Susan Boyle: “Memory” (transcribed judges’ comments)
Thanks to TheUberDeeJay here’s Ms Boyle’s performance of Memory plus the judges’ comments and the results. Results start at (9:00). This post has her performance and I transcribed the judges’ comments in case the video disappeared – but it looks like they’re not restricting the video. Why didn’t they let us watch it on the internet then?
First time I’ve seen the full announcing of the results. When she hears it she’s shocked and then wanders across the stage the wrong way. Kind of like her audition. Then she does her trademark hip swivel – four times – the last time she says:
This one’s for you, Piers!
And as she swivels:
Piersy baby!!
Absolutely hysterical.
And then she went backstage and kissed Piers smack dab on the lips! No kidding. Wish there was a video.
Guess Simon was right about calling her a tiger at the audition.
What will she do for an encore if she wins the finale….?
