Here’s the first autopsy dated March 1, 2004 with the final conclusion (March 2o, 2004) by forensic pathologist Dr Bryan Mitchell:
In consideration of the circumstances surrounding her death, the available medical history, and autopsy findings, the death of theis 40-year-old, white female, Kathleen Savio, is ascribed to drowning.
Comment: The laceration on the posterior scalp may be related to a fall in which she struck her head.
The second I imagine they’re keeping quiet until court and the third I haven’t found a hard copy of – if there is one.
