Here is the application for the Temporary Restraining Order filed by Orly Taitz on behalf of Major Stephan Frederick Cook, who is fighting his deployment to Iraq on the basis that barry has not shown proof of his eligibility to hold the office of the presidency and hence Commander-in-Chief. Same argument – Cook would be risking his oath to uphold the Constitution above all else – including the President.
