Here’s the States Atty Press Release: Drew Peterson’s third wife, Kathleen Savio’s Death Ruled Homicide based on pathologist reports.
March 1, 2004 Kathleen Savio was found dead in her circular dry bathtub with a 1″ gash on the back of her head.
March 2, 2004 - first autopsy - cause of Death: Drowning.
Six-person coroner’s jury ruled her death an accidental drowning. Will County coroner, Patrick O’Neil.
October 28, 2007 Stacy Peterson, Drew Peterson’s 4th wife, “disappears”
November 13, 2007 - Body exhumed and autopsy performed by Dr Larry W. Blum, forensic pathologist:
Cause of death: drowning, Manner of death: Homicide.
November 16, 2007 — Dr Michael Baden performs the third autopsy per request of the Savio family.
Will County Special Grand jury still convening re: Stacy Peterson’s disappearance and Kathleen Savio’s murder.
February 4, 2009 Peterson lost his appeal and the Savio family remain in control of Kathleen Savio’s estate.
March 11, 2009 Peterson file an appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court challenging the February lower court ruling.
April 21, 2009 Savio family filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
Today the State Police were out searching in relation to Stacy’s case.
His alleged fiance moved out weeks ago — hopefully for good.
