Updated: Susan Boyle posts (5-6)
Thanks, Tillie. You’re right. It disappeared. It’s an ongoing problem for some unknown reason. Thanks for letting us know.
It’s the interview Ms Boyle did with the UK Mirror dated April 13th.
What did she think of watching herself on TV?
BOYLE: They say that television makes you look fat and it certainly did. I looked like a garage. It was mortifying to see and a bit of a shock. I didn’t realise I could reduce people to tears and I hope it wasn’t because of that.
What’s it feel like?
BOYLE: I’m proud to be part of the show. It really is a dream come true.
About the standing O she got at Easter mass [the day before]:
BOYLE: It was incredible. Although we sing in church, not a lot of them knew how good I was, so it was a bit of a shock to them. I’m a bit shy and retiring so they would never have known. It was very emotional.
She’s not the crazy cat lady anymore:
If nothing else, the folks who interact with her on a daily basis have finally seen her as a persoBOYLE: Everyone is very nice and it’s lovely when all the kids stop me in the street to congratulate me.
