction (negative) I took it to mean that he had to show up to thank "The Clintons" officially in public.

The chosen one deigns to shake hands with the democratic peasants in the receiving line - all with their adoring glazed-eyed looks mouthing or saying thank you! Nancy Pelosi stands like a proud mother and looks primed for a big kiss. She puts her hands out palms up like, see, I told you - I did it - you must thank me and he does by giving her a kiss on the right cheek and she leans forward and crushes him with her silicon breasts.

He gives John Kerry a big old handshake and then he gets to Howard Dean who says: "Great job, man. I appreciate it." And the Mrs is up in the crowd cheering an Obama doesn't even invite her down - or make sure she is brought down.

There's no doubt they told Obama he had to show up and they were thanking him because he did. It made me sick knowing that SHRC was cheated out of the nomination and that will be proven very soon. And what will it be chalked up to? THAT woman - not sexism or affirmative action. And who is going to suffer? The American People that Obama really does not care about.

Gregory with the very disturbing mouth to Daschel: The notion that a former president would stand up here who has specifically criticized bo and said it was a roll of the dice to make him the president has been very tepid before tonight about whether he was prepared to be president.

Afterwards came the breakdown with Daschel who said: "I think tonight was the answer to the critics from last night. I though Hillary Clinton gave the speech of her life last night. But all through the day I heard some comment that ya know she could have said a little more about Barack Obama personally - tonight Bill Clinton hit it out of the park....Clinton was exactly on the mark. This was a home run TONIGHT....He proved he was a very successful president."

**UPDATE. I had heard this particular quote almost verbatim before so I checked and found a few interesting things.

Interview with Studs Terkel 5-16-2007 by Amy Goodman
TERKEL (a Chicago legend): "...because ordinary people are capable of doing extraordinary things"

Found on Steve Chase's "The Well-Trained Activist blogsite:

He wrote a review on "We Make Change" a book about community organizers written community organizer Joe Szakos and writer/editor Kristin Layng Szakos. Note that the term "community organizer" is not a code word for Obama being black.

Deepak Bhargave, Executive Director the Center for Community Change in Chicago who Obama knows personally, held the Heartland Democratic Presidential Forum (12-1-07), which featured Obama who pledged to work with ACORN. He commented on the book prior to the post 6-17-07 using these words:
"We Make Change is an inspiring, optimistic book about the people who are doing the hard, creative work to renew American democracy. It puts a spotlight on community organizers, who are the neglected and hidden heroes that are developing the capacity of ordinary people to do extraordinary things. In these difficult and dark times, this book provides hope for the future of America. It should inspire thousands of people to find their calling in organizing.
But most importantly, Harry Emerson Fosdick:
Democracy is based upon the conviction that there are extraordinary possibilities in ordinary people.

Biden on Biden 1988 Presidential run

Interesting commentary by Sen Biden during his 1988 run for president. He talks about his acadeic accomplishments and then goes on to talk about CHANGE! Biden at Biden's best...20 years ago. What/who did he mean by this?

BIDEN: "Seems to me if you can speak you're at a liability in the Democratic Party."

DNC holding pen (for pigs)?

CBS 4News reporter Rick Sallinger in Denver, Colorado broke the story that was to remain a secret. Police commandeered a city-owned warehouse in northeast Denver outfitted with indoor stainless steel cages with barbed wire on top and locks on the doors and warnings about stun gun use. Justification: Denver jails too full.

Have we entered a complete police state?

Do they drink Kool-Aid on Mars?

Does anyone feel like they've entered a parallel universe? This whole nomination farce is wonderful entertainment until you realize this fool is going to have to get us out of these messes. Millions of regular Americans...aka bitterites...are suffering. Right this moment. And they will continue to until somebody starts listening and caring. That person is not barry. It is HRC. He has no interest in anything other than his own glory. His people feel he should rule the cosmos and his supporters are convinced he's the messiah.

How are people buying his crap? It's obvious to those of us who are not mesmerized. There are those who can see, those who refuse to see, those who cannot see and those who see and do nothing. I understand why people join cults. It's perfectly clear. His body language says it all. I wish I knew how to make videos - there is so much to string together. Anyone?

I'm afraid the other enlightened ones have given up. That is why we must keep at it - if only for the Clintons' sake, so they know that millions of us get it. The DNC orchestrated this whole process starting in 2004. All the way up to the Convention. They selected and then coronated their candidate. Barry is the lesser of two evils and that is what the DNC was relying on. And they counted on HRC's supporters crossing over because of the issues .

Maybe the DNC will wake up on Jan 21st (or Nov 5th) and realize what a "boneheaded mistake" it was not to pick HRC for VP. No, he will never admit that - his contempt and hate for her so great. Did he start out that way or was it his camp: the DNC/MSM?

Yes, Barry has energized his following to get involved. Unfortunately, he has no practical knowledge of how to execute it. And when he doesn't follow through, how many people will be disillusioned? What will it mean abroad?

I have this strange feeling that something is going to be exposed with both candidates in October.

And then what?

Quote of the day: "The speech had it's thrill factor"

July 24, 2008
Hardball

matthews high on barry's world tour. How many people saw barry's speaking to the sea of adoring masses in regards to a different, non American with a messiah complex, personal agenda and propaganda machine?

MATTHEWS: What, what do you make of this? Let's take another bite here because it was quite a speech. You have to judge for yourself but the speech had its thrill factor, certainly once again."

Ad: "Passed Over"

Gaffes of the day: Barack America! & President Joe Biden

August 23, 2008
Springfield, IL
Announcement of Joe Biden as the the VP....sorta.
Obama: "So let me introduce to you the next president - the next vice president of the United States, Joe Biden!"

Biden's turn: "A man I am proud to call my friend, the man who will be the next president of the United States, Barack America!"

Barry's face is priceless. The cartoon caption: At least Hillary could give a speech. Or: Four more years of this? Or: He IS as bad as they say. Or: Why can't I just be King?

McCain ad: Biden: Obama isn't ready

Biden and Dodd said worse things about Obama than Sen Clinton did. Here you have Biden saying that Barry isn't ready. Watch the haughty look by the messiah.

Sexist quote of the day: "You're a medal cunt!"

August 19, 2008
Olympics

Tiki Barber calls his co-host Jenna Wolffe a "cunt". Yep, a cunt. No doubt about it. Watch their reactions - including the pass off to Tamron Hall. Earlier in the show Wolffe had dissed Tiki for not having a Super Bowl ring. Clearly, he didn't take it well.

BARBER: You are such a..." and left it at that. And then later he finishes the sentence with, "You're a total medal cunt".

Did this get any play? What if it were Brian Williams calling the Tamron a cunt? Or, hey, Mrs Obama, you're a total cunt?

transferring from previous blog

Yo Mattie, how's going with the transfer? I don't think transferring all those comments is going to work...it's been two months! Why not transfer the original posts so they can be commented on and we can keep up to date? Then you can add the comments with links and such as we go along? I can't access the old blog or I'd help.

Famous Plagiarists: Biden

Interesting website that mentions in detail Joe Biden, whose plagiarism didn't start or end with his failed presidential run in 1987. He is considered a Code Red = Severe Risk by Famous Plagiarists.com (What would happen if I didn't attribute them? And how can they keep up with the internet?) and has the distinction of being in the Plagiarism Hall of Fame. Why would a guy who can spout words for hours need to borrow anyone else's?

Where is barry? Maybe they're waiting to put out a presidential anthology featuring just Obama and his speech writers.

Bob Herbert's Phallic Delusions

August 4, 2008
Morning Joe
Bob Herbert on his racist rant of mistaken identity and not the one he was talking about.

Let's truly look past race as our obamessiah politically expediently Ciceroed in the city of our founding Fathers! Does the Bell still ring? I should know that but its not as bad as 57 states or Jonathan Capehart from the Washington Post wishing he had a map to see what states bordered Indiana. Willie Geist couldn't find New Mexico. How can we expect them to know anything about barry? Bob HE'SBLACKHE'S!BLACK Herbert seeing phallic symbols instead of
Victory Column in Tiergarten Park in Berlin. barry initially wanted the Brandenburg Gate but it would be viewed as "electioneering. What else was he doing? He was electioneering to the world before he is responsible for anything. his ego has no bound. A friend of Barack Sr said his downfall was arrogance and alcoholism.

(8-2-08) Herbert's article: Running While Black:
Both ads [He relates McCain's to a Harold Ford ad.] are poisonous and emanate form the upper reaches of the Republican Party. [What a surprise.] Both were designed to exploit the hostility, anger and resentment of many white Americans who are freakishly hing up on the idea of black men raising above their station and becoming sexually involved with white women.
Recall Jesse Jr's statement after Iowa. Something about how do we go after a white women [Sen Clinton] The natural example is OJ & Nicole Smith. Where do they get these ideas of how white people think? They don't know that any more than I know how black folks think. But it's ok for him to conjecture. Why doesn't anyone find this racist? The Double Standard.

Bob Herbert on Morning Joe

Thought it was the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Washington Monument. And that McCain camp had inserted the phallic images to scare voters about interracial relationships & Obama "having relations" with white women. How insane is that? His married his father and African. And how does he know what whites think about black men? How is this not racist. Doesn't he have anything else t write about?

Transcript courtesy of Newsbusters' MIKE FINKLESTEIN
BOB HERBERT: You guys have seen the ad a number of times, I am sure, and you have it here in-house. First thing you see are a couple of images of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, right? And we see an image of Barack Obama right after that, comes quickly right at the beginning of the, you remember that, right? Do you remember any other startling images right there at the beginning?

Silence on the set.

HERBERT: Alright. There is an image right there in that very beginning of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there is an image of the Washington Monument. Look at the beginning of that ad again. And you tell me why those two phallic symbols are placed there [snaps fingers]—pow!—right at the very beginning of that ad.
How is this an expert on anything? How are we to take him seriously? He writes for the New York Times. These things are what is so so aggravating. The large lies and then the lies that get layered on and people believe everyone despite easily findable truth.

Do you know what a fraud barry is? Or are you so blinded by certain racism in anything said or done about barry? I just want to know. I don't care if you don't - I would like to know if you exist.

Quote of the day: "I am not a racist."

August 9, 2008
Morning Joe
ABC News video clip

Clinton: People with be studying that thing for years and years.

Interviewer (Kate): People are already studying it. A lot of people including your supporters, your donors, say they blame you at least in part for her loss. I know you've heard this. Do believe it yourself at all?

Clinton: No. I've heard it from the press. I will not comment on this because it interferes with the issue, which is who should be elected in November. I made hundreds of hundreds of speeches, Kate. I bragged on Senator Obama hundreds of times. Now, I will be glad, as soon as this election is over in January, to have this conversation with you and everybody else. I have very strong feelings about it.

Kate: But I don't understand why you say it's bad for him to go--

Clitnon: I live out here in the fact-based world. I don't like this kind of modern reporting that says so and so anonymously says this. You know they all say this.

Kate: Jim Clyburn, not anonymous. New York Times came out--

Clinton: Not my supporter. Jim Clyburn--

Kate: --a friend of yours. Long time friend-

Clinton: Used to be.

Kate: laughs.

Clinton: He was not my s-not a Hillary supporter. Never. Not ever. Not for a day.

Kate: He said you lost a lot of African American support.

Clinton: No, the people who were...

Kate: He said you severely damaged your standing with African Americans.

Clinton: Well that may be, by the time he got working on it that was probably true. I got bad press, right? Because I told the truth that there was a different standard applied to the finest candidate I ever supported.

Kate: Do you personally have any regrets about what you did campaigning for your wife?

Clinton: Yes, but not the ones you think. And it would be counterproductive for me to talk about. There were things I wish I had urged her to do. Things I wish I had said. Things I wish I hadn't said. But I am not a racist. I never made a racist comment. I didn't attack him personally.

Racial code word: The One

This is a crazy discussion about race by David Gergen. What in the hell does he know? He is an old white male unrepentant sexist and goes after Sen Clinton non-stop but now he's an enlightened good ol boy from the south saying the McCain ad with Moses "The One" is code for "uppity". Donna Brazile included.

Obama hecklers: St Petersbug, FL

August 1, 2008
St Petersburg, Florida

Why Barry doesn't do townhalls. Eventually the Secret Service tossed the guys out. All those racist white folks in the audience chanting "0-baaaa-ma" to quiet a group of black Obama protesters. It doesn't get any more racist than this.

McCain Ad: 'The One"

Hysterical. Somehow I think Charleston Heston Mr NRA would have had a chuckle or two.

Race card: "I don't look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills."

Image:USDnotes.jpg
7-31-08 GIBBS: "It's not about race."
8-1-08 Axelrod: It is about race. "He's not from central casting when it comes to candidates for president of the United States. He's new to Washington. Yes, he's African-American."
Took three denials by three different spokespersons until Axelrod came out on GMA and admitted obama was using the race card. And he wasn't the entire primary? And how many presidents on those "dollar" bills look like Hillary Clinton? And are Alexander Hamilton and Ben Franklin presidents?
