Octuplets: Kaiser Permanente Bellflower fined $250K

Well the folks who got caught improperly accessing Nadya Suleman's medical records were punished. Now it's the hospital's turn. Kaiser Permanente's Bellflower was fined $250K for failure to safeguarding patient confidentiality. Nadya was asked if she was going to sue Kaiser and she said, Why? She thinks they were looking for the name of the sperm donor, which she says is not written down anywhere. She said she made her doctor "shred his records". The initial firings were in March.
