Stormin’ Norm Van Lier (1947 - 2009)

March 13, 2009

Norm Van Lier “Stormin’ Norman” was found dead in his home on February 26th. He did not show up at work prompting the studio to send someone over to check on him. The police entered and found him. Cause of death is as yet undetermined.

On the dame day he was found deceased, the Bulls’ team visited the White House to see barry, and then later in the evening Johnny Red Kerr died from prostate cancer. Johnny’s death was expected - Norm’s not.

Norm was the Ron Santo of the Bulls. Though not as skilled as Ronnie, he had the same passion for his sport and his team the Bulls. It’s all very sad.
