Ordained Minister Dr. Wintley Phipps, pastor of Palm Bay Seventh-Day Adventist Church located in Palm Day, Florida gave an incredible soulful rendition of Amazing Grace during the National Prayer Service at the Washington National Cathedral. He was born in Trinidad and Tobago and is an accomplished vocal artist and inspirational speaker. In 1998, he founded the U.S. Dream Academy, a non-profit organization targeting at-risk youth.
