It’s amazing how quickly outrage passes with the press and this White House. barry never actually makes a statement, the press doesn’t make him nor do they force Robert Gibbs to comment. And when they try – Gibbs says he doesn’t know and that he’ll check on it so when he calls back it’s not on the press briefing written record. How long are the American people going to let this go on? And why are the Reps saying anything?
In regards to barry-ordered Air Force One photo op – why else would it have been done? The outrage has passed and Gibbs isn’t commenting. This is all he had to say today. Sarcasm present as always. For a guy who doesn’t know anything, who will check and get back to folks – he has plenty of time to watch TV.
Q A quick follow on something else. There was a report this morning suggesting that the White House doesn’t want to release the photos from the Air Force jet fly — over Manhattan. Why wouldn’t you release those photos? And what’s the status of the President’s review of what went wrong here at the White House?
MR. GIBBS: We anticipate the review will be done this week. I’ve watched CNN — I didn’t notice a lack of archival material from that flight. I can –

MR. GIBBS: The President — I’m sorry — the report I believe will be concluded at some point this week. We’ll release its findings and release a photo————————-
